The second i put an inquiry about a Nissan rogue i got a phone call from reed jones and he knew exactly what i was wanting, help point me in the right direction on their website. I liked what i saw so i made an appointment. I was then greeted by Perry. I seriously can't say this enough ... ASK FOR PERRY!!!!! Perry and reed both helped me out TREMENDOUSLY but i mainly worked with Perry. Perry spent hours with me on Saturday. He allowed me to test drive the rogue and unfortunately i just did not like it. He knew what i wanted and said "you know what, what about a Chevy trax" i didn't even think to look at any other car. I then test drove it and wanted to buy it that day but unfortunately i had to leave it to go get my ducks in a row with finances at home before making the decision to purchase right then and there. I made another appointment on Monday with Perry to come back and decided to buy the Trax. When i tell you i don't trust car sales men but i trusted Perry. He was a vibe and overall more like hanging with a friend when you're in his office. I cannot speak on the entire dealership itself but i will speak on Perry and i will be recommending anyone who wants to purchase a car to Perry. I also cannot speak on behalf of the dealerships service part because i have not gotten service done yet. I appreciate them helping me find a better deal than what my pre approval loan was. Both times I got my Pathfinder repaired there they they tried to "upsell" me to the tune of several thousand dollars. On the first repair (a broken door latch) I had to have them re-do the work because the check engine light came on as I was pulling out of the lot. The root cause of that was one of the items I got upsold on with their "27 point inspection" that they screwed up. On the second repair, (brake pads) they said they would call when the car was ready. They didn't call, after replacing the brake pads they sent me a second approval email with another attempt to upsell me on a two thousand dollar repair I didn't need. They then said they would send a courtesy car to pick me up, then called back to say uber wouldn't get me in time for them to close could I please pay online and they would leave my keys with sales people. I've spoken with both the service manager and sales manager in regards to the horrifying mechanical failure my daughter recently experienced in a used vehicle they sold me. In response to my request for assistance, the sales manager told me if they stood behind their cars they would be out of business. This dealership is shady and has incredibly dishonest business practices. They pre-install thousands of dollars of "upgrades" to the new cars and do not show that until the end. You don't list a car at 16,500 new like it is heavily discounted and then add unwanted items, gap insurance, service packages, etc. to balloon the price all the way back to full msrp unless you are trying to scam unsuspecting people. We chose Texas Nissan in Grapevine for both purchasing and servicing our vehicle. After a recent oil change and tire rotation, we discovered the next day that one of the hubcaps had fallen off. The tire rotation was the only recent service performed on the vehicle. Prior to this visit, we had never experienced any issue with the hubcaps. Given the timing, it seems more than coincidental that this occurred immediately after the tires were removed and reinstalled. When we contacted the service department, we were told that because the hubcap was present when the vehicle left the dealership, they would not cover the loss. They offered to replace it for $88 as a goodwill gesture. We are disappointed by the lack of accountability in resolving what appears to be a service-related issue. Their "Get Today's Price" gimmick is a blatant scam designed to get you in the door under false pretenses. Once inside, you're ambushed by a staggering $3,000 in bogus, undisclosed dealership fees that were never mentioned online. Suddenly, a car advertised for just over $15,000 is nearly $20,000 out the door. There's no justification for this--no added value, no special reconditioning, nothing. It's highway robbery, pure and simple, and they're counting on customers being too frustrated or exhausted to walk away. The greed here is almost cartoonish. To Whom It May Concern, I plan on making a formal complaint regarding my recent service experience at Texas Nissan of Grapevine. I want it clearly documented that I intend to escalate this matter through every appropriate level of management and corporate leadership until it is properly addressed. The individuals involved include: Clint Givens - Service Director Jordan L.- Service Tech - Witness During my visit, I personally witnessed two technicians actively working on my vehicle while it was lifted in the service area. I can identify both individuals without hesitation. One technician, who was primarily working on the vehicle, was a white male wearing the standard button-up technician uniform shirt, which was unbuttoned/open. He was wearing a headlamp and had a vacuum hose connected to the brake bleed valve. Another technician walked by and pulled the hose while they laughed and played around while servicing my vehicle. I immediately voiced concern and stated, "Won't that add air into the lines?" Another technician, black male with piercings and dreadlock style hair, was also present in the area near the hallway by the men's restroom. I also observed there was no protective mat or cover placed over the side of my vehicle while the work was being performed. Additionally, the brake fluid bottle used to keep the reservoir full during brake bleeding, was being held in place with a green bungee cord attached to the driver side windshield wiper. After service, I discovered a scratch on my vehicle that was clearly caused during the servicing process. Located on the driver side just to the side of the hood. I am 99% sure this was caused b the Tech leaning on the car while doing work. I told Jordan that the scratch was new. he took it to get a buff and detail, but the scratch remained visible because it had gone through the clear coat. When I stated I was not happy, Jordan went to get Clint Givens. He immediately responded with skepticism and a defensive attitude rather than professionalism or concern. His first reaction was dismissive, including statements such as, "The car isn't washed, what are we looking at?" He then attempted to minimize responsibility by claiming the technician "doesn't have buttons on his shirt," despite the fact that I personally witnessed the technician wearing the standard button-up uniform shirt that multiple technicians in the shop were wearing. Rather than taking accountability or conducting a professional investigation, I was made to feel as though I was fabricating the issue. That behavior is completely unacceptable from someone in a managerial or leadership position. Clint Givens later stated that I could bring the vehicle back when the detailers were present and that "if it is cheap enough, they would cover it." This response implied that depending on the cost of repair, I might personally be responsible for damage caused while the vehicle was in their care. That is not an acceptable resolution. I have spent significant money servicing my vehicle at this dealership and expected professionalism, accountability, and customer care. Instead, I was met with skepticism and an unwillingness to properly address legitimate concerns. I specifically requested that the technician who worked on my vehicle be brought out so I could identify him and confirm he was wearing the button-up technician uniform shirt Clint claimed he was not wearing. That request was not accommodated. Even though Clint stated "I went back there to ensure he was in uniform." When I asked what the uniform was he stated "he is not going to argue." I have pictures of the damage, the employees uniform and the second tech working on the vehicle which Clint denied happened even though he was not present in the bay. Furthermore, I requested the video be pulled from the bay to establish I was telling the truth, Clint stated "we have no cameras in the bay, and I am going to offer you this one more time and I am through. Do, you want to bring the car back when the detailers are here or not?" At the end of the day, had my concerns been addressed professionally and respectfully from the beginning, this escalation would not have been necessary. As a man, disabled veteran and loyal customer; I have never in my life been accused of lying so blatantly. I hope the General Manager - Yousef Abdell-Hamid will do the right thing. Shady Business Practices & Wasted My Time I had a TERRIBLE experience at this dealership due to their misleading pricing and refusal to work with my federal credit union. The online price for the vehicle I was interested in was listed as $14,900, but when they presented the deal, the price had jumped to $17,796--which they claimed included tax, title, and license. However, the final cost somehow climbed to $19,288.67 due to additional unexplained fees. I had pre-approval from my federal credit union at a 5% interest rate, but they refused to accept my letter, instead offering to "match" my rate. After keeping me waiting for hours, they came back with an 18% interest rate and told me I'd have to figure out the financing with my credit union myself. By then, my credit union was closed, and the dealership wouldn't accept a wire transfer or any electronic payment. They insisted and demanded a cashier's check... we're in the 21st century, who doesn't do wire transfers? I arrived at 1 PM and left at 6 PM with nothing but frustration. I asked a service advisor when, and if, my car was going to be looked at and she told me it was "on the board". Now this was for a minor fix with the infotainment system. Bluetooth not working. 2024 Rogue. But she informed me it had to be looked at by a "master mechanic" that normally does engine rebuild and major engine work but there was no time frame when they could get to it. They had plenty here, tho they didn't have the exact one that we wanted. Looking for the Platinum with every feature and the two tone interior, it wasn't in stock yet. Buyer beware! Get EVERYTHING in writing. The sales team is enabled to make verbal promises, but management will not back it up if you don't have it in writing. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership over the phone in late November 2024 and had it delivered. The vehicle was issued a temp tag that would expire in just one week. Some additional issues with the vehicle were also identified upon delivery and the dealership was contacted on the first business day after receipt. The sales person (John Garcia) was very accommodating, offering to have the vehicle serviced, but advised that they were in the process of changing shops, so I'd have to wait. Trusting the sales person, I kept the vehicle past the 7-day return window. More than 3 months later, I had to escalate the situation to the general manager, Yousef Abdel-Hamid, and he will not honor what his salesperson promised, sticking to their "As-Is" sales policy. Since his team only makes verbal commitments and will not email, I have nothing to stand on. When I asked that the manager email confirmation that they have an "As-Is" sales policy and won't perform the service that their sales person agreed to, he refused. This serves to demonstrate that there is a pattern of behavior at the dealership. I'm left feeling like the salesperson was just placating me into keeping the vehicle past the 7-day return window so that I'd be stuck with the car. Adding to the problems, more than 3 months after I purchased the vehicle, I am still waiting on a title. I have had to contact the dealership every month to request new temp tags. Went here to look at a Nissan kick. Clinton helped me and I ended up loving it but they didn't have the one I wanted so they said they could try and get one but it was in Missouri. I would need to put a deposit of $1500 which was really high but I did. Two weeks went by and they finally messaged me back saying it was in the works. The sales manager John called me as well after numerous messages not answered and he left a number that was a voicemail to random voicemail. I finally called and told them I was done and buying another car because it was taking forever. I said I would be by to pick up the money the next day. I got off work and drove the 30 minutes to the dealership after talking to Clinton about getting my money back and I get there only to find out John was suppose to call me and tell me they would have to cut me a check. I would never recommend this dealership nor would I ever go back. I recently bought a new car from them and had too many issues. Their website says you can buy online 100% free delivery. Not true. They said they don't do delivery unless you have a trade in. They want you to come into office so you can be haggled to buy service contracts, warranties etc. I worked with Nish Desai and he is the devil. He tried to get me to buy the typical warranties dealerships push on you and got upset when I kept saying no. When I got home i looked over the paperwork and wouldn't you know, he forgot to include the actual sales contract where it shows what you're actually paying. Shocker right? Come to find out, he said he made a mistake and accidentally did the contract with a warranty even though I told him not to. I called the dealership to try to return the vehicle same day because of other issues I had too. The sales manager nor the general manager ever called me back. Shocking I know right? This dealership is crap. Read the other reviews. They exist for a reason. I'm not even going to go back here to get my free oil change. Car price is misrepresented online. They bring you in and then hit you with "reconditioning fee" which is upward of $2,500. Why not give that information online up front? Car was listed as "no accidents reported", "Reported" being the operative word as when I got the car home I noticed there had been a repair job from an apparently unreported accident that both the dealer (giving them the benefit of the doubt) and I missed. Although I don't see how their reconditioning can be worth the cost if they missed something like that. Granting their "sold as is" and "no reported accidents" disclaimers, the car was sold and bought with the understanding that the car was undamaged. Now with both parties aware, Texas Nissan is unwilling to do the decent thing and offer a modest discount or even a courtesy check of the suspension specifically in the repaired area. I understand it's been "inspected" by them, but this is the least I would do for a customer's piece of mind. This is the first time I have been left with a bad feeling after buying a car. It's been a year now, with calls almost every month since then, asking on when I can expect to have my trunk latch ordered and installed by them, which we had made an agreement on paper called the famous "We Owe" with when I bought my car. The first few months there was "No, we haven't ordered it", or "No, we didn't know about it". After the first few months, I have been met with no one picking up, or if I did get someone to pick up, I was sent to a manager's phone who never picks up. NOW, I have got two year maintenance on my car, with the first one being an oil change which took almost an hour and half to do, which was fine, since you know, it's not something I had to pay for. After the first one though, they never contacted me again, at. all. I had my last oil change back in June, yes... JUNE, of 2024, it is almost MARCH OF 2025. Not sure how long they are expecting car oil to last now, but this is a hell of a long time. EDIT: 2/25/2025, called today, persistent, and got a of parts director and they walked up to the sales manager to ask about it, and they told them that the "We Owe" was only valid for 30 days, which is quite hilarious that I had no update about this the whole time, even after I went up there two weeks after purchasing the car, I asked about it, and they said they haven't ordered it. Would NOT recommend buying even a cheap pre-owned car here. Managers can't even uphold thier own "we owe" policy and just wait it out for 30 days and not say a word to you. Beware! As a loyal customer of Texas Nissan of Grapevine for over a decade, we have seen a significant decline in the service department under its new leadership. We trusted that the high level of customer service we received under Mark Topham's leadership would continue, but we were completely wrong. Unfortunately, we will not do business with this dealership again under the current management. Long story short, our 2011 Nissan Maxima--purchased new and consistently serviced at this dealership--was in their possession for over two months, and we spent over $7,000 on repairs. Initially, we were told the issue was the transmission, but after replacing it three times, they finally concluded that the issue was actually the TCM. While communication with our service advisor Leo was fine at first, it quickly deteriorated after the supposedly third transmission replacement with Leo's manager Sean who called us and stated our car had too many miles on it to get a loaner vehicle despite the prolonged inconvenience for our car. We then repeatedly had to initiate contact to get updates yet with no response which is unacceptable, especially since we needed a second car for our family which we stated. This was especially frustrating given the significant amount of money we had already spent and the length of time they had our vehicle. After two months of back-and-forth, we contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs to expedite the process. Within 48 hours of reaching out to them, we finally heard back from the service department--our car was ready. There was no apology, no car wash, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and absolutely no effort to make things right. The level of customer service we experienced was completely unacceptable. Proceed with caution if you choose to do business here. We deeply regret not trusting our instincts and taking our car to another dealership that would appreciate our loyalty and business! read more

Smell, Rattle, and Roll! My car LOOKS beautiful. Well, it is lipstick on a pig! I bought this car brand new from Texas Nissan (Grapevine) and have had the worst new car buying experience. Since the very first month, it has had problems which the dealership repair shop refuses to fix. Every time I bring it in, they say they either can't hear, see, smell, or replicate the issue. Even when a manager heard the rattle of the engine and suggested it was potentially the engine block, the mechanic returned the car to me saying they couldn't replicate the issue. It has also had a smell coming from the vents since the first few weeks and it has never gone away. Most recently, the a/c has gone out only in the left vents. I took a video with a thermometer and they said they still need to replicate it in the shop. They told me to bring my car in as soon as it starts to happen. So, I did just that this week. I drove directly to a Denton dealership and they refused to step into my car to document this was happening. They say I need to make an appointment. I explain I already had several appointments and that it doesn't happen when I bring it in for an appointment. They told me I could leave my car but they wouldn't be able to get to it for 3 days. No loaner is ever given. Hours upon hours of time taken off work, of being without a car, and not one single fix. Instead, they suggest I need new tires at 24k miles (!). Crazy considering you can still see much tread and vent spews. When I brought it in for oil and tire rotation (which is free under warranty), they say I don't need a tire rotation (which should happen every 5k). I have had a rattle from the mid console light, wind sounds coming from the windows or rails, a scraping sound coming from the wheels, knocking sounds from the engine at approx 20-25 mph, smell/heat coming from the a/c. Yesterday my husband spoke with a manager at Texas Nissan and he said he couldn't help. I will run, not walk, to HONDA or TOYOTA. read more

The dealership is disputing the cause of malfunction. I want to stress, if this malfunction isn't related to the recall and Nissan and the dealership are being complacent someone could be seriously hurt. I am going to contact the NHTSA again. The car shot backwards while in drive. I didn't call Nissan consumer affairs because I thought I made an error. I called because someone could be run over. Oh, and the dealership has indicated they aren't going to do anything to help me. They are in possession of this vehicle. I am the victim of illegal business practices that resulted in a car accident. I should mention I have video of this car which does show the vehicle has problems. I was able to capture the vehicle on video acting erratically when put into drive. The dashboard reads what the recall states it should read, but nonetheless, if the accident isn't related to the recall public safety is at risk. I had this brand new car for 20 days. This dealership is a classic bait and switch on the sticker prices and is completely unethical. I WISH I READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FIRST, THEY ARE ALL ACCURATE. And I'm sure there will be a response of contact us we will take care of your concerns which is a lie so ignore the response if they make one to my report: What you see on the sticker is NOT what they are selling their cars for. Also, I was told that I could pay for the car with a credit card and it would cost an extra 3% which I agreed to. After clearing I would be paying with a credit card, I drove from Austin, Texas to Dallas to purchase the car which had a sticker price of $15,501. They knew I was driving from Austin to purchase with a credit card. When I got there they tried to sell the car to me for $19k after tax title and license which was way above the sticker price. I told the sales clerk that that was way above the sticker price, her answer to me was, "That's just business." After we agreed to a final price of $17,200, because I asked for them to pay the $500 of interest which makes it align with the sticker price, they proceeded to tell me they can't accept credit cards after I drove all that way. Then she said she never told me they could accept credit cards, even though the back and forth on up-charging from the sticker price was because of the interest on the credit card. Not only that, after purchasing a used car from them, as soon as I drove off the lot, the front wheels started to make a loud squeaking sound which was not present when we tested the car. The break pads and rotors needed to be changed which cost $500 the very next day which I'm sure the dealership knew about and because I purchased the car cash, there is no way to get them to do the honorable thing and pay for the rotors. I would avoid that dealership for used cards. They are unethical and are like a one of these small dealers that sells you lemons. And I'm sure they take advantage of people with the new car sales as well. read more

I received an enticing online offer for my one-year-old car from Texas Nissan Grapevine through CarGurus on 9/27. Because this dealership is an hour from our home, I confirmed with the dealership beforehand via text message on 9/28 that they would honor the purchase offer after inspecting my vehicle. However, upon arrival, after a lengthy wait, their updated offer was $3,425 less. My car was one year old, garage kept, had both key fobs, title in hand, and was in excellent shape. The reduced offer was not because of the condition of the vehicle. The sales associate provided various excuses, including that the initial offer included tax savings from trading in the car and purchasing a new one, which I clarified was not part of the written agreement. They then stated that the lower offer was due to the car's mileage, despite the mileage being provided upfront. When I requested to speak with the manager, they declined and another sales team member claimed the purchase price would not be honored because the car was on a "stop sale" due to a recall. The stop sale does not affect used vehicles and this still does not explain why the dealership made the purchase offer to me in the first place, or why they did not correct it when I contacted them before arriving. The stop sale has been going on for months and only applies to new vehicles -- there was no 'change in the marketplace' between the offer being made and me showing up the next day. It became evident that the dealership had no intention of honoring their initial offer. This experience suggests that they may have advertised a high purchase price to attract customers. Very long process buying process. I walked in at 10:00 a.m. and was sent home without my new car at 6:00 p.m. Paper plates ran out before the permanent ones came in and when I called to question I was treated very poorly by the sales manager on 9/28. Beware! they lure you in with the promise of something they will not honor. Purchased a whole set of Pirelli tires from this dealership just last year (although their prices are higher than other local tire places) because the tires came with "Free" tire rotations. I came in today to get my oil changed and my tires rotated and they refused to honor the tire rotation promise, because they no longer offer it on new tire purchases. read more

DO NOT BUY ANY CAR HERE!!! They WILL NOT give you what you pay for or back up their sales. We waited 2 days to buy a pre-owned car for CASH!! We should have walked away after day 1!!! If I could post a review with zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, I took my autistic niece to this dealership to look for her first car purchase. I should have checked their reviews first. We were not told the 2023 Toyota Corolla LE we purchased was still under a TOYOTA warranty. Instead, we were sold their warranty. They convinced us we needed it based on covering the electrical and technology systems, even if nothing else ever goes wrong with it. We were told that if ANYTHING went wrong with the car, they had a Toyota certified technician on staff and could be fixed there. After 2 days of waiting at the dealership to take possession of the car, we were given it with half a tank of gas, a non-working navigation system. When we discovered the navigation issue, we called. They told us to bring it in and they'd take care of it because we bought their warranty. We then get a phone call to bring it back because they failed to do a proper "state inspection" before giving it to us. When we take it in the next day, we're told they can't fix the navigation because it is still under a TOYOTA warranty. We were not told one time that it was already under warranty, nor were we given any information on said warranty. Instead, we were told that the navigation system just needs to be updated but now it is our problem to take it to Toyota and get it done. It should have BEEN DONE while they owned the car. They sold us a car and warranty without disclosing VITAL information and now refuse to back up their sale. Their manager Mark told me they own the Toyota lot too but they refuse to take the car over there to do what should have been done before they sold this car to an 19 year old autistic youth that has lived in Texas for less than 3 months and desperately needs navigation to be able to drive it. Mark told me if we want the car fixed it is ONLY going to happen if WE DO THEIR JOB. They ripped us off, lied to us repeatedly and passed the buck at EVERY turn. Steer clear of this UNETHICAL dealership and any other lots they own!!! We'll be getting a lawyer, talking to the press, the BBB, and contacting the Americans with Disabilities Act about this unscrupulous transaction. read more

I was buying a car here and the check engine light was on. They said they would fix it and the next day I came to get it. When i got the car I took it to my mechanic and he showed me the diagnostics that they didn't fix anything and just reset the light temporarily. I took it back to them and they made zero or reasonable explanations. I would strongly advise anyone not to come here due to their unethical business practices No hate towards the individuals who were caught up in it but if you want to be safe just shop somewhere else. read more
