I had lost the key to my storage unit (holding all my college appliances for move in) after driving 17 hours on the road, I was fatigued and tired and wanted to ask a professional locksmith for help. I had a disc lock on the storage unit and needed help getting my stuff. When I called for their services I was treated with a disrespectful tone about ETA, cost of the service, and yelling from the provider. The first sign of being unprofessional was their "sarcastic" remark about arriving on time. I understood I was far due to my storage unit but did not appreciate them having an attitude on the phone about needing to drive farther towards my unit. After the first phone call, I was in shock and started tearing up on how disrespectful the "locksmith" had communicated with me. I decided I had to call back and cancel the appointment.
