He made a HUGE paella which fed 60 very happy guests with a great portion. The week before, they called me to confirm and Juan, the owner, let me know that he would be the chef the day of our event. I warned him that my mother is a very picky woman that's from Spain and that he would have his work cut out for him to impress her. He said he would be up for that challenge as he's from Valencia and has been making paella all of his life.
