The family here is great and will not offer you anything you don't need. They can be trusted with your vehicle and do a thorough job. He changes the oil and she vacuums the car. Pros: Very quick, in and out in about ten minutes. Sweet Asian couple who owned and ran the shop. Cons: Hard to find, extremely outdated waiting area (from about the 1970's), didn't talk to me much about my car so I felt like they didn't do all the inspections that they we're suppose to, and very expensive for a basic oil change. Overall, I received the service that I came in for, but I wouldn't go there again. The only reason I initially went there is because the Just Brakes up the street had a miscommunication with their oil distributer and didn't have any oil, so they recommended me to here. read more

Could not have been a better experience. Needed an oil change qickly before driving my Jaguar back to S. Carolina. No garage in the area could do it before Thursday (today is Monday). Garbage! This crap business ripped me off! I walk in to have a simple oil change done a couple months ago. I gave this asshole everything (oil and filter). What did I find? He gave me some horrible (probably used) generic oil filter! I wouldn't doubt he also gave me garbage oil as well. What a complete disappointment. Called on Sept 3 to make an appointment for my oil change told they dont do appointments. The reason I wanted an appointment was I asked for a new air filter and I knew they would not have one. I explained this on the phone. Perfectly clean corvette smeared the windows will have to re clean. Asked for an air filter all I received was "checked" checked is not a new air filter, the reason 1994 corvettes have an uncommon air filter. No one listens. If you need anything from the usual don't go there. So much for supporting local franchises. An oriental man used to have this location and was great. read more

Went in to get my oil changed. Everyone was very friendly and they did the oil change in a short amount of time. They told me they checked everything and went through a list of things they checked and when I should get them fixed. They told me they checked my air filters and I would not need to change them for 2 more oil changes. I went and bought air filters for the engine and cabin of my car anyway. When I arrived home I changed my filters. The engine air filters, Infiniti has 2 under the hood, were full of dirt. So much so that when I removed them dirt came pouring out. It makes me wonder what else they didn't check that they said they did and if everything is really okay. read more

This is a great family owned business. A little more expensive for an oil change then other places in town($39), but they are so nice and tell you exactly how it is. Won't rip you off. They check all your fluids and vacuum. Usually not a long wait. I'll be back. read more

I rarely write reviews but I had such a positive experience I felt the need to give the business the positive recognition that they deserved! I just had my oil changed their today and they were super nice, informed me what they'll be checking on my truck and stated that it would take 15 -20 minutes long. After about 15 minutes they were finished changing my oil and patiently went down the all the items that they checked and everything is operating fine on my truck. They could've easily claim something was wrong and tried to make extra money of me but they honestly reported the well being of my truck. Overall, going to this Grease Monkey location was the best oil change experience I've ever hard due to no stress, complete professionalism and superior customer service. I definitely will go back to them for next oil change. :-) read more
