I've been disappointed with my last few attempts to get a waxing service at this location. Their website lets me book a waxing appointment, even for the very next day, but then, just minutes before my scheduled time, Michelle calls to tell me that no one is available who can actually perform the service. If they don't have trained staff on site, why offer waxing appointments at all? Unfortunately, I won't be returning. read more

Went in today for a trim on my dead ends & face framing pieces. I have very thick 2b hair with frizz i'm usually very picky on how my hair is cut. Today I went in and I got my haircut by I believe her name was Gloria. She had pink Highlights in her hair She did a really great job on my hair and I'm actually super happy considering my hair was super frizzy when I went in. She was super friendly and patient. I got there at 9:00am when they open. I was the first one in. Second person had a 9:00am appt so he went first. No issue there. Third person in had a 10:00am appt so he went to leave. The woman told me I would have to wait until after 10:00am. No problem yet. The third man with the 10:00am reservation turned around from leaving said as he was here could he get an earlier haircut. I decided to change up my locations on where to go. This one is way closer to my house, so I decided to try them. I saw the reviews, so I felt comfortable. I walked in, didn't have to wait BTW (I done a check in online) and was greeted by staci, who also cut my hair. She was very nice and also love to chat. I love when an employee talks and not just ignore you. She did an awesome job with my hair, so I will be coming back to her. Also, I love that this location is a franchise, if I would've known that. Zero stars. After calling in on Monday night and being told they only take walk-ins, I came in to get a haircut today expecting to have a wait list of some sort. Instead, there was one stylist who looked up at me frowned, asked if I had an appointment. When I told her what I was told on the phone, she immediately took a defensive posture and argued stating they have never done that and that they have been by appointment only for the last 2 years. I'm sorry but if your attitude is that negative right off the bat, I can take my hard-earned money elsewhere and spend it with somebody that will be decent and courteous to customers as they walk in the door. read more

Supercuts is a very friendly and welcoming environment. The atmosphere is very upbeat and happy. The store is well maintained and bright and sunny.Lots of natural sunlight comes thru the windows. Which is a plus for everyone. The rays from the sun makes people happy. And also the stylists has a great view of your hair. So they can see exactly what they are doing. I loved the lay out of the store. It designed very nicely. The decorations and accents were perfect. Just enough pictures and products were placed around the store. The music was very relaxing and well thought out. I liked how the store was a smaller store but offered so many options and had wonderful staff manning the establishment. My stylist Michelle was very talented in her craft. She had years of experience. And I am beyond thankful she gave me a wonderful haircut. I made an appointment for my daughter for 3:30. I accidentally went to the wrong location and rushed over to the correct one. I apologized for being 20 min late and Angela told me they were too busy to do my daughters hair and refused to find a way to squeeze her in. I went to the Fantastic Sam's down the street and they took her in immediately. In fact I'm writing this review sitting in their waiting room. At first, I was happy because they accepted me even if I didn't make an appointment. But after my hair was done, I regretted setting foot on their salon. I showed the woman a picture of the haircut I wanted to get. That was real easy. It was so easy that it only took her 5 minutes to cut my hair straight. Like literally she just cut it straight without any art! She did not even bother to blow dry my hair afterwards! I understand that there are a few clients waiting but everyone deserves to be given the service their salon advertised to do! All in all, my money was just wasted. read more

I have been going to this location for about 15 yrs. When Anna worked there. After Anna left, we needed to find another person to cut our hair. So, we started with Kira. about 3 months ago when trying to make Apts; with Kira became almost impossible. When we called some guy named Chris would tell us she was off that day; or she has left and works somewhere else, etc. All LAIRS. So, after repeated calls; I had my husband take us to the salon and find out that Kira still was working there. So, we made an apt. Then the next time this Chris again laired to us, telling us again that Kira was off that day. But once again my husband took us over and Kira was there working. So, I asked for her number so we could have apts. Also, the diff; clients of mine are also telling me this same liar was being told to them as well. Now I am a practitioner and I run diff, businesses and I wouldn't stand for this kind of bad behavior. So now my 16 clients and myself are going to follow Kira. She was the only personal in your salon who cared about the customers. I have seen her have to handle 6 people at a time and never lost her composure. In my option you have a very immature employee who is very jealous of Kira and did her harm. I have encouraged Kira to file with the labor board over this. Angela gave me a horrible hair cut. How hard is it to do bangs? I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she made my bangs extremely short and uneven. I had to point it out and she had to try to fix it - making the bangs even shorter. They're all over the place and still uneven. I look like a little nerdy boy with straight across bangs. Horrible. Now I have to wait until they grow out before trying to get it fixed somewhere else. I should have walked out and not paid, that's how bad this hair cut is. Unfortunately I was nice and stayed and paid. I'm completely disgusted. Update: I just realized I was also overcharged, and so was my boyfriend, because I had a $2 off coupon and my haircut was $18. Everytime I go in there they can never take me because they are understaffed. I went in at 4:05 and she had 1 lady in the chair and 1 person with a 4:30 reservation and she turned me away because they close at 5pm. This is the 2nd time they've done this. Just got my haircut by Cassandra today and it was awful. Probably the most careless haircut I've ever received. They were busy with only 2 people and instead of worrying about the details of my hair she hurried to try and get the next person. Sideburns were not even trimmed and I still had uneven hairs poking over my ears. If you want to waste money go here and ask for her! read more

This place is a joke horrible experience first of all if you are going to provide online appointment booking you should probably honor it otherwise just do a walk in basis. Booked my appointment two hours prior to the appointment requested I show up for my appointment and get told I had to wait another hour before they could take me mind you an appointment was booked so common sense you should stop accepting walkins to accommodate the appointment that you offered online to be booked. The staff was rude and inconsiderate. They definitely need to work on their professionalism and comply with what they offer if you can't provide a service don't offer it. read more

I've come to this location before and had great service. This last one was terrible. The young man checked me in and was super friendly, he makes me laugh every time. Then it all went downhill, the blonde woman in the first chair came and got me and I told her I just needed a quick trim to even everything out. She washed and started cutting, all while telling me I don't want to even it out I want to do it her way, when I said no, just even it out and dry. She tells me, "I probably won't have time to dry it, I have other people to help" someone she found time and did a terrible job, burning my head the whole time, even after I told her. I had been going to the same stylist for years and the last visit I had with her was totally horrible. She had cut my hair so short that I could not do anything with it. I was so upset that another stylist had to step in and try to correct what she had done but it was impossible (they kept on cutting and I had to tell them to STOP). I called and complained to the Mgr who was very understanding but unfortunately the damage was done and I have not stepped back in to that Salon again. I understand Stylist have a hard job dealing with so many different people but when you go to someone at the same place and for a couple of years you really don't think she would have done what she did and what really upset me the most was she kept arguing with me that my hair was not to short. I always showed her a picture of my hair just to remind her and she still screwed it up. You need to find another JOB! you hurt that business by doing what you do to clients. You do not deserve the job there. It needs to go to someone who will appreciate what they do. You have lost clients and if you continue with this kind of serve you will lose more. read more
