After arriving at my home, I found the floors in the disgusting condition below. When I politely let them know it had been missed and that I would handle it myself, I got a long drawn out list of excuses having nothing to do with the floors being missed, paired with unprofessional texts from Bobby telling Lisa to tell me that the job wasn't worth what I was paying. I've since switched to much more professional cleaners, I recommend you do the same and look elsewhere for cleaning services.

Clean slate team came last night, accommodating our set restaurant hours. They stayed well into the night detailing every little part of our lobby. Of course we pride ourselves in presentation so this was a serious project. Full communication through the entire project, pics at the end, I am SPEECHLESS!! What a turnout. Shiny baseboards, polished floors, vacuumed rugs, shelves cleaned signs cleaned and sanitized every. single. inch. And don't even get me started on the restrooms! They seriously keep the patrons in mind the entire time! Thank you Clean Slate and I seriously could not recommend you guys any more!!

Luis from Dustmeister responded to my request for house cleaning fairly quickly. I could not…read morebelieve the quoted price for a house my size. I was a bit skeptical, but I hired them. They came to my house at the appointed time and they were dressed in tuxedos as butlers! They brought all their own equipment, as well as cleaning supplies. They are delightful, polite, and they worked so hard. I told them I had not had my house deep cleaned since July. I also have animals thus there is pet hair, a lot of it. They didn't complain, they went ahead and did a deep clean, even though that wasn't scheduled. They actually even washed the insides of my windows. It turned out to be much more of a job than they expected, but they didn't want me to pay more than the quoted price. I finally talked them into letting me pay them what they would charge for a deep clean. Even that price just floored me. It was so much less than I have paid in the past. I have hired them to come back every other week. It is so refreshing in this current time to find a company dedicated to making customers happy at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to hire them. You won't believe how good your house looks and smells and how little it affects your wallet! Thanks guys!

I called several janitorial companies but because these floors are in a residence they refused to even drop by and take a look. I persisted and finally found Adam's Janitorial! Saco looked at the new floor, saw it was a large empty space and told me "This is no problem for us!" He gave us an estimate and after discussing it with my husband we agreed it was a fair price. I asked Saco how soon he could do the job, his answer was "Now!" We were thrilled! In two hours our floors where done, protected and polished like marble! After it was done I grilled Saco for all his tips on keeping the floors clean and looking their best! He was super helpful and we hung out chatting for a while! These folks really care about doing a good job and providing customer service! It was a great experience and I highly recommend them!

Victor came out to the house within two days of my request, gave us a quote on the spot which we accepted. I asked when he could start working and he said that he didn't have his calendar with him He promised that he would call that afternoon and schedule us. He had to decide on the best day to clean our house. Two days later I emailed him, no response back on the third day I decided I would just give him a call and he said that he was working on the schedule and would get back to me. He again promised he would call back when he decided on the best day to clean my house. It's been about 3 weeks now and I suspect that call will never come. What I can't understand is why he would put a special on yelp " $250 for $280 Deal at Folsom Cleaning Service". Who in their right mind would pay $250.00 for a deal of $30.00 off and maybe not even get a call back or even be put on the schedule for the job. UPDATE: Victor called. Since we wanted the house cleaned before Thanksgiving we couldn't wait forever. Prior to his call we hired another cleaning service to do a deep cleaning. I called and left a message to see if Victor wanted to set up an appointment for the every other week cleaning/ He never called back. I don't understand his way of doing business.
