I provided photos of myself to my stylist before hand stating where I wanted my length to end in its curl form at shoulder length; which was the exact picture I provided. What should have been a trim of 2-3 inches became 7 inches! I now have a pixie cut in the back and longish layers on the sides. Enough to put in a "ponytail". I don't have my ringlets anymore. There isn't enough hair to fully form! I am so disappointed and embarrassed by this cut, especially during the holidays. I've been wearing a baseball cap every day and avoiding pictures like the plague. The salon and everyone there is nice, but this isn't the place for us curly girls. Look elsewhere.

I said I wanted a length where I could wear my hair up and not worry about pieces falling out. I always bring in a picture to show the stylist exactly what I want so there are no miscommunications. I received a cut that hits at the collar bone and the front layers are too short so it does not make an A-line. Also, when I put it up, pieces of my hair fall out. I'm pretty disappointed especially because the prices were raised to $60 for a cut and blow-dry. I've received a handful of haircuts here and have only had one bad experience so I did not want to take off too many stars. In the past, I've just asked for a trim and face-framing layers. With the most recent experience and the raised prices, I may look elsewhere for my next cut which won't be any time soon since I have to grow my hair out again.

The staff were nice and personable! Very easy to talk to. They also made sure they understood what I was looking for in my hair color. I showed them a picture and they got the hair color just right. I'm only giving them 4 stars because they were a little rough with my scalp when washing my hair (I might have a sensitive scalp though). They also didn't use any Vaseline or anything so that the color won't get on my skin. I went home and my fiancé thought I was bruised up. Lastly, my head is extremely itchy after getting my hair done but then again, like I mentioned, I might have a sensitive scalp to their products.
