AVOID AT ALL COSTS I hired them expecting professional…read moreservice, but what I got was a complete breakdown in logistics and a total lack of respect for my property. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company... that is unless you love broken furniture and terrible/non-existent customer service! The company showed up understaffed with fewer workers than we'd contractually agreed to. They didn't send the number of workers promised, which made the entire process slow, disorganized, and ultimately dangerous for my belongings. From the moment they showed up we contacted the company to address the concerns, but given we had everything scheduled logistically to be gone from our house that day, we had no option but to move forward with the smaller worker crew that showed up. Long story short, we wasted twice as long as it should have taken to get everything done due to the lack of movers. And in the process, they managed to completely break some brand new furniture in the process. It was broken so badly that they just threw it away. BUT THE WORST PART IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE: The "screw-ups" during the move were bad enough, but the aftermath has been even worse. Trying to resolve the damage and the contract breach has been a nightmare. Their customer service is dismissive and completely unwilling to take accountability for their failures. Even today, they were supposed to connect me with their claims manager (after about 5 phone calls and 5 emails), yet failed to do so as they said they would. It's clear they care more about booking jobs than actually fulfilling their contractual obligations or protecting your home. I've had to spend my own time drafting emails and fighting just to get a response regarding the property they destroyed. Do not believe the hype. They are understaffed, they break your furniture, and they will leave you hanging when it comes time to make it right. STAY AWAY.

He told me where the majority of costs were and if I wanted to save money, which items I could pack myself. He was very proactive letting me know ahead of time what to expect and planning the timing. On packing day the guys came and packed up our home. They were so careful with my things and answered my many questions very politely. They got all boxes packed up then came the next day. On moving day, they arrived early with smiles on their faces and worked so hard and helped us coordinate all of the timing. We bought a furnished home so they had to move things at our new home to make room for what was coming. These guys worked so hard and were so helpful. When they were done, the lead tallied up the invoice hours and had a big grin on his face and excitedly showed me we were way under the estimate. Steve's tips on how to cut costs and the diligence of his workers saved me a couple thousand dollars. Hopefully I don't have to move again but if I do, I will definitely use them again. Needed to move a 1 bedroom apartment with a LOT of furniture to our new home. The apartment is on…read morethe 3rd floor with no elevator - a tough job! The two guys that arrived were very friendly and efficient - Angelo and I forgot the other's name. They worked very hard. There were a couple hiccups: There were supposed to be 3 movers but one did not show up. We were only charged for the 2 movers. Unfortunately, one piece of furniture was dropped and broken while going down the stairs. The mover was very apologetic and Karl reimbursed some of the cost.
