Great Service. Great Delivery. Just got a crib but was delivered on time, easy to set up, was clean. Couldn't have been more seamless.

My husband and I decided to move to Sonoma recently after many years of living in the city. As I…read morehad grown up in this wonderful little town, I couldn't WAIT to get back to some of my favorite restaurants and shops I knew as a young girl...and Half-Pint was one of them! The store is still as perfect as I remember. The cutest, most unique selection (that you really can't find anywhere else) that is the best quality. Knowing that I will soon be having children of my own, this will be the only place I will buy their clothes from because I know they will last! Not to mention they will look SO adorable. In the meantime, I am excited for this to be my go-to children's store for gifts. Whether it be clothes, jewelry, toys, blankets, shoes, or games (to name only a few things) they have it. The complimentary gift wrapping in the iconic yellow bumble bee paper is one of a kind and makes the experience so special too. The store and the people that work there are truly amazing, extremely helpful and friendly. Customer service at its best, something that is truly hard to find nowadays and something the Internet definitely can't offer! Whether it not you live in town and need a cute children's gift or are visiting, going to Half-Pint is a must :)

We'd ooh and ahh over clothing we'd dress our future child in. We visited in April '21 when I was eight months pregnant, and finally, today I made a purchase for my now three-month-old son. The items are boutique prizes, so you won't find baby clothes at Carter's prices. However, the clothing is unique. I loved the two Spanish branded items I purchased. I also saw the brand Mayoral. I like that the staff has always allowed me to browse without being pushy. I like that they always have a variety of products, and I like how they have items for babies and big kids. Sonoma is a staple in our little family, and now Half-Pint will be a staple, too!

She brought such a calm and positive energy into our home, and her flexibility and attentiveness made a world of difference for us. I especially appreciated how responsive she was--always replying to my texts quickly and with care. I'll always be grateful to both Britany and Jordan for supporting me during one of the most special--and chaotic--moments of our lives.

While Stork and Sprout does have some excellent doulas on its team who provided great support and coaching, my experience with the agency's leadership was overwhelmingly negative. We had a particularly difficult time with Brittany. She demonstrated a pattern of manipulation, gaslighting, and lying, both to us and, from what I understand, to her own employees. Our contract promised consistent coverage, but the scheduling was erratic and communication was poor. We were left to wonder many nights if we would have support, and for several weeks, we only received 1 to 2 days of support instead of the 6 to 7 we paid for. When we requested a refund for the services not provided, Brittany refused and even fought our bank with out-of-context emails and more lies. She claims she "offered a refund" but is even today refusing to honor it as she says in the response. The lack of professionalism extended to some of the staff as well; one sick doula was sent to our home and intentionally caused our newborn physical pain. Brittany treated us like we were the difficult ones and responded with empathy-less chatGPT emails to manage the situation. We were also led to believe we would have one primary doula with a backup, but over the course of our service, we had seven different doulas come to our home. This complete lack of continuity made an already difficult period even more stressful. Based on my experience, I would advise new parents to skip Stork and Sprout and work directly with an independent doula. You will not only save the 30-40% extra fee the agency charges for scheduling, but you will also avoid the toxic and difficult management. This experience is unacceptable for a service that costs tens of thousands of dollars and demands payment upfront months ahead of providing the service. We were not able to switch easily due to the inflexible Carrot reimbursement process through the employer.

Owner Jim is very friendly , I have called and inquired about the event. He replied and left me a very detailed voice message in regard to the details of the event. I was impressed. During the listening party, we had a little chat. He has been in record store business in Napa for 5 plus years, he was in wine making industry previously. This record store is his passion. This current location is inside a newish building, very clean and trendy, with modern bathrooms inside the building. Parking is rather easy, there is public parking lot on the opposite side of the street. The store is kinda hidden but it is very nice. There is a little fountain, a bench on the street that is facing the building, from there you will see a standing sign leading you to the store, when I drive by the first time I couldn't catch it. It's totally cool! am pleasantly surprised when I walk in today. I can imagine during record store day, if there is long line, one can still wait comfortably inside the building. I was waiting for more than 90 mins under the sun for another record store during record store day. Right on Napa will instantly make the waiting experience so much better. Will definitely come back for more in the future. Today, I found "American life" mix show mix EP, a record store day release. I also pre order all the editions that Jim will carry for Confessions II. Will come back next week to pick up. They are all reasonably priced! Jim told me he had hosted multiple listening parties before from Harry Styles to Bruno Mars and many more, as a vetted record store, he has access to these listening parties when record companies are doing promotions. Definitely check this one out. This is in downtown Napa, very chic area with walking distance to all the nice restaurants and hotels. Add this to your itinerary when you visit Napa Valley !

They'll…read moreannounce all sorts of special events, but the big one that I like is the 50% off everything in the store event. They do this periodically. With a sale like this, prices plummet so precipitously that I end up buying oddball items like mason jars just because I want the lid for my much bigger and more useful mason jar at home. I thought I knew the store pretty well, but I was wrong. There were all sorts of little sections that I had overlooked in my previous visits. I found a little set of bins, loaded with useful supplies for some of my favorite but more obscure hobbies. I was really really impressed by the coffee table that was priced at $.85. That is correct cents. This was so unbelievable that I checked the price tags three times. Unfortunately, it didn't fit my car, it doesn't match any of my decor and it doesn't fit my spaces. Oh well There are some sections, such as the stationary area that are so reliably overstocked that I don't even bother to visit office supply stores or check out Amazon before I shop here. In fact when I wanted to measure an item, I wished I had bought a tape measure. But then it occurred to me that the overstocked stationary area would probably have lots of rulers. Problem solved. For once, I arrived early enough that I could donate. I've been diligently collecting my donations and missing the donation times for almost a year. It pays to sign up for the mailing list because they will unexpectedly shut down donations because they no longer have any storage. This has happened to me multiple times until I wised up and got the emails. I rummaged over enough stuff, lost track of time, and finally snapped out of it when my stomach told me to go home. In spite of the attractive sale,, it was not overcrowded. It was still comfortable and gave you plenty of space to look at items and try to figure out what some of the more obscure objects were. I didn't actually end up buying very much. But clearly the fun was in the treasure hunt.
