I still get people saying they had never seen that before. For entrees we did a chicken dish, a beef dish, and maybe a fish dish (can't remember) with some yummy sides, but I do remember everyone loved the food, we literally had nothing left over! Overall it was really a pleasure working with them! Highly recommend!!

He made a HUGE paella which fed 60 very happy guests with a great portion. The week before, they called me to confirm and Juan, the owner, let me know that he would be the chef the day of our event. I warned him that my mother is a very picky woman that's from Spain and that he would have his work cut out for him to impress her. He said he would be up for that challenge as he's from Valencia and has been making paella all of his life. Fast forward to the wedding, when we arrive at the reception space and are greeted by the most amazing smell of paella being cooked. The guests were in awe as they watched the chef finish making his masterpiece before their eyes. I felt bad for the guy as the before mentioned picky Spanish woman had arrived and was standing over his shoulder waiting for her chance! Moment of truth comes and the matriarch of our family tries the paella. Never before have I seen this woman finish her entire meal!! She was so impressed! Phew!! The paella was amazing, and the owner is a delight. We will definitely use him again for future events. If you are looking for a great caterer that will wow your guests, this is it! Juan and crew delivered!!

She was willing to come to our home before we even hired her to see the space, which was very important to us. Trish not only helped figure out what we needed in terms of food but how to structure set up, serving, etc. into our event. The staff was friendly and professional and moved in and out so quickly and quietly that we didn't really notice the set up or clean up as these were happening. My only very minor criticism is that it took some time to get an initial call back. But otherwise, we couldn't have asked for anything better. We would definitely recommend her and use her again in the future.
