I recently had a need for some fill dirt at my property. I searched around on the internet several…read moredifferent times, and stumbled upon All Rocks Are Us. They had exactly what I needed, so I called to place an order. I received their voicemail box, and left a message. Within 15 minutes, they called me back to fill my order. They stated they were a bit backed up at the moment, so we settled on a day and time. They went over my order with me, and even explained that what they were delivering, fill dirt, was not suitable for growing grass or plants, that it had lots of sand and rock in it, which is what I needed for drainage. They went on to tell me that their fill dirt was not covered, and that it was projected to rain before delivery, and asked if I'd like to move out delivery so I didn't have to work with a wet product, something I've not had other companies offer in the past. I explained my timeframe, and we agreed on the date and time. So the day comes for delivery, and it was supposed to be delivered at 9:00 am. At 8:45, I received a phone call explaining that their driver had been delayed, and they would get it here as soon as they could, unless I needed to reschedule. I said that was fine, and by 9:30, they delivered. I can't tell you how many times I've waited on a delivery, and the person or service are hours behind the scheduled time, with no phone call or explanation. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, customer service, and the product I received too. I would highly recommend them for any Akron area landscape needs you may have.

As for value, I could have probably gotten the same price elsewhere, but erroneously just went with these guys based on previous experience. But, like I said, it's not remotely the same company. They quoted me a price over the phone that I felt was fair and when I got there and they looked at everything, it was even less.
