    Caramel macchiato
    Ami S.

Made a pit stop to grab coffee. Restrooms were clean and the place had a clean and service was quick. Got caramel macchiato cold and hot .

Paid$27 and just need a cup and made me go back in line, waited for 7 mins and had to pay .27 cents! Really?!

We love this place and everytime we drive through, the employees are always wonderful. For years this is our stopover, except today, one lady who claimed to be the manager, has an awful attitude. We needed an extra plastic cup, and she yelled at me that I need to back in line and pay for 0.27 cents after paying $27 dollars plus tip. Since when do you ask a customer to go back in the long check out line, pay 0.27 cents for a cup, and go through the pain of waiting again after all our orders are completed? Even the wonderful cashier said " since when do we charge extra cup" shocked and embarrassed, and the answer is- never did it ever happen in my many years of stopping here, we never had that issue! We always had a good experience except today! I would say the coffee was good, but one of the girls needs to be train how to be good to customers. I don't mind paying; but the attitude and the incredible poor call of making the customer go through the line again. So I'm very upset!

We ended up here because there are a row of superchargers in the area. So I decided to go grab a drink and a snack! The place is really cool once you get in. You don't expect the decor to look the way it does from the outside. There is even a little fire pit and a back room for larger crowds. I went to get a drink and the barista took mine and my daughters order. She was very sweet and was telling me that she had been working some long hours due to some staffing issues. The menu selections are a bit interesting but I tried out a cold ice drink (Peach Passion) and of course had to get coffee for the others. The lattes were great. Nice strong coffee in just the right amount of milk and foam. The service was fast as well so if you are in hurry, you will be A-OK. Note, there aren't a lot of food items so don't think you are going to have a selection.

The service and ambulance are atrocious! This place is Filthy! Food and drinks are great.... But is there any bacteria in the back of the front looks like this!? Gross!

Great options and lovely ambiance :) Service was excellent and my latte with almond milk was so yummy and my kid loves her strawberry smoothie

The worker lied to my face. She said the restroom was broken, but I know that's not true. Just tell me I can't use it instead of treating me like I'm not a customer. I came here to charge my car, and like many supercharger locations, they were strategically placed near restrooms and other amenities. Also, there was no sign saying the restroom was out of order. The female staff was very disrespectful and not hospitable at all. She should consider finding another job. The store seems clean, spacious, and very organized. However, these are worthless if one of the staffs is rude and disrespectful.

I ended up having a salad which was, quite possibly, the best salad I have ever eaten. It had burrata cheese and mandarin oranges and some nuts and I cant remember what else but I was actually sad when I ate the last piece of lettuce. My daughters both LOVED Their lunches and everyone around us was raving about their food as well. The server was just the nicest guy and answered our questions in a kind way. I wish they had a Red Bird Cafe in my town, because I would love to eat my way through their menu. It is so good that next time I am traveling on i-90 I will make a special stop in for lunch in Roslyn (about 15 min off freeway but so so so worth it). Fresh, quality, plentiful ingredients used in a way to make your taste buds sing. I AM A FAN!

So we decided to swing by on a Saturday around noon for quick lunch stop. The Red Bird Cafe is located in the downtown area of Roslyn, and it may be busy and difficult to find parking in the area if you are visiting midday. Parking is situated along the streets of Roslyn and there is additional slots near the trailhead down the street from where the restaurant is located. There wasn't too many customers during the time we went, but service is fast - we were able to get our food about 10 minutes after we ordered. The ambiance of the restaurant is quaint - with tightly spaced tables arranged throughout the restaurant, and you can choose wherever you'd like to sit. I ordered the Classic Monte Cristo, as I haven't tried this sandwich before, and this sandwich, though looking not too large, was actually really filling! The cheese and ham/turkey were layered between I think three slices of bread - giving a pleasing tiered texture. The bread was fluffy and had a nice spongy texture as you chewed it. Though I wished I could have got more of the jam - it had a refreshing sweetness that you could interchange between the richness of the sandwich. In the end, I spent about $13 for this sandwich, and I thought this was a good deal given how much it fills you up! The menu had many interesting looking options, and I would definitely like to revisit The Red Bird Cafe again if I'm ever in the Suncadia area!

The Benedict was very well made, not over sauced, and cooked well. The French onion salad dressing was epically good. I highly recommend. Overall the experience was great and service was decent. They have a cool selection of books, and a lot of gift type things like tea, stuffed animals, bookmarks, art supplies, etc. I noticed the dinner menu and decided a cheeseburger sounded good. I ordered the Basecamp cheeseburger with bacon and a side salad. You can apparently order food upstairs and then sit upstairs or downstairs (or outside, I think). They have table service as well, after 4pm. Service was very friendly and patient. I decided to eat downstairs, and there was a cozy bar and large seating area. My burger soon arrived and it was delicious! A great toasted bun and a wonderfully substantial and beefy patty. The cheese was rich and gooey. Great, yummy combination of flavors. The salad was good too, with a nice ranch dressing on the side. A cool place that made me feel welcome and served up a great burger.

We saw one table actually leave after waiting longer than us without their food because they had somewhere else to be. Not great. The server that got us was very friendly and nice. We ordered cocktails; a sparkling rose' for me and a jalapeño mojito for my husband. The jalapeño mojito was delicious. Just a tiny amount of heat and the jalapeño came through. I ordered a Caesar salad to start. Was topped with anchovies and was good and crisp. My husband ordered the halibut with green curry. It was cooked to perfection and very tasty. I got the pappardelle ragu because I was told it was fresh in-house made pasta. The sauce was good, but the noodles definitely didn't taste fresh or have in-house made texture. I wouldn't order it again. I was having fomo so we ordered the ribeye medallion crusted with potatoes and I wish we wouldn't have. It was the most bland dish I have had recently. I don't think the ribeye or the potatoes were seasoned. I get that it came on a sweet onion jam, but that was just sweet. There was no salt or pepper coming through at all on the meat or potatoes. I wish we would have sent it back. I am just not that person. Luckily with enough fresh ground pepper and salt at the table, it made edible. We told our server, she didn't seem to care. We decided we couldn't end on a bad note with the ribeye medallion, so we got the lemon tiramisu. I have never heard of lemon tiramisu. It was so good. I highly recommend. I saw the chop tomahawk come out of the kitchen multiple times and it looked amazing. Ambiance is great. There is an open kitchen so that can be loud.
