They use a tiered computer program system that spits out the two highest oil changes and do not let the customers see any of the other options. Thievery! If you live in Georgia, you know the whole song and dance we have to go through every year just to get our tags. I called two Jiffy Lube locations -- one told me their machine wasn't working (hard eye roll, because that always seems to be the case), and the other told me no one was there to do it (another eye roll). I was on a mission to be on time with my registration this year. I wasn't about to pay another late fee this year like I have in previous years (don't judge me! ). So I kept calling around and came across this place. I saw the ratings were good and that they actually had someone there, so I drove right over. I was a little taken aback at first because I'm used to getting out of my car and waiting inside while they do the test. Nope -- not here. You stay in your car, which honestly isn't bad at all. The gentleman who helped me (I wish I remembered his name) was great. He was polite and kind. It was raining and a little chilly that morning, but that didn't stop him. He got everything done quickly, and I made sure to blow my horn once he was inside because there's a sign that says to honk if you received great service lol. So make sure ya'll honk! I'd definitely consider coming here again. I even brought my laptop thinking I'd be waiting forever, but I was in and out and back home in time for my meeting. I highly recommend this location. After reading many reviews I decided to visit RPM and I have no regrets. An appointment is recommended and I usually call at least 2 weeks in advance because it's a popular small business. Recently I visited for an oil change and my car was ready in 28 minutes. I could instantly tell the difference in how my vehicle was driving. I was also informed that my vehicle looked good and only concern may be rear breaks and they would look at it during the next oil change. The oil change sticker was placed on my window so I have a reminder on when to visit next. Although it's a little drive from my home, I will continue to get my car serviced here.  Friendly service, consistent and quality work at an affordable price.

Rick fixed my A/C and referred me to other places that could do some of my other repairs faster/better (for example, I needed a front end alignment and he sent me to a tire place). I am somewhat clueless about certain aspects of cars because I had a long time trusted mechanic who has scaled back. So I really appreciate Rick's honesty. He's also within walking distance of the Enterprise Rental Car in Mableton, so if you really need to drop your car off and go to work (but don't have a ride), Enterprise is a good option.

He explained what was needed and inquired if I had any discounts, etc. My second tech was Jeremy and he was so friendly and directed me into the space above the bay. The entire crew working all 3 bays were outgoing and working diligently to get us through and on our way yet personable and knowledgeable. Finally the manager Jacob came over to see how my experience went and let me know they appreciated my business! What a breath of fresh air to have a large group in such close quarters working so professionally to make the customer experience top of the line! I will be back!
