i had security bars installed for my shop by another company and the quality of the metal was shit, i could like bend them open. crackheads are small they probably could have squeezed on in. and the price was wack. so I then had some of my bars re done by these guys, SMA, to make me feel safe and happy and that is what i got! reilley was really nice and to the point. the price and quality are awesome. yay thanks SMA! i will be calling them for any future work i need done as well as sending many clients and friends their way. read more

Ugly company I called them to come and install gates at my moms salon and they were so rude over the phone but gave them the benefit of the doubt. When they arrived it they were so rude and made us feel stupid that we didn't understand how the product worked. Nonetheless I called up the owner and she informed me she doesn't have time for my non-sense and I should smarten up. Well I am and hope everyone here can see how a crappy company you are! read more

Tuesday, Nov 12, 2013 at 3 am, I just happened to be awake (we have a baby), and I heard someone try to slide open the door to our basement and my home office. The door was locked, naturally, but it faces on to a dark and secluded postage-stamp of a townhouse backyard. Also, it's a piece of simple glass, and is the type with the door on the outside, so it is impossible to lay a stick in the track to block the door. At 4 am, after doing a google search, I emailed Security Machine & Allspan Mfg. At 8:30 am, they called me. At 9:30 am, they arrived to measure the space, and provide a quote. Wednesday, November 13th, 10 am (twenty-four hours later!), they arrived to install the custom manufactured and custom *painted* security gate now standing between us and... whoever. Full stars for great service!! Fast ,helpful, and on time. I called other security companies and only 2 showed up. The first guy was 2hours late and the guys at security machine showed up ON TIME. There quote was reasonable and it all came with a 10 year warranty. Holy cow!! who does that? The staff I spoke with were all helpful and friendly.
