Getting tattooed by Tash was an excellent experience! The studio space is clean, bright, and relaxed, and Tash is gentle, respectful, and extremely skilled. I had a great time watching one of my favorite cartoons from the chair and the appointment lasted just as long as they had estimated. I love the art and the experience of receiving it was my #1 tattoo experience. I'll try to remember to come back and add another picture when it's healed! read more

This was one of the best experiences I've had getting a tattoo. I have twelve tattoos, and Tash is the only artist I've been back to after my first planned piece with them. Not that there was anything wrong with the other artists, but I loved Tash's work and the experience of getting a piece from them. Their work is artistic and detailed, whether drawn-on at the appointment like my ivy was, or sketched and stencilled ahead of time like my pitcher plants. Even on the inside of my arm, their lines are clear with zero blowout. Their studio is small, private and comfortable. They're very tidy and put a lot of thought and work into maintaining a sterile space, as well as still wearing and requiring masks. I can't recommend Tash highly enough if you want black ink botanicals, for sure. read more

Tash was amazing! They were very thoughtful and and considerate of my needs and well-being throughout the process. Tash took a very personal and meaningful idea, albeit a complicated one, and produced an incredible design that she executed on it in a way that leaves me in awe. The next time I want any tattoo, I will not hesitate to come back. Thank you so much, Tash! read more

Lovely people and a dog who was nice to me too. The tattoo exceeded expectations and the price was more than fair. Already booking more tattoos with both artists read more

Not a single reason to give anything less than 5 stars. Tash was very professional and made me feel welcomed and most importantly. . .safe. I love the tattoo Tash did for me and definitely recommend/refer them to others. read more

Beautiful people making beautiful tattoos! As a person who's been to A LOT of tattoo shops, this one was incredible. The experience and service was exceptional and worth every penny. If you want someone who cares about YOU, and actively works to create an inclusive, artistic and friendly environment this is the place. My only complaint is that they are not closer to where I live! read more

I was tattooed by Tru on Sunday 3/5. Both Tash and Tru were there and super great to be around. Norman was also very cute and it was worth it just to see him. Tru is still an apprentice and was very sweet the entire time they were tattooing me. They made sure I was comfy the whole time. I've never seen lines so crispy. I had to tell them a couple times that they could use more pressure and I wasn't in any pain the entire time (only slightly uncomfortable from laying on my belly not because of the tattoo). I had a really great experience in their space and will definitely be seeing either or both of them in the future for more work. Thanks again! read more

Tash is an amazing artist with an amazing space. This was unlike any of my prior tattoo experiences in terms of the consideration given to my needs and my safety. They are immensely professional, empathetic, and dedicated. I love the way my final piece turned out and also really appreciate the way Tash took my basic idea and pushed it further than I'd imagined, into a really unique piece. Not every custom artist will put that kind of energy in! I would recommend Tash to anyone who appreciates high-quality work and simple human kindness. read more

I had a great experience getting tattooed by Tash. I just completed a half sleeve by them and couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Each session, Tash was very professional, explained the cost breakdown, and periodically checked in with how I was doing. Can't wait to go back for more! read more

Tash in an amazing tattoo artist and creates a really wonderful and safe environment to be tattooed. They spent time with me creating my tattoo. When it came time to put it on my body, we made a few adjustments to the art and they were really patient with me readjusting the placement like a million times. They have a great eye for how the tattoo will move with you body, and how it will look from different angles. I cannot recommend them more. read more

Was tattooed by Tash a few weeks ago and they were so professional whilst still being friendly and cool. They were very patient when i wanted the stencil relayed a few times and they took time to explain everything before they started tattooing to make sure I was comfortable even though it wasn't my first time. The time went quickly and with very little pain and the tattoo came out great! Very pleased with the overall experience and the end result! Hope to be tattooed by them again some day. read more

I came here at the recommendation of a friend to get a cover up for an abuse related tattoo. It was important to me to be tattooed by another trans or nonbinary person. Tash put lots of effort and thought into making me feel so incredibly safe, and the whole process was very consent focused. Their studio was beautiful and well lit with tons of art and decorations to look at. They were so respectful and informative and the whole experience felt very emotionally safe for me. They came up with a gorgeous design, adjusted the sizing and placement at my request, talked me through the whole process and showed me all the colors they'd picked and why. They also wore a mask and required everyone in the studio to wear one as well as having what I think was an air purifier running the whole time, which as someone who's very Covid cautious myself, made me feel really safe and comfortable. They allowed me to split it up into two two hour sessions, and although they state on their website they prefer no numbing cream, they allowed me to use it (I asked beforehand during my initial inquiry) which was a lifesaver for my pain tolerance, which tends to be pretty low for needles. They also gave me information about which otc painkiller is better to avoid blood thinning. The studio was a comfortable temperature and they explained aftercare to me as well as gave me a pretty inexpensive product recommendation for healing which was easy to find at a drugstore, and gave me a card with all the aftercare instructions written down too. They had good sanitation practices, every surface was covered, and they changed gloves multiple times to avoid cross contamination. They also talked me through aspects of their tattoo process, such as redoing the lines again after colors to make them pop. Their secretary who responds to emails was very communicative and helpful. For my first session, their partner was in the studio tattooing another client for part of it, for the second session it was just the two of us. There was so much care and thought and consent put into this whole experience, and the result is absolutely stunning. I will 100% be coming back. Thank you so much to Tash for such a wonderful and healing experience. I can't see my old tattoo at all, and the result is more beautiful than I imagined. read more

Tash is one of my favorite tattoo artists in Seattle. Not only do they do amazing work but they put so much effort into the client experience. Tash is fantastic! I am in the process of getting my second tattoo from them. Their space is welcoming and inclusive and I always felt comfortable asking for breaks when I needed one. They are so talented and I absolutely cannot wait to get more tattoos from them in the future! read more

I'm a person of color who has had some less than ideal tattoo experiences over the years. Everything from an artist telling me they couldn't use a color because I'm "too dark" to people pressing so hard I've cried. The first time I went to Tash, I knew I was never going to go anywhere else! The anti-racist work they have done to make their art inclusive and accessible to POC has not gone unnoticed and I will be returning to them for any future tattoos I plan on getting. They made me feel comfortable with their knowledge on how different ink colors appear on different skin and their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure the art I have on my body is exactly how I've imagined it in my mind. Thank you for such an incredible experience and I hope to see you again soon! read more

Getting a tattoo from Tash was such an excellent experience for me. They listened to what I wanted and put it into a piece of art that I am so happy to have on my body. As of yesterday, I have received four tattoos from Tash, which should be good enough of a testament to how amazing of an artist they are. They are an extremely warm person to be around, first off. Very easy to converse with, but also makes it abundantly clear that they're okay and encouraging of any boundaries/accommodations you'd like to set (mobility issues, talking or staying quiet, etc). I had an all day session with them yesterday, and the first two hours we spent chatting a bit, but after a coffee break they popped a headphone in while I watched Attack On Titan (they have a TV with streaming services in their studio!) The energy of their studio is refreshing and inviting and you can tell they put an equal amount of love into their space as well as their craft. And, not to mention, of course their tattoos are dope as fuck. I've gotten two flash pieces, a custom piece, and a freehand rework piece done by them and they are easily my most complimented tattoos. Unique, read well, just fucking amazing. My first tattoo by them was a flash piece that they ended up modifying a bit for me day of, which was extremely considerate and thoughtful. I could go on and on, but go to this artist--They deserve the world and will make your body that much more beautiful! read more
