Great food, had the chili cheese burger and some fried green tomatoes. Both excellent! Just don't be in too much of a hurry.

It is the reason I would consider returning but "$12-$15" for a salad where I stand in line, pay at the register, find a seat and eat from a plastic bowl with plastic utensils seems a little high for this old boy. My wife regularly pays $14 for her favorite Southern Spin Cobb Salad at Backwoods Crossing where we are waited on at table and eat with utensils and bowls that are reusable and go through the dishwasher rather than into the landfill. I have even rationalized a steak salad for myself a few times because the amount of steak was similar to what I would get with a steak and baked potato meal and the salad meant I was eating healthier. Those too were enjoyed at a restaurant where we were waited on and ate with utensils and bowls that go through the dishwasher and not the landfill. I think I paid $17 for those. Maybe somebody was having a bad day but "methinks thou doth protest too much."

We decided to go ahead and give them a shot because the reviews looked solid and the wife wanted pizza. Well we are glad we did. The wait staff were very friendly and helpful. We were feeling adventurous so we ordered the porky pie (pizza with pulled pork, bacon, red onion, bbq sauce and dill pickles). It was very good, the crust was done perfectly. We also ordered cheese curds which were delicious. The inside of the building was very clean and well kept (including the bathroom). Definitely worth giving it a try if you are in the area.

The service was absolutely amazing the waitress was very nice and attentive always checking in on us and making sure we were happy with the food. The place itself was so cute it's rustic Italian decor makes it very welcoming and peaceful, highly recommend. Now for the food! We started off with the fried mozzarella sticks which by the way are HOME MADE! I was very impressed it was very tasty! We also ordered a small half pepperoni/ cheese pizza and it was so so good! Just the right amount of crunch, cheese, and sauce. It was honestly just an all around amazing pizza! I very much enjoyed this place and would most definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good relaxing experience and some awesome food!

Gocki's is a low-key, laid-back place that serves up solid food at affordable prices…read more This restaurant is nestled in the quaint downtown of Havana, Florida. My family and I went here for lunch on a Sunday. Seat yourself, order when you're ready and they will bring it to you. You first walk into their retail space. As you head in to the restaurant the place opens up. High ceilings, tables spread out and a half-open kitchen concept. You see the Chef and others hard at work preparing food. Something you typically see in a fine dining restaurant. After securing our table in a quieter back section of the place, my dad and I memorized the tables orders and went to place it. A burger, a buffalo chicken wrap, a shrimp po boy, a bowl of gumbo and a side of mac and cheese. Food and drinks for all came to around $60. The food didn't take long. It was all fresh and tasty. The burger, for me, was a standout. This was a fresh ground burger. A meat patty with some weight to it topped with fresh veggies and a soft bun. The fries on the side were ok. They needed to be crispier but otherwise were good with ketchup. Everyone around the table was happy with their meals. We ate a nice lunch, the staff we encountered were friendly and the price was right. It was just the lunch we were looking for. Their menu is eclectic too. No shortage of options for any craving. I'd come back here again.

There is signage at the counter to order that reminds diners that each meal is made to order. So consider your time accordingly. Let me say this is a great spot for lunch! The prices are downright reasonable!! In a place where lunch entrees are nearing a $20 bill each, Gocki's has keeps its prices seemingly low and very fair. Felt like a bargain lunch to us! Havana is a lovely little town known for its main street shops, as well as quaint antique and boutique shops. I highly recommend Gocki's for lunch! We ordered the Mac and cheese bowl with shrimp, bacon and boom boom sauce. It's delicious. I could only finish half. Need a to go box? They're available in two spots in the dining are. Easy! My dining companion ordered the Italian sandwich filled with ham Genoa salami and pepperoni with mayo lettuce, tomato, onion, Italian Dressing and Seasonings topped with Provolone cheese served on white or wheat bread. It's served with fries too. My dining companion couldn't finish half the sandwich. The restaurant was very clean. There are two dining areas to enjoy your meal in. There is an ice cream case with 8 or so flavors. At $3 per scoop, this feels like a deal. We were too full from lunch. Wahhhh. Next time we split a sandwich and make room for ice cream. They also had baked goods including a cookie sandwich that looked delicious, as well as cookies and brownies. Service staff were personable, pleasant and efficient. If you're going to Havana, this place is a gem worth enjoying!
