They had no other customers in the shop and they would not take my son, they offered an appointment for the next day but they had no other customers and they don't close till 6pm for a quick trim. I ended up purchasing four packs of 18" BOHYME hair. It's 100% remi human hair and all of the cuticles were in the same direction which makes it SUPER smooth and silky which is a plus. Canyon falls also have hair stylists working there if you want to get your extensions put in right then and there but my best friend is a hair stylist so I just got it done by her.
