I don't know what some of the other reviewers went through here, but i loved my experience!!!! I honestly think that this is one of the best haircuts i've gotten in a looong time. I asked for curtain style bangs and more shape around my face, and the lady who did my hair took extra time to perfect it. It was painless and very relaxing. I went to Great clips to get my haircut. I asked for a trim which. I ended up w a. Haircut so messed up had to go to another hair salon to have it fixed i had medium length A line w Bobb shoulder length hair and LEYLA. At great clips took chucks of my hair and razored my hair down to a sesaw. Buzxed in back and not once did she use scissors i got up out of my chair after her handing me the mirror i couldnt believe how short and uneven she had done i asked the other stylest to fix the sides but was told he couldnt because it was already too short. That i needed to talk to manager about this i dont think. None of them are licensed. . i was so angry and thought this was just a bad nightmare that i couldnt wake from. I now have. A shaved uneven sides and bangs that i didnt request to have. Short its not even possible to blend in so now i have to let it grow out .the manager was not in and was given her # to let her know what happened w her. Stylest persian old lady had been a stylest in her country iran since 1995. I recomend not going there i wanted a affordable place but not this not one apology just told if i didnt calm down cuz how bad the cut is i was told to leave the store or leyla would call police i will be contacting the state board and corporate what a joke read more

Absolute worst haircut I've ever gotten. I came in to get my kids hair cut and thought I would do a quick bang trim. The stylist was very sweet to my kid... but omg she did an amazingly bad job on my bangs... it's been over 3 weeks at this point and I'm still waiting for the shortest chunk to get to my eyebrows. I asked for a minimal trim and for my bangs to be at my brow. Arrived at 5:53 pm, sign on door says they close at 6 pm. Door was locked, they saw me and avoided eye contact. I called from the parking lot and asked them what time they closed. 6 pm. I asked why the door is locked. They said they lock the doors at 5:50 so they can clean and leave at 6 pm. So I asked why they advertise they close at 6 when they really close at 5:50, major inconvenience and huge dissatisfied. She avoided the question and said that you can't schedule an appointment after 5:30. I agreed to that, but they still advertised they closed at 6 pm, why do you lock customers out at 5:50? She couldn't bring herself to understand how this was an issue....it works for them. I have been a loyal customer there, but no more. read more

The lady with the no doubt apron is very very extremely rude! I checked-in online for my son since I was bringing 3 kids under 7 with me. She took the person that was checked in after me, then when I was explaining to the other lady that was going to cut my sons hair, the no doubt apron hair person cut me off and told me to listen! We came to get my sons hair cut and said he was too young. They didn't even try to cut it. He is a toddler but everywhere else we have taken him they have done it in my lap and have tried. They have at least tried. We shows up at 9 and we were ignored when she unlocked the door at 9:05. After about 30 seconds in the chair she said she wouldn't do it, and with no apology. I think this place is only good for their $9.99 promotional deals. Haircut quality is normally sub par or inconsistent depending on your stylist. I just got a cut from a Vietnamese guy who rushed through my cut. I showed him a picture for a comb over and told him to cut only a bit off the top but then he butchered my hair. Literally changed my hair from a comb over to spikey hair that leans a bit to the right. He even chuckled saying "a little to short huh." Horrible... I guess you get what you pay for... just avoid this guy and that other Asian lady who smack talks about the boss and her coworkers coming in later than her, or about life in general. read more

Decided to get my haircut here and it was the worst mistake. Michelle was the one who cut my hair and when I showed her a picture of what I wanted she instead just cut the middle of my hair off. I didn't notice until I got home cuz she wouldn't let me hold the mirror so I could see the back. I went back the next day and asked for my money back. They tried to get me to let them fix it but I just insisted that I wanted my money back and they followed through. Never again will I go back to them! read more

My daughter needed a trim of her ends. Wow! Horrible. I could have done better with kids scissors. The cut was so uneven. Didn't notice how bad it was until her hair was dry and at home. THERESA, the stylist cutting my daughter's hair, had lice!!! I will never go here again! My husband went a few weeks ago, and his stylist completely butchered his hair! They shaved it way too high, and it was horrible. Yesterday, I took my daughter in for her school trim, and her stylist THERESA had a shower cap on her head and her hair looked wet. I figured she was just dying her hair...which seemed strange during working hours, but... Then when she was talking to another stylist a few minutes after she started my daughter's hair, she said she cut a person's hair in their salon yesterday and that said she and all of her kids had lice so she was treating her hair!!! I asked her if she had lice, and she said she was treating her hair herself!! Omg! What kind on hair stylist goes into work and cuts other people's hair when they have lice...and then openly talks about it in front of the customers!! Not to mention the fact that the salon was super dirty! There was at least 3 other colors of cut hair at Theresa's work station all over the floor that she hadn't even bothered to sweep up before cutting the next person's. My son was off school and we both needed haircuts, so I walked in without an appointment. It was more important for my son to get his haircut than me, but the lady (Ashley) insisted that I go first and that the other stylist would take my son next so we'd both finish about the same time. I agreed and sat down to get my haircut, and the other stylist proceeded to take another person in front of my son. I was livid with the other stylist, as I was in a hurry to get back to work. I finished my haircut (which by the way was unimpressive) and cancelled my son's haircut as I left. I came in without an appointment and they were ready for me right away, which I thought was great. I showed him a picture of what I wanted. He only looked at it once even though I left the picture out so he can still look at it. It was nothing like what I asked for. I told him how short I wanted it and he cut it way shorter and very unevenly. He asked me if I wanted to style it and I said yes, thinking he was going to curl it because the picture I showed him, the hair was curled, but instead he sifted product in my hair a couple of times. Yikes, I came in because a coupon was mailed to my house for a haircut discount. It was about half off of what a normal haircut costs, but based on what I got, it should have been free. I was clear about length, a #2 medium fade and she starts with a zero. She says she can fix it, but how's she going to make the hair she cut too short grow back? It was awkward after that as she never apologized and I was obviously irked. At the end, when I paid, she had the audacity to give me a dirty look and say that I should tip based on the original price. Regrets all around.
