My biggest complaint with this place isn't the quality of the hair cuts. They do a serviceable job in that area. My biggest complaint is with the wait times and online check in system. I made my appointment through the app and it told me to come in 17 minutes. I came 16 minutes later (one minute early). 23 minutes later I am still sitting in the waiting area to get my hair cut. It was like this the previous 2 visits also. The app/web check in seems nice in theory, but it has caused frustration on my part each time I have used it. Just my opinion. read more

Was decent for the price when they first opened and had $5 cut specials, I brought the kids a few times. Even then the cuts weren't great, you could tell some of the girls were fresh out of the Great Clip academy or wherever they go, but it was still ok for the kids. Now it's $11, haven't seen coupons in a while, and the quality hasn't improved. Time to start taking my boys to a real barber shop. read more

You get what you pay for. It's close to home so we tried it out, that was a mistake. My kid got two different haircuts. One on one side and the other side is totally different. I believe the stylist should have asked me as a parent if that is what was to be done instead of saying that's what the child requested. read more

We just started coming here only because one of the new girls Cynthia works there. I have been taking both my boys to her since they were 6 months old. I wish I can give no stars.. my family & I have been loyal great clip customers for a decade and it's disappointing to say when I took my sister to get a hair cut the other day the hair dresser mentioned that she had lice & couldn't cut her hair. We took her to get checked when come to find out it was just dandruff.. it was humiliating by not keeping a private matter private with other customers being present. Luckily she did not have lice but next time they need to know what they are actually looking for & go about it in a professional private manner. read more

I've been coming to this location since they opened, and don't plan on switching any time soon. My hair is not the easiest to work with, so it usually takes a few tries before a stylist can get it right. Well, Amber at the Orange Crest location has got it down, and I always try to see her when I go there. She takes her time and makes sure your haircut is exactly the way you like it. I won't go back. The stylist was condescending and did not have patience to listen to what I wanted, resulting in some ugly bangs. I wanted my bangs trimmed and angled to the side. She cut them so the end of the bang that was at the middle of my forehead was longer than the rest of my bangs so I pointed this out and tried to better explain what I wanted. She said that wouldn't work since I don't straighten my hair. When I said I wanted shorter to longer from the middle of my forehead to the side, she seemed annoyed and cut an awkward chunk off the middle and finished with me. I left, looked at the awkward mess outside, and debated between going back in or just forking out the money for Fantastic Sam's to fix it. In the end I decided to go back in. The woman at the desk was kind and said they would fix it promptly. The stylist that fixed it was very nice and fixed the bangs, taking time to understand what I wanted, which is possible without straightening my hair. I wish I knew this stylists name. She got a nice tip. In the future, I'll go to Fantastic Sam's. It's a little more expensive, but the stylists are professional, don't treat me like I'm dumb, and don't take out their annoyance on my poor bangs. read more

She gave me a coupon in front of the grocery store so I decided since I was there I would get it done now. I was not disappointed. This place was very clean and the staff was fantastic. The stylist wanted cut my hair dry, which is fine, but she combed it out pretty roughly. The cut is fine, nothing special, but I won't go back.
