Took my VW for repair. They charged me for a vacuum pump change and what they did was put silicone on it. Took it to this shop again since it was still spilling the oil and all they did was take the mileage and measure the oil. They never checked the car to look at the leakage. Don't ever buy a vehicle from them. I bought an suv through them and paid out payments and asked Jerry for payoff amount. He quoted me 500. So I cut him a final check! Left my suv there to get quotes on repairs and they gave me one then stopped answering messages. Parked my car across the street. Never gave me papers for paying final payment and his son Christian just as much lying and claiming I never paid it all off when I was making all my payments to Jerry. I was fine with them until they turned around and resold the suv I made many payments on up to 3500 for! Liars and thieves is what they turned out to be. They admitted they did me wrong even by offering another car but I did not pay for another car. I had also personal items in the vehicle and papers that were my daughters. I began to wonder why my messages were not being answered. Until I went there to ask where is my suv? They casually said they sold it off to someone else? I did absolutely nothing to deserve such treatment for my vehicle to be sold off as they profited twice off same suv? Not asking me to come get it or pay for repairs. This wad totally underhanded. Then claiming to charge me $25 a day to keep vehicle months on the property when i have pictures of it parked across the street. I told then they can take their time on it because I had my daughters vehicle. And instead they steal it back with no warming. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM. I HAD A GUT FEELING THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN WHEN I BOUGHT IT. I SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED MY GUT FEELING. I wouldn't be writing this bad review right now had they done me right. But they didn't. Since moving back to Texas, I have been looking for a place to take my wife's Range Rover for service. I was tired of getting ripped off by the dealers high cost service department. I stumbled on Christian's Auto Repair in Grapevine, Texas. The place had great reviews, so I thought I would give them a try. I was not disappointed. Jerry (the owner) and his crew were all great. They provided me with an estimate for a full brake job (front and back) on the Rover that was less than 1/2 of the dealer's estimate. The work was fast and they did a great job. Best of all, the final cost was within $4 of original estimate. Overall, I am very pleased with the work and happy that I have found an honest auto repair shop where I can bring my vehicles. read more

I had a nice sports car worked on by these "gents" I had something installed in the front of the car for the steering mechanism. Its still leaking to this day. Failure! I dropped my car off and left it with them in good faith. Big mistake! These creeps rifled through my glove box, left important papers and trash all over my car's interior, no respect for customers privacy. The place is a dump. The owners are jerks. They did extensive damage to my vehicle, I'm disgusted with them. They did not offer to pay for the damage, so I voted with my feet and I am absolutely done with these creeps. My advice to anybody with a car, euro or other wise, is avoid this place like the plague and covid 19, yes they are that bad. read more

We have taken our vehicles to this repair shop several times over the past year. They are always priced fairly, Jerry communicates well through out the process, and just friendly as can be. So absolutely disappointed and angry with this place. We had taken our vehicle to them twice before and had a good experience but this last time, we dropped the car off in the beginning of the week to have them check all the fluids and check/replace brake related parts. We told them when we dropped off the car that we NEEDED the car back NO LATER THAN Thursday evening because we are leaving for vacation (driving) on Friday night...Thursday comes, we hear nothing from them regarding the car being ready so we call. They tell us that it will be ready on Friday, no later than 3pm...comes and goes, we call, they say 5pm now...comes and goes, they say 6pm now. We tell them that we need the car now and that is when they fiiiiinalllly come out with it that the car is not and will not be ready. After a bunch of excuses why the car isn't ready, we have to go rent a vehicle last minute for $1,900 because we are driving our large family to Florida in a few hours at this point. We understand that things beyond our control happen but my two biggest complaints are 1) we were not kept in the loop about anything/no communication about the possible delay and 2) there was no apology or any attempt to make the situation right. It was just too bad so sad, deal with it. To top it all off, when we got back from vacation a whole week later, we called to see if we could pick up the car and IT STILL WASN'T READY!!! I finally went into the shop to pick up the car and when I gave him our name and description of the car, the guy at the front had to literally ask me "who?/what?'" 3 times before I finally asked him if he was joking. My husband had texted before I went to pick up the car so they absolutely should have know I was coming or at the very least been familiar with our name. Unfortunately, due to this incident, we will NOT be returning and no longer have anything good to say about Christian's Auto Repair. read more

I recon I was in a pickle about 45 minutes from the home. Had some car issues and needed the diagnostic. Started at the dealer and said it would be at least a week before they could take a look. My sunroof shattered and Jerry was able to replace it when no one else would. The new sunroof came in so quick and he replaced that and my breaks for me. Jerry was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend him for special projects or just routine maintenance. read more

These were very, very nice people. But I would never, ever step foot in this place again because they didnt fix what was wrong with my car. The issue I had with my car was intermittent not starting and they told me it was the battery so out of desperation i paid $155 to replace the battery and left. Huge mistake. Headed out to work, and it didnt start. Long story short, towed it to the manufacturer dealer, and paid $170 (issue had absolutely nothing to do with the battery) and now I pray the car works consistently. So basically I handed this repair place $155 and wasted my time. But thats ok. You live and you learn. Never again. I will spend more money to take car to a professional dealer that can actually assess an issue properly without wasting a clients time. read more

I've only written a few reviews, but Christian's Auto Repair deserves a good review. Jerry and the team seem to run an honest, trustworthy auto shop. They seem to work on just about anything. I've taken them foreign and domestic, old and new. They work on it all for fair prices. They don't upsell, they just fix the problem and make sure you are satisfied with the work. I have tried most of the larger shops in town the advertise your personal "Customer Service Managers" or "Customer Relationship Managers" that have your car washed and vacuumed, tell you everything that could ever go wrong with your car, and give you the 'hard sell' to fix things that aren't broken. Jerry and team tell you what is really wrong with your car and fix that thing. It is so nice having a mechanic that I can trust that I have finally taken things to Christian's that I had been neglecting because I didn't want to deal with all of the fluff and over-pricing at the other shops. Bottom line - They've been in the same shop for 30 years. They are honest and perform quality work at a fair price. What more can you want from an auto mechanic? read more

Great place to get your car repaired. Been going to this place for over 10 years now and they have always been fair and reasonably priced.
