Wow! I didn't know an honest, fast, friendly place like this existed! I gave up on my car dealership's service (or lack thereof) & went off yelp reviews to find this place. I immediately had a great vibe. This is a "let's get down to business with no BS" place. They had me get out of the car so they could drive it to another stall & they let me sit in the lobby since there was no other customer there (covid rules ). Once in the lobby, I realized that I had just left my purse & phone in the vehicle (not like me). But you know what?...I felt no need to go out & get it. That's how trustworthy these guys appeared to me. In summary, this was a great experience & I will stick to these guys from now on! I am so thankful to the gentleman at the 3820 North 90th location in Omaha Nebraska. I hit a chuck hole in the area was about a block away in a parking lot with a flat tire. I couldn't get the lug nuts off to put on the spare. It was one of those things where it's 1 thing after another & I couldn't find help after trying 2 places close by I went to Greese Monkeys and thankfully they came over & got my tire off & pointed out the rim was bent now. They got my spare on for me. The spare was flat & they even walked it to their location to put air in it for me. I seriously don't know what I would have done without their kindness. I wanted to pay them for the help. They really did this out of kindness and that is why I wanted to write a review to let others know how kind & caring they are here. Came here for the reviews - was not disappointed. Throughout the visit, they undersold and over-delivered themselves. For example, they told me it would take 15 minutes to get into the bay - it was about five. They said the change was 15 minutes; it was 10. They recommended a filter change and quoted a sale price - it turned out he quoted for the wrong filter but still honored the quoted price. Oil was changed fast and they cleaned the interior better than any other place I've been (and left it smelling great). On top of that, told me to come in anytime between now and the next change to top off fluids and check tire pressure. "I don't care if you come in every day!" he said. Hopefully I don't have to do this, but love knowing that's their attitude. I'll be a new regular for my Nissan, but now I'm thinking of shifting my Honda from my trusted place to here, just because it's closer. Thanks, guys! read more

The service is great and fast but they only do synthetic oil changes. I've brought 2 different car here. 1 high mileage and 1 with 40,000 and regardless of the year, make, model of the vehicle they ALWAYS say you need synthetic oil. It's almost like they don't want anyone to get an oil change that doesn't cost under $80. I never pay this much anywhere else. read more

They were fast and affordable! Make sure you drive around to the back of the business though My GPS guided me to the front/ parking lot but to get service, you have to join the line. Also if you need to have your brakes serviced, you have to call ahead and schedule. Was super impressed by this business!! Very friendly and thorough and clean! Had them check my tire treads because Toyota service department said they would need completely replaced by the next oil change. I had a feeling Toyota dealership service department was recommending "necessary" services that weren't immediately necessary, and was glad to hear the alternative evaluation. They didn't let me down. Went for oil change and expected to need brakes all around (new(er) vehicle purchased as-is from bargain center demonstrating noise and shudder when applying brakes). They diagnosed "dirty but fine" and charged me $60 for the labor to clean them up, plus the cost of the oil change. They could easily have scammed me into a full brake job because it was my expectation that was what it needed but they didn't. I was in and out of there in less than an hour and I had no appointment. Went back a couple of weeks later for an oil change on vehicle number two. They identified a badly decaying serpentine belt (we knew about it already but were going to wait) and said they could replace it while they did the oil change. Cost was okay, warranty for 60K miles, and they managed to find me a returning-customer coupon. Overall, this is now my go-to place. read more

My boyfriend found these guys on yelp and we were so pleasantly surprised! They changed the oil on my car and his car for a reasonable price. While they changed the oil they also cleaned our car! Not the outside, but vacuumed the inside for no extra charge. They also topped off the fluids which was another added bonus. SUCH GREAT SERVICE! They were quick and easy to go to. Grease Monkey on 90th literally saved me 1000.00 dollars. After I took it somewhere else for an initial assessment it was going to be 1500. I was in tears and couldn't bring myself to pay that. I didn't realize grease monkey does all sorts of auto repairs and called them. They got me in right away and stated a part the other place quoted me was not needing replaced. That alone was 600.00. I went for an oil change tonight at the 90th location in Omaha and may have had a little incident by scraping a pole while going into one of the service bays. I felt completely embarrassed but the workers tonight made me feel way better. They even used their own products to get the red paint off of my silver car without me knowing and free of charge. This alone made my day because today was an absolute MONDAY. I drive old cars, so maintenance is important. Monte and Doug have always been up front about what needs to be done and when. I waited in line here yesterday and Monte came out to let me know the two cars in front of me just needed air in their tires so it wouldn't be long. He also gave me some advice about looking up maintenance records for a car I just bought on Carfax. Like anywhere, you pay a markup on filters and such, but it evens out with having someone you trust looking at your car. Plus recent upgrades like the "pit clock" are nice. I am very impressed with the service I received and with this business's response to the Covid19 pandemic. The precautions and service changes this location has put in place make it clear that, as a business, they value the health and safety of their employees, customers and the general public above everything else. The manager Keith worked on my car and was so incredibly nice and professional. He let me know exactly what was going to happen during the oil change and repaired my tire after removing a nail. I actually really enjoyed being able to stay in my vehicle and watch the whole process. I have been going to this location for the last few years and have always received great service. Not only did they change my oil quickly and efficiently, they gave me a fair price on brakes on my 2011 suburban. They also wash the windows and vacuumed out the car, Way above and beyond the call of duty. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner as I am moving. The most upstanding car maintanence places in town! Have been taking my car there for over a year (primarily for oil change/filter work) and never been charged for more than necessary. Even asked for a tire rotation. They checked the tires and told me that the difference between the tire treads wasn't great enough to do a rotation and they didn't want to charge me for one when it wasn't necessary. Not only are they upfront and honest, but also knowledgeable. When the emphasis in car maintainence anymore is on speed and making top-dollar, Grease Monkey is a great outlier and breath of fresh air. read more
