I am originally from the west side but moved over here for school. I was SO happy to see they there was a gravity close by!! The seating area is super spacious and cozy -- the perfect place to get away and do some homework without being too close to other people haha. I love their coffee because of how strong it is, doesn't taste super watered down like other places. I normally like the gravity coffee spots, but this one was very dirty inside garbage cans were overflowing. The bathroom was disgusting with the garbage overflowing, and generally very dirty with pee all over the floor, and urinals. I ordered an iced tea and they forgot about me and then after I said, I was in a hurry and I could just cancel the order They wouldn't let me cancel it and get my money back. I mentioned the bathrooms and they told me yeah we're busy we know we'll get to it when we get to it. I get it if you're busy but telling customers that you know and "you'll get to it when you get to it" is not great customer service. read more

Building looks new and looks like a great hangout spot for younger adults with the gray & black theme throughout the establishment. I was not impressed with their menu, more energy drink/tea choices vs. coffee specials. They call themselves a cafe but provide a very small selection of food items which are sandwiches that they reheat. We ordered the Hyperspace coffee because it sounded good: White Coffee, White Chocolate, Coconut with Caramel Drizzle. He said there were 4 shots of white espresso in too. Our drink was terrible. So so sweet and tasted like artificial coconut. The drink provided us zero energy (tasted like no espresso was added). Our drink was $7 too for a 24 oz. Such a waste of money. Save your money if you want good coffee, this is not the place for coffee lovers. read more

We have a couple of Gravity Coffee spots in Olympia and I've never been impressed. They're tiny little drive throughs and the coffee is nothing to write home about. However we were on our way to Leavenworth and Mom was about to burst if she didn't get to a restroom, so we headed over to this location and this place is amazing. Tons of places to sit, both privately with a friend or at communal tables. Free wifi, gigantic walls of windows so you can enjoy nature whilst inside, and even a couple of fireplaces. Why don't we have this in Olympia? I'd be in here everyday if we had a Gravity Coffee like this at home. The drinks were fine, but this place is all about the space and the vibe. I love Suncadia Resort and Leavenworth, so I'm in this area all the time, so I'm definitely making this my roadside pitstop and I'll budget some travel time towards having time to hang out at this beautiful coffee shop. read more

I just want to say... AMAZING service here...we are currently on the road for my daughter's travel softball tournament and decided to make a pit stop here. A gorgeous young lady amrois was very patient with both my daughters and I since this was our first time trying this place....she gave us many delicious sounding recommendations, had a very nice conversation and we are extremely satisfied with what we ended up choosing. I have never once came across a fast food worker (or I guess fast drink worker hahaha) who was all smiles, beautiful and was able to make all of our mornings better. Nice place. Coffee is decent. All the help were young girls and playing hip hop music really loud. We don't like hip hop. Only 1 nice leather couch but youngsters were camping out, sleeping on it and on their phones. Another couch would be nice. Every time I pass by cle Elum, usually going to the gorge I ALWAYS ALWAYS stop by here. I don't know WHAT is it in their chai latte but it was so thick and refreshing in the best way possible. I also know they do fruit drinks with Red Bulls that are pretty good too. But their iced chai latte goes CRAZY! Thought we would use the restroom and get a snack while our EV charged up nearby. There were people milling around the counter, but I saw no employees. I went to the counter and asked for the restroom door code and was told I had to purchase something to use the restroom. I was going to do just that, but this response from the girl was kind of like a big FU to this 66 year old man. The restroom had bugs jumping around the urinal that I think were fleas. There were no paper towels. When I came out my wife mentioned there is no solid food here. Not a single cupcake, danish or anything. We walked out the door. I have no issues with having a locked bathroom and a customer only bathroom policy. But it is not the job of the staff to enforce this policy. When an old man asks to use the restroom, just give him the code. read more

This appears to be a new-ish location, and it is the first I've seen that has walk-in seating and a lobby. It was beautiful inside and the baristas (?) we're friendly. I frequent this franchise quite a bit and the one thing you can count on is consistency no matter which location you are at and this one hit it on the nose. read more

Unbelievable. I ordered one of the simplest drinks on the menu - Peach Passion (Passion Tea with Peach and Raspberry flavor). The sign says 60-150 cal depending on the size., but my first sip was SO SWEET that I almost threw it away. After a few minutes it dawned on me - the "barista" didn't MIX the drink after putting the syrups in. Ridiculous. Not sure how they stay in business... read more

Neat atmosphere, lots of space. Coffee was great - when I asked to use guest wifi I was told the password was too complicated to give out and they would write it down for me. My order came up and I finished it - delicious by the way and stood in line for awhile waiting for the staff to notice me and provide wifi access but it never happened. We ordered 2 drinks. Noticed that the price wasn't right and when the gal handed us another drink, we told her we only ordered two. The one gal apologized and took the drink back and said she'd refund us but then another gal walked up and said we don't do refunds! So we asked her what does she do when they make a mistake and over charge the customer (like she did with us) and she said still no refunds so we pulled away paying for 3 very expensive drinks yet ironically only left with 2 drinks! She did give us a drink card grudgingly but we told her we were only passing through and that we wouldn't be able to use it. Absolute worst customer service! I'm not sure how you can stay in business and not do refunds...mistakes will happen and you can't make the customer pay for the employees mistake! We will never go back! read more

A few things I like about this place. 1st the help at the counter very friendly very helpful. 2nd really cool space inside. Big TVs if there's a game on, a fireplace in the middle gives it a cozy vibe in the winter. Lastly we really liked our drinks which were the force and hyperspace. My dad ordered the force and he's not a bougee (sp) coffee drinker and even he really enjoyed his. The one star knock is the sandos from the limited food. My Buffalo sandwich came out with a really hard ciabatta top. Swapped it out with the enlist noggin sandwich. The food is kind of like what Starbucks is doing where you order it and they'll pop it in a heat thing for 2 minutes and comes out really hot. In gravity's defense they're not a sandwich shop they're a coffee shop and really enjoyed that part. Will definitely be back on my next visit in Cle Elum. read more

I was pleased with the kindness and care of the staff. Excellent and quickly produced beverages, all made specially ordered. I didn't hesitate to stop back here on my way back through town. We went to the location in Cle Elum today and got the absolute worst coffee we have ever had! i ordered a double tall hazelnut latte that seemed as though they missed the coffee. The other drink was an iced Americano which was so burnt and bitter that it was completely undrinkable! We waited a good solid 15 minutes for our drinks with only 2 customers in front of us but there was only one girl working both the register and making drinks AND taking drive through orders!! Ridiculously poor management decision leading to a very unhappy customer who will never purchase from your company again. To add insult to injury, both bathrooms were blocked off and closed so we could not use them. We left there and when we found a Starbucks on our route we stopped and threw away our 11 dollars worth of undrinkable coffee and bought new ones! read more

No toilet paper or soap in the men's bathroom, which was a bad combination. My 8 year old bought a kids milkshake with his own money and then dropped it accidentally on the floor. They wouldn't replace it for free. I get it, our bad but it's just a milkshake. Standard customer service says replace it for free. My wife got an oat milk latte and said it wasn't very good. While in the coffee shop my dog got into our vehicle garbage and made a mess which tipped my irritation levels over the thresholds to write a review. I think they have some good things going for them and some things that they could work on. Their product overall is great and the friendliness of staff is huge. Those two things alone will keel people coming even in spite of the fact that it is more expensive than other coffee stands/houses. What needs to be worked on though is attention to detail. Drinks are rarely labeled and almost always mixed up. We will buy several drinks at a time, never labeled and they always tell you a drink is one drink when it wasn't that drink because they got them mixed up. With multiple people making drinks simultaneously, just MARK THE CUPS. In a time of a COVID and stuff, why wouldn't you mark cups and keep these things simple for everyone. Other little things too that could be improved upon, but they are common sense things that take time for people to learn. But mark the cups please. read more
