I went back about 3 hours later and he had told me that he forgot to sharpen it but it would only be a minute. He handed me my knife and it left. When I got home I noticed that he had gone a little too far down the blade and wrecked the first 2/3 of the serrations on the knife. I took it back and he said that he would fix it but it would take a week. I went back to grab the knife and it looks like the only thing that he did was touch up the black on the back of the knife. Very disappointed that he tried to do it in a hurry and wrecked the serrations on a $120 knife. Now I have to go find someone else to fix it.

The store is small. Prices are mispriced with wrong stickers. I saw something I wanted to get but at a different House of Knives location sold it for cheap. Only when I asked about it, I realized they put the wrong sticker. Maybe this is a common mistake. They have some pretty good product for sale here. Service is so so.
