Purchased my 22 Lincoln Corsair from Matthew. The process was painless and fast. They actually have cars on the lot so that helps too I live near a Lincoln dealership but drove further to buy here due to the stock, salesman and streamlined process

I won't speak for the dealership as a whole but I dealt with a salesman names Michael and he was far from helpful. He did not know the difference between the Standard and Reserves, also had no idea what the difference of a technology package was etc. All he could say was " i'm not at my desk right now, I don't have that information in front of me ".... i'm sorry but these are very general questions in regards to what you are selling on a daily basis and shouldn't need a guide in front of you for every single question I ask... This was a phone conversation, he could have easily walked to his desk and looked him up while you're on the phone but he did not and I have not heard from him since ... Regardless, I went to Penske Lincoln and had a great experience and bought a 2021 corsair reserve and love it, grapevine Lincoln just lost out on the sale

Getting ready for Lincoln new customer event!

This place is best place if you are planning to buy Lincoln car. We were also invited to dinner for new customers and they had arranged everything nicely. The staff is very helpful and they try to address concerns immediately. Anytime I had issues with my vehicle they delivered a loaner car and picked my car from home. They also provide airport shuttle if you are dropping or picking up your vehicle.

My experience for buying my 2018 F150 was great. My salesman, Curtis, was great. The down side is…read morethat I bought a Ford F150. Since 30,000 miles my engine makes a very loud rattling sound every morning when I start it. Every morning it sounds like there isn't any oil in the engine. Grapevine Ford sold me an extended warranty. That is good news, since it looked like I would need it. I now have 62,000 miles and the start-up noise is twice as bad. The service department has a great team, but they are servicing Fords, so not good news. They can't repair the noise because the check engine light doesn't come on, so there are no emissions issues. Seriously, emissions light? What does that have to do with my engine sounding like it is falling apart every time I start it? I was told that the extended warranty company wouldn't cover it either, because the check engine light was not coming on. I finally went to a mechanic to ask what my engine issue was, and he said this a common problem with this Ford engine. The Cam Phasers are going out. Next, I had to find out what Cam Phasers even were! Again, I reached out to my service advisor at Grapevine Ford. What he told me really told me a lot about Ford Motor Company. He said that he and one of the dealer's mechanics had already had to replace the Cam Phasers on their vehicles. I asked him why he didn't tell me about this in the beginning? He then told me again that he couldn't fix the issue until the check engine light came on. I then went to my salesman, who instructed me to trade it in and let the next guy worry about it. Next, I called the extended warranty company, Mechanical Protection Plan, MPP, to try to get the issue covered under the warranty and was again told that if my check engine light doesn't come on, he doesn't have to do anything. There are no emissions problems. Simply amazing! Next, I tried to contact Ford directly. I left a voice message and after 2 days had not heard back from anyone. So then I decided that posting on 'X' might make a difference. I immediately received 2 responses. One, from a customer that had the same issue and he told me I was wasting my time trying to talk to Ford. He said they would talk to me and pass the information on. The other message was from Ford with a phone number to call. Had a great conversation with a nice lady, that basically said, "I understand your frustration, but there isn't anything I can do, I am just a social media person, but will pass the message on." Next, I was at the Texas State Fair. I spoke to the representatives there and a couple of the more seasoned people were aware of the engine problems. I was told they would look into it and get back to me. I really didn't expect anything, and didn't get disappointed. I wasn't at the fair for this reason, but it was interesting that they knew about the issue in this engine. With the pricing of the new F150's, trading is not an issue. Plus, I wouldn't pass this issue on to anyone else. Not sure what to do at this point.

CRITICAL WARNING: Late-Night Exhaustion Tactics, Document Discrepancies & Hostile Management…read more My household--consisting of a small business owner and a practicing physician--is posting this formal warning regarding the predatory closing protocols and severe administrative misconduct under Senior Partner Chaz Gilmore at Grapevine Ford Lincoln. On December 13th, we executed a vehicle purchase under conditions of extreme late-night fatigue at 11:00 PM. The finance department explicitly leveraged our physical exhaustion to execute a bait-and-switch on an advertised corporate promotion, unilaterally compressing a promised 90-day initial payment holiday down to a 45-day billing cycle within the rapid digital signature stack without transparency. To compound this, the dealership generated defective closing paperwork by printing a completely non-existent, compiled hybrid address line that merged a legacy historical street address from an entirely different town with our current city parameters--completely ignoring our valid Texas Driver's Licenses handed to them at the desk. This clerical failure caused immediate processing errors with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV), keeping our official validation stickers in legal limbo and forcing my wife to physically return to the showroom months later to hunt down the missing state tags they failed to deliver. When confronted directly with these documented contractual and administrative blunders, Senior Partner Chaz Gilmore completely abandoned professional decorum, launching into an unhinged, emotional, verbal tirade on the phone. If these severe administrative discrepancies were a minor issue or a laughing matter, an executive with his stated decades of administration would have easily dismissed them. Instead, he completely blew up and acted outside of professional character because he knows his staff dropped the ball on legally binding documents, exposing a systematic failure in his administration. State regulatory oversight agencies most definitely need to look into the evening closing structures and contract data workflows utilized by this dealership group expeditiously. Look at every single line of your contract before signing at this location.

1 Star Sales but 4 Star car; 5 Years as a Lexus Customer -- Extremely Disappointing Experience at…read morePark Place Lexus Grapevine I have been a loyal Lexus customer for approximately 15 years and have purchased six vehicles from Park Place Lexus Grapevine. My recent experience purchasing a new 2026 Lexus ES 350h Premium+ was by far my most disappointing. On September 25, 2026, I purchased my new Lexus and traded in my 2021 Lexus RX 450h. I expected the professional service and attention to detail that Lexus promotes. Unfortunately, I experienced repeated failures to follow through on even basic requests. Here are some of the problems: 1. Trade-in preparation: Despite repeated requests, the dealership failed to promptly remove my toll tag and car-wash stickers from my trade-in. In the past I was charged when another person drove my trade-in on the freeway. 2. Garage-door programming: I was promised assistance programming my new Lexus to operate my garage door. That assistance never materialized, and I eventually handled it myself. 3. Wi-Fi activation: Despite multiple requests, I did not receive adequate assistance getting the vehicle's Wi-Fi working. Still waiting after a month. 4. Inadequate technology orientation: The technology representative was self absorbed and did not adequately explain the vehicle's features and appeared unfamiliar with its video-recording capabilities. 5. Failure to install my front license plate: I specifically asked the dealership three times, while I was there, to install the front plate from my trade-in on my new Lexus. The dealership failed to complete this simple request. 7. $200 traffic citation: Because the front plate was not installed, I subsequently received a $200 citation. The dealership did not install the plate until after I received the citation. I was promised reimbursement by the sales manager who I asked to look at the citation, but as of my October 14 complaint, and now a month later, Nada. 8. Poor follow-through: I repeatedly had to contact dealership personnel about matters that should have been handled before or immediately after delivery. 9. Failure to respond to management correspondence: I wrote to the general manager more than a week ago regarding these concerns, but I never received a response. What makes this particularly disappointing is my longstanding relationship with Lexus. I remember when excellent customer service and personal attention were the norm. Unfortunately, my recent experience did not come close to those standards. I like my new Lexus. My complaint is with the dealership's customer service, its failure to fulfill promises, and its lack of attention after the sale. After approximately 15 years of loyalty and six vehicles purchased from this dealership, this will be my last vehicle from Park Place Lexus Grapevine. My recommendation: Before purchasing here, get every promise in writing, verify that all delivery services have been completed, and do not assume that outstanding issues will be resolved after you leave the dealership. A month later and never received a thorough overview of the car, the promise to reimburse the citation after having asked the multiple times to put on the plate, and still struggle with features.

Unprofessional service, potential misdiagnosis, and price gouging…read more I am writing to express my deep frustration with the service department regarding recent work on our 2007 Toyota Corolla. Despite its age, this vehicle is exceptionally well-maintained and has been in excellent, reliable condition. As other professionals in the auto industry have said. Initially, my experience with Service Advisor Kristina Parker was very positive. She actually saved me a significant amount of money on the first job, which I'm thankful for. However, the subsequent service has been incredibly disappointing. *The Issue Our car had an old, dried-up leak spot underneath that had never caused any operational issues. During a routine oil change, the technician, Alex, inspected it and advised cleaning it up to check for active leaks. In hindsight, we should have left it alone, because once the area was disturbed, a brand-new leak developed. (They advised cleaning it to trace the source. Against the old wisdom of "if it isn't broken, don't fix it," I agreed. That is when the trouble started.) We were told the oil pan gasket and tensioner needed replacement. We paid to resolve this immediately. However, by the following Saturday, we discovered fresh oil on our garage floor, which that has never happened. *Management Response & Pricing Concerns We brought the car straight back. We were shocked when the department diagnosed yet another "new" leak and quoted us a staggering $2,200 to fix it. Dropping the price to $2,100 felt like an insult. I then spoke with the Service Manager, David Frogger (of whose statements I have an audio recording, as well as text). * Lack of Expertise: Mr. Frogger claimed the vehicle has multiple seals in that area that could fail, which is factually incorrect for this specific, older Corolla model. * Failure to Warn: He admitted he didn't know why Alex failed to warn us that disturbing an old, dried area on an older car could trigger a secondary leak. Had their professionals given us a proper, upfront warning, we could have made an informed decision to fix everything at once under a single labor cost, rather than being hit with a massive, separate bill. *Conclusion Reducing the price to $1,800 is still entirely unacceptable for a problem that did not exist until your team worked on the car. We have consulted independent research and an experienced former Toyota employee; both confirm that $1,800 is grossly overpriced for this repair and highly indicative of a misdiagnosis on your department's end. Lastly, Mr. Frogger text one last text, "Good morning Judy, this seal does not go bad overnight. Our initial quote was $2400, my offer now is $1800.00 + tax." I felt taken advantage of because I am a female, which dealerships & auto industries are known to do this. Also, I noticed, noted on the paperwork are things that I didn't say or point out. It's written in a way that makes me as the customer seem like I was the one who pointed out the issues/problems, so they could cover themselves. Toyota employees were the ones that brought it to my attention. It feels as though your dealership is price-gouging a loyal customer to maximize profit margins. I expect a much higher standard of integrity, accurate diagnostics, and fair pricing from Toyota of Grapevine.

Disappointing Customer Service -- A Returning Customer Taking Their Business Elsewhere…read more I have had my vehicle serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine before, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I called to schedule another service appointment and inquire about their courtesy pickup service, but the attitude I received from the very beginning was unacceptable. I was told that courtesy pickup is only available for major services, a restriction I could not find stated on their website. If there are limitations to an advertised service, they should be clearly communicated to customers. What made the interaction even more frustrating was being rudely told that they also did not have a loaner vehicle, even though I never asked for one. I had to clarify that I own 10 vehicles and did not need a loaner. My call was about courtesy pickup, and there was absolutely no reason for the conversation to be handled with that attitude. As a returning customer, I expected professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I received. I have since found another dealership to service my vehicle, and they will be receiving my business moving forward. Luxury vehicles should come with luxury-level customer service. It's disappointing when a dealership fails to recognize the value of retaining an existing customer. You don't just lose one service appointment when you treat people this way, you risk losing their continued business and their trust as well.

This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from Grubbs Infiniti. Our first experience buying our…read moreQX80 was great, which is one of the reasons we felt comfortable coming back. Unfortunately, this time around was a completely different experience. My biggest issue is with their $2,500 "luxury package." It is listed as a line item, but we were told it could not be removed. The package supposedly includes several things, including having the vehicle detailed inside and out. If you are going to require someone to pay $2,500 for a package, then I feel like the things included in that package should actually be done and done to a high standard. We initially looked at an Armada. There were broken and missing pieces on the vehicle, and the interior definitely had not been properly detailed. You could literally run your hand across parts of the carpet and feel the grime and stickiness. We brought this up and were basically told that it must have been missed. We ended up purchasing another QX80 instead. It was still in the shop at the time, and we were told it would be detailed and delivered to us, so we trusted that it would be taken care of. Unfortunately, when it was delivered, it was once again dirty. There was grime inside the vehicle, the wheels were filthy, and there were still hard water spots all over the paint. Then a couple of hours later we opened the center console and found a cockroach inside the vehicle. At that point this went beyond just somebody missing a spot while detailing. We were also given a remote/key fob that didn't work and were told to just replace the battery. Obviously a battery isn't expensive and I can change one myself. That's not really the point. The point is that when somebody spends this kind of money on a vehicle, especially from an Infiniti dealership charging a mandatory $2,500 luxury package, these are things that should be checked before the vehicle is handed over to the customer. We were eventually offered a $200 gift card, but after paying $2,500 for a package that was supposed to include detailing and receiving a vehicle in this condition, that honestly felt more insulting than helpful. I'm not writing this to say Grubbs Infiniti is a terrible dealership. Like I said, our first experience with them was actually very good. Maybe this was just a bad experience this time around. But I do think people should be aware of the luxury package and ask exactly what they are paying for. If you're buying new or used from them, especially if you're being required to pay for that package, inspect the vehicle closely before you leave or before accepting delivery. Make sure the detailing and everything else you're paying for has actually been done. When you're buying a luxury vehicle from a luxury dealership, I don't think expecting it to be clean, inspected, and properly presented is asking too much.
