A few coworkers & I stopped into the coffee shop in Cle Elum. We were all very disappointed with the coffee & the service. The front counter server was not at all friendly, felt like she was annoyed to help us. And we used the restroom while waiting for our order, they were filthy & gross. One toilet stuffed with paper the other had a dirty seat. Unfortunately they only had 2 girls working which was obviously not enough staff to handle everything, considering we stood there waiting for a bit before even being helped, not even a hello or a thank you. I will never visit this location again. read more

I don't know why so bad reviews. Driving to Leavenworth stop here ordered iced Americano. Not bad at all. Fast service. Nice workers. Not bad price. read more

Gravity Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Cle Elum, Washington

Not very friendly gals working most days. Hardly see the friendly ones working anymore. Coffee is always inconsistent sometimes its too much flavors and others times burnt shots and barely any flavors there. read more

They say they are open until 8pm but if you go after 7:50 they tell you they cant make anything because they've already cleaned.

Great place for your coffees Right in town been coming here since their opening

Wow! Friendly helpful service. Staff made awesome recommendations and I really appreciated the sugar free and alternative milk choices. My husband doesn't like coffee, but drinks it for the caffeine , and he loved his iced Hyperspace! I got my Hyperspace hot and it's so yummy! Love the spacious seating areas and multiple fireplaces. Excellent all-around experience. We will be returning again! read more

3 stars for the extremely long wait for drinks. It's a cool shop, especially with having a Tesla supercharger. It just takes forever to get your order. read more

Outstanding customer service! We had purchased 4 bags of coffee online, but only one bag was shipped. Thier customer service went out of thier way to make it right. They replaced the missing bags and included a gift card. Thank you Zee for the outstanding response. read more

Service was fine, coffee was horrible. Majority of our order was incorrect. We ordered hot drinks and they were all made iced.

great coffee and energy drinks!! definitely recommend!! had them ordered right to my house so great they accept uber eats!! read more

Gravity Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Cle Elum, Washington

Slow and food was terrible - ultra processed stuff that just was heated up in microwave

I normally like the gravity coffee spots, but this one was very dirty inside garbage cans were overflowing. The bathroom was disgusting with the garbage overflowing, and generally very dirty with pee all over the floor, and urinals. I ordered an iced tea and they forgot about me and then after I said, I was in a hurry and I could just cancel the order They wouldn't let me cancel it and get my money back. I mentioned the bathrooms and they told me yeah we're busy we know we'll get to it when we get to it. I get it if you're busy but telling customers that you know and "you'll get to it when you get to it" is not great customer service. read more

Building looks new and looks like a great hangout spot for younger adults with the gray & black theme throughout the establishment. I was not impressed with their menu, more energy drink/tea choices vs. coffee specials. They call themselves a cafe but provide a very small selection of food items which are sandwiches that they reheat. We ordered the Hyperspace coffee because it sounded good: White Coffee, White Chocolate, Coconut with Caramel Drizzle. He said there were 4 shots of white espresso in too. Our drink was terrible. So so sweet and tasted like artificial coconut. The drink provided us zero energy (tasted like no espresso was added). Our drink was $7 too for a 24 oz. Such a waste of money. Save your money if you want good coffee, this is not the place for coffee lovers. read more

Gravity Coffee - Hyperspace Coffee: White Coffee, White Chocolate, Coconut with Caramel Drizzle. Too sweet and white coffee does nothing for energy. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Cle Elum, Washington

Not much food. No brewed coffee. They gave us shots watered down to imitate brewed coffee. No wonder it was empty!

wow! amazing and my drinks were so refreshing! service quick and friendly! apple pay! great for groups or small groups. personally, i would not have so many screens society has so many screens feel like it's unnecessary expense. the wood tables are my favorite!!! but it's sooo clean. read more

Service is slow, stood by the counter for awhile with not even a one second or nod. Bathrooms are very dirty. Better spots for coffee nearby

We disregarded the poor reviews, but should have heeded the warning. The employees were friendly, but the food was either not available (only one item was available at the time we stopped in) or simply not good (microwaved). The coffee was fine. read more

A decent cup of coffee. A bit overpriced for the taste. The service was friendly and the shop was very spacious with many cozy couches and a fireplace. My favorite part was that they open at 4:30 in the morning! read more

They close at 8pm and we walked in at 8pm. We knew it was too late but wanted to give it a shot. They were so nice and willing to keep the shop open to make our coffees. Drinks were really good! Thank you so so much! read more

I am originally from the west side but moved over here for school. I was SO happy to see they there was a gravity close by!! The seating area is super spacious and cozy -- the perfect place to get away and do some homework without being too close to other people haha. I love their coffee because of how strong it is, doesn't taste super watered down like other places. The girls are always super sweet to me and sometimes they even remember my drink:) I will always recommend this place to my friends! PS the cookies and cream cake pop is the best read more

Stopped here while traveling & really enjoyed the drinks! Coffee was delicious & energy drinks are very refreshing. Everyone was nice & helpful! 10/10 bomb !! read more

Gravity Coffee - Drive thru oh yeah = ) - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Cle Elum, Washington

We have a couple of Gravity Coffee spots in Olympia and I've never been impressed. They're tiny little drive throughs and the coffee is nothing to write home about. However we were on our way to Leavenworth and Mom was about to burst if she didn't get to a restroom, so we headed over to this location and this place is amazing. Tons of places to sit, both privately with a friend or at communal tables. Free wifi, gigantic walls of windows so you can enjoy nature whilst inside, and even a couple of fireplaces. Why don't we have this in Olympia? I'd be in here everyday if we had a Gravity Coffee like this at home. The drinks were fine, but this place is all about the space and the vibe. I love Suncadia Resort and Leavenworth, so I'm in this area all the time, so I'm definitely making this my roadside pitstop and I'll budget some travel time towards having time to hang out at this beautiful coffee shop. read more

This location was very cozy and such great service! The baristas were so welcoming, 10/10 would recommend!!

Stopped by and got a coffee a few nights ago. Jaiden was friendly and made an awesome eggnog latte

this place has such potential and I want them to be better. Garbages are always overflowing. The bathrooms are a mess, toilet paper and towels never in dispenser. The staff seems really unhappy to be here. It's looks so cool until you walk in. Such potential. read more

Nice place. Coffee is decent. All the help were young girls and playing hip hop music really loud. We don't like hip hop. Only 1 nice leather couch but youngsters were camping out, sleeping on it and on their phones. Another couch would be nice. Will not come here again, maybe to check if positive improvements have been made. read more

This appears to be a new-ish location, and it is the first I've seen that has walk-in seating and a lobby. It was beautiful inside and the baristas (?) we're friendly. I frequent this franchise quite a bit and the one thing you can count on is consistency no matter which location you are at and this one hit it on the nose. read more

Every time I pass by cle Elum, usually going to the gorge I ALWAYS ALWAYS stop by here. I don't know WHAT is it in their chai latte but it was so thick and refreshing in the best way possible. I also know they do fruit drinks with Red Bulls that are pretty good too. But their iced chai latte goes CRAZY! If I had one near where I live I would probably end up know everybody who works there for how often I would go. Please make one in seattle read more

Love it here. Always my go to when i pass thru. So glad that its right off the exit, so the stop is super convenient. My current gravity favorite has been an iced black & white americano with oatmilk. It is soooo good. The place is cute and warm, especially the back area. & the team was super efficient. read more

it's so cozy in there! the staff are super friendly too! i mean, when I walked in, I didn't expect a whole place with couches and a fireplace, not to mention the great coffee (according to my family members). I hope we get to come back since we are only visiting Washington! read more

I just want to say... AMAZING service here...we are currently on the road for my daughter's travel softball tournament and decided to make a pit stop here. A gorgeous young lady amrois was very patient with both my daughters and I since this was our first time trying this place....she gave us many delicious sounding recommendations, had a very nice conversation and we are extremely satisfied with what we ended up choosing. I have never once came across a fast food worker (or I guess fast drink worker hahaha) who was all smiles, beautiful and was able to make all of our mornings better. I would 1000% come more often if we lived closer! read more

Gravity is great for drive through mixed drinks, smoothies, and sweet treats, but go local and get your cold brew from pioneer coffee

Unbelievable. I ordered one of the simplest drinks on the menu - Peach Passion (Passion Tea with Peach and Raspberry flavor). The sign says 60-150 cal depending on the size., but my first sip was SO SWEET that I almost threw it away. After a few minutes it dawned on me - the "barista" didn't MIX the drink after putting the syrups in. Ridiculous. Not sure how they stay in business... read more

Thought I would try this for the first time. Waited 25 minutes in drive thru (only two cars in front of me). Get to the window and just wanted a peanut butter protein smoothie with bananas. Guess what? No bananas. Yes, we have no bananas. Just peanut butter and vanilla milk. Said no thanks and left. Last time I will go there. read more

Thought we would use the restroom and get a snack while our EV charged up nearby. There were people milling around the counter, but I saw no employees. I went to the counter and asked for the restroom door code and was told I had to purchase something to use the restroom. I was going to do just that, but this response from the girl was kind of like a big FU to this 66 year old man. The restroom had bugs jumping around the urinal that I think were fleas. There were no paper towels. When I came out my wife mentioned there is no solid food here. Not a single cupcake, danish or anything. We walked out the door. I have no issues with having a locked bathroom and a customer only bathroom policy. But it is not the job of the staff to enforce this policy. When an old man asks to use the restroom, just give him the code. read more

Neat atmosphere, lots of space. Coffee was great - when I asked to use guest wifi I was told the password was too complicated to give out and they would write it down for me. My order came up and I finished it - delicious by the way and stood in line for awhile waiting for the staff to notice me and provide wifi access but it never happened. So I left - also the restroom was out of hand soap but I never got a chance to mention it after being ignored. Maybe they are understaffed? read more

We ordered 2 drinks. Noticed that the price wasn't right and when the gal handed us another drink, we told her we only ordered two. The one gal apologized and took the drink back and said she'd refund us but then another gal walked up and said we don't do refunds! So we asked her what does she do when they make a mistake and over charge the customer (like she did with us) and she said still no refunds so we pulled away paying for 3 very expensive drinks yet ironically only left with 2 drinks! She did give us a drink card grudgingly but we told her we were only passing through and that we wouldn't be able to use it. Absolute worst customer service! I'm not sure how you can stay in business and not do refunds...mistakes will happen and you can't make the customer pay for the employees mistake! We will never go back! read more
