A Backyard Transformation by Rock Solid Landscape…read more From our very first conversations, Jeff approached the project with a rare combination of vision, creativity, and care. He took the time to truly understand what we were trying to create and made it even better. With the help of his designer, he provided a detailed visual rendering that allowed us to see what was possible before construction even began. Beyond the aesthetic transformation, Rock Solid Landscaping brought expertise that solved real, long-standing challenges. They completely addressed our severe drainage issues in both the front and back yards, protecting our home and creating peace of mind. Throughout the entire process, their professionalism was unwavering. The team showed up every day on time with consistency, discipline, and respect for our space, always leaving things clean and organized at the end of each day. But what truly stood out was their spirit. They were positive, kind, and cheerful in their work, and they worked very hard. Even during adjustments or changes, we were met with patience and openness. It never felt stressful; it felt like we were supported every step of the way. Jeff remained closely involved throughout the entire project, maintaining constant communication and showing up regularly, often multiple times a week to ensure everything was progressing as planned, to address questions and make sure we were happy with the progress. Jeff is not just an exceptional professional, he is an exceptional human being. He leads with integrity, kindness, and heart. He understands that what he builds isn't just landscape, it's part of people's lives, their memories, their joy. We are beyond grateful to Jeff and the entire Rock Solid Landscaping team for creating something so special. If you are looking for a company that excels in custom landscaping, outdoor living design, water features, patios, drainage solutions, and complete yard transformations, this is the team you want. They didn't just exceed our expectations, they created something magical. THANK YOU Jeff!!!

We live in a community that the HOA has strict requirements and a permit is required for all work…read more I contacted 3 qualified landscaping companies. Requested bids and designs to remove all the grass in the backyard, install sitting walls around trees with flag stone steps and zero scape setting. The rabbits and voles wreaked havoc in our backyard. We've had to replace our lawn twice. Jeff with Rock Solid Landscaping responded. We agreed to meet and walk the yard. We wanted 3 mounds with larger rocks around with native plants. The crew started everyday at 7am and worked until 4pm. They were always on time and worked a full day. This job was completed in 2 weeks. They delivered a porta potty, bobcat in front of our home. They put cones for safety. They are very organized, when dirt, rocks were delivered they moved to backyard. Then they swept the street and/or driveway to keep clean. Our neighbors complemented on the nice job of keeping street clean. Juan Carlos and his 2 workers were very well organized. They always cleaned up at the end of the day. I asked for a few Day Lillie's be transplanted back into the area. They installed a new drip system with an extension for me to plant my small veggie garden. We are very pleased with the entire process, price and worked they did. We highly recommend Rock Solid Landscaping.

Quality work. Very responsive. They came out to tighten the valves we'd opened for winter that I thought I'd retightened and were leaking (they weren't, I just hadn't tightened them enough). Friendly, component, communicative. I wish experiences with other companies and services were this good.

I called 4 landscapers to get estimates for some defensible space work of placing 5 feet of gravel…read morearound the house, a exterior drain and a small flagstone patio. One called back and left a message they had availability then they disappeared and two others never replied. Alex at Old Town Landscape got back to me the day after I called and setup a date for an estimate. Alex gave me an estimate two days later on the gravel and drain and let me know he could start the following week. Alex's quote (he works time & material) was reasonable so we hired him. Alex showed up as scheduled and was on time. I had to go out of town and requested Alex send me pictures or videos as the work progressed. Alex in-fact sent me pictures and videos as I had asked and updates via text. Alex let me know he was running in to large boulders while installing the drain which would raise the price (hours worked). I already knew large granite rocks and boulders might be an issue so I approved the additional cost. The rocks & boulders were definitely no joke when I returned and saw them. Alex finished the job in a timely manner, left the job site neat and clean and communicated throughout the job. Alex later gave me an estimate for the patio which ended up being outside of my budget. I truly couldn't ask for much better. Alex clearly demonstrated he understands the importance of communication at all stages of the process. I highly recommend Alex and Old Town Landscape.
