I'd love to try this place, but the waitress started taking orders for two tables that seated after me. I'll try again later but the best it'll get is a 4 star, and that's if they do really good. Don't ignore your customers, I went to Isabella's and had a great dinner with a burger you have to beat. Followup: I went back the following night and was sorely disappointed. From the time I sat down to when my order was finally taken and I could get a beverage was 28 minutes. Food arrived another 30 minutes later after I watched a gentleman who was seated at a table after me, was finished paying for his meal. Nobody in this town knows me, I didn't come here with an axe to grind, and quite frankly I felt ignored. I won't be back here, ever, and I'm making it a point to tell people to avoid this place. Can't rate the food as we were never served. Came in on Friday night and they didn't appear to be too busy. A couple of waiters and waitresses were up front talking to a couple but didn't say a word to me or my son. No signs saying wait to be seated so we found a table and sat down. 3-4 mins went by and we were passed by at least 3 waiters but still nothing. Told my son to set a timer for 5 mins. Well the 5 mins was up and no one ever even acknowledged we were there so we got up and left. Won't ever try them again or even go to the attached lodge. read more

Stumbled on this place while working in town. Trusted yelp and went. Needless to say, tonight will be 3 consecutive nights for dinner here. Decent place for a burger and beer(s). Had the ghost town burger with tater tots on the first night. Had the bison burger with fries last night and having the beef bites tonight. Nothing has disappointed me at all. The hostess and waitresses all seemed so confused as to where to seat us and how to give us basics such as menus and silverware and condiments. The menu is very limited so one would think they would nail those but I'd say the food is mediocre at best. It is possible that the cooks are dictating BS to the waitresses which makes them look bad because after our initial order of food about 10 minutes later I asked if we could add chips and salsa and the waitress said she would have to check with the cooks. She came back and said chips and salsa would go to the end of the line and take an additional 30 minutes. Unless they are back there making fresh chips that made no sense to me. Also I observed either a cook or dishwasher come out of their area into the main dining area with a lit cigarette and had no problem smoking in the building. read more

Highly recommend This one! This is a gem for new travelers passing through Newcastle Wyoming, My boyfriend and I stopped in. We are from Florida. I have to say The bar , The grill / fryer station and back of kitchen from sitting at the bar. IS THE MOST CLEANEST RESTAURANT I EVER FELT COMFORTABLE EATING in!! The meatloaf dinner and the cheese curds are a must get! Being in Florida they use a lot of processed meat and eating this meat loaf , it definitely has real juicy beef taste! The service is amazing! Friendly smiles and everyone working as a team is a huge part of working in A restaurant. Alex & Erick are amazing servers! Watching them keep the bar clean. and food ran out right when it's ready! We had an unexpected stay here because of weather! The food was fantastic. The beer was cold & served in ice cold mugs! The Ranch burger & Drop in the Bucket burgers were fantastic! I had the sirloin tips cooked medium with the homemade mashed potatoes; all fantastic. We would have never stopped here, but so glad we did! The wait staff & cooks were phenomenal! We hit the jackpot when we found this place. The service was great and the food was served fast and sizzling hot. We both had the steak tips with a vegetable melody and fries on the side. The steak tips are so juicy and tender that they seam to melt in your mouth. The portion size is great and we even had left overs to take home. Over all everything we had was really good. As mentioned in other reviews the drinks are in single cans or bottles so there are no refills. We will be back to try their burgers that also looked awesome. read more

We were just passing through and needed fuel. Since we were in town we decided to have dinner. There were only a few people in the restaurant when we stopped. We started off with the gourmet root beer. It came in a bottle but it was awesome!! We had some mushrooms and pickle fries for an appetizer -- both were amazing. They are using some sort of whiskey infused batter. It was perfect and not overpowering at all. My wife got the beef tips and I got a jack burger. Again, both incredible dishes. The beef tips had a corn with it that tasted like kettle corn. Crazy good!! I highly recommend it. You may walk in, but you'll waddle out. read more

I was surprised to sit down at this restaurant and read a menu that touted "fast food." My skepticism was misplaced, however, as this burger bar is truly quick to get your meal out. I got a Ghosttown Burger, and my wife chose the patty melt. Both were great. It was satisfying to eat a quarter pound burger as it left room for the hand-cut French fries and onion wings we ordered. Server was not attentive at all. The following evening we returned with renewed hope, ordered chicken strips and fries. Fries appeared greasy and were not fully cooked. We overheard a waitress complaining to a different guest that a waitress had just been fired and the cook quit. I wish we would have known this before our meal.
