On 8/6 my little one came in with his Dad for a cut. Dad was trying to explain the cut we want, even trying to look for the text & picture I sent him cause our son has already been with great clips but on a different location. The lady here was impatient & on a rush saying things like "see that...I'm licensed" "I know what I'm doing". Well guess what Ma'am, just because you are licensed doesn't mean you can't respect your clients wish. At the end you didn't know what you were doing, my child's hair is messed up. There is no fade, the top is so uneven, the nape is crooked. Why am I coming here? Dad wasn't able to speak out as much, as he knows it would be unpleasant. Oh. Em. Gee. Wtf. The lady gave me a ln uneven hack job. Told me what I want. Told me what I don't want. Didn't want to just give me what I asked for which was so basic. And I think it was completely unprofessional and disgusting to use cutting hair as perfect timing to bring up the Charlie Kirk tragedy. Even her coworker got up and dismissed herself. Either she didn't like my response or she knew that the lady shouldn't have been bringing that up to a customer. I hadn't been to a great clips in over 6 years because they are always a let down. Anyway, I was there so I asked her to give me a haircut. She has a very bad attitude and she made my hair too short. After taking shower at home, I could see the hair were not evenly cut. I came in hair to get my hair trimmed and what happened is a disaster that's going to take 2 months to fix. The cutter couldn't follow clear simple instructions. I went to another great clips location to have it "fixed" or salvaged. It still looks really bad. I felt like because someone was behind me in line I was being rushed out of the chair so the cutter could get as many customers as possible so he wasn't following any directions and going way to fast.
