Quality work was ok, Manager tim has a temper and lost mind when he was on the job. Short fuss! Never would I recommend this company. Tim was the absolute worst. A couple of weeks ago we contacted Tim the owner for help with shoving out two of our decks at our house on Swiss Lane. Great response. Three men arrived the next morning as promised and completely and effectively completed their assignment. Thank you Tim! Thank you Miguel, Alexi, and Tony. My experience with the snow removal service was similar to other reviewers'. They charged $100 per person per hour without any commitment on the scope of the work. They ended up cleaning only a small part of the deck and charged $400 for the work. Not worth it at all. Some reviews seemed to be for a different business. Be careful. read more

Amazed they run a business! Gave me the run around for weeks on taking my account, once they agreed to, didn't show up multiple times for scheduled service even after being called again and again. Once someone finally came out (evidence only by a photograph, you wouldn't know by the state of the yard), I got a $450 bill and was delivered the news they are, in fact, too busy to take my account. One service call and they dumped me. In the meantime, my yard was a mess and my grass fully died. This company is a joke. Don't waste your time. read more

Was charged over $1000 to clear pine needles from yard. They charge $95 per hour per person plus more for hauling plus more for gas. My fault for not asking for a quote first. read more

Our condominium association contracted with this company and my walkway has not been cleared in 2 months. Our walkways have packed down snow now that is 8 feet off the ground. About a month ago, with the same packed walkways with 8 feet of snow, they sent 2 guys with shovels up the path. I told them good luck with trying to clear the walkway, the worked for about half an hour and left, never to return. If it snows more than a foot, they are useless. This company is a joke, save your money. If you hire them, trust me you will have regrets, save some aggravation and look elsewhere for this type of service as they are a opposite of a service. read more

All landscapers get incredibly busy during the summer. It's understandable they need to book far in advance and manage their valuable time. What puts Grateful Gardens above the rest is that they communicate and follow through. They started work when they promised and showed up every day & worked hard until the job was done. They contacted us via phone and email to check in and followed up when they said they would. They're honest and fair. We are very happy with the results of the work they did on our yard and are proud of the beautiful yard we now have. Thank you all! read more

We needed emergency snow removal around our Bear Box enclosure. I called Trish on a Monday hoping to get help before garbage pickup on Tuesday. She said she would try for that afternoon. Lo and behold I received an email that they were able to get out and clear the Box first thing Tuesday morning. Extremely reasonable labor charge. I have to say that I have never received such an exceptional customer service experience as I had with Trish.
