So on Sunday evening I called and talk with Doug Anderson. Per instruction I closed the gas line and water supply to heater. I was able to send pictures of the old HW heater with model number to identify correct height and water capacity of new HW tank and after a few pertinent questions was able to schedule the replacement next morning at 7:30 AM. Doug came on time with new HW heater, he was very, polite and professional with good communication throughout the replacement project. In two hours job was completed and I have Hot water to shower. The quality of the job was fantastic and takes away the old water heater and left everything in very neat and clean condition. If I could give on more than 5 stars I would.

I took a look and lo and behold the bracket was installed backwards from the installation manual and it worked fine after about 40 minutes of fiddling. I'm sure they would've kept coming back until it ultimately got fixed but this had dragged on for over a month and I wanted to get it over with. Also had them do a shower valve which wasn't quite set at the correct depth in the wall, but that's fairly cosmetic and I'm not super bothered by it but someone else could be. I'm sure others will have a fine experience with this company but mine was tough.

Not a huge job but also not nothing either. No major twists, would take half a day or ~2-3 hours for a plumber to do max. They wanted over $5,000. Line items included attaching the faucet to the counter for $900. There was nothing about their bid even remotely competitive to other plumbing companies I had quote me. I guess they thought people wouldn't get a couple different quotes, or they bank on it. The had no issue collecting the $85 service charge though for coming out. Stay far away, they price like they don't want to do residential work.

Just yesterday he repaired a bathroom sink which required careful, diligent and thorough attention. It's a vintage sink. beautiful and well made. But the design is not well thought out in reference to repairs. The sink body can not be removed from the pedestal which means that you need at least three arms to hold a very heavy item and simultaneously replace old and broken parts. He did this difficult job with grace. And he charged a very modest price for his incredible work. Thank you Hwan and bless you. Any homeowner is fortunate to have your support.

The sliding door in the balcony fell off and it wont even slide or couldn't put it back to the original location, heavily rusted. Tang fixed it and it can now slide without worrying about falling apart. 2. The insulator wall behind bathroom medicine cabinet also fell apart. He placed a new supporting backplate as you can see the picture 3. A small water leak under neath kitchen sink from the garbage disposal was also fixed by him. I knew there was a clog somewhere in the pipe and suspected it was close to the P-trap. Arron, our drain specialist, was very clean and professional and did a great job solving my problem, and I cannot tell you how much of a relief this was. He tested the flow into the pipe and made sure there was no leaking from the nut at the bottom of the P-trap. Then he helped me re-level the washer and dryer.
