1 star only because it doesn't allow negative stars! Rather than insult any other professions, what a bunch of car salesman! I have it in writing from the Internet Sales Manager (which I think everyone gets that title so they sound important) the lies they tell to try to get you in the dealership. This came about after I had an internet price and they tried to quote it $3,000 higher, I called them on it and they began making excuses. Continue to get emails after I requested NO MORE and so I called them out again on their deceptive practices. If Grapevine Ford can't be honest up front with their customers in the advertising, then what makes you think you can trust them in regards to anything they say or how they handle service on your car. AVOID there are GOOD dealerships out there, Grapevine Ford is just not it! read more

A bunch of con men. My advice is to go to your local bank and get approved first and then go to a dealership that's not grapevine ford. They'll take advantage of you. They're not trying to get you the best deal, they're trying to get more money in their pocket. Don't be fulled!!! read more

WORST Ford Dealership in the area. From sales to service this dealership is the worst. The only time they even give a passing nod to respect for the customer is when they are trying to close the deal. During the deal they will play the back and forth game like you are stupid and maybe we all think this is still the 1980s. While they play this game they will waste as much of your time as they can while offering NO hospitality, no water, nothing but access to their vending machine. I think they may be the only dealership around that doesn't offer anything to their customers. They WILL try to coach you on how to respond to the Ford Customer survey so that they can somehow keep Ford from knowing how horrible they are, ironically it is the most eye contact and personal attention you will receive during the entire process. After the sale is final there was zero vehicle orientation, the salesman or anyone else from the dealership disappeared. While this isn't a huge deal, good dealerships (in my experience) extend attentive service well after the sale. As mentioned by several other reviewers we dealt with Jake in the finance office and he is as rude and condescending and arrogant as people say. And, just as others have mentioned, you will definitely pay an inexplicably higher rate when you buy here. Two weeks after buying this brand new truck it had stalled at nearly every red light it encountered and Grapevine Ford responded with..... ANNOYED INDIFFERENCE.. no surprise there. When we tried calling the sales manager and our salesman neither could be bothered to return calls for days and when a call was returned it was more dismissive indifference. We were informed that they would help us with several things and it became apparent the longer the truck was in the shop that nobody does what they say they will here. Our service rep was John Goddard and the nicest thing I can say about him was he had no concern for getting our brand new truck back to us in a timely manner or even following up with progress reports for the 8 days they had the brand new truck. This dealership is from top to bottom rude, arrogant and disrespectful in a way that makes it clear that the problem is almost certainly a top down issue. With that said regardless of the meaningless apologies or responses they post to ALL the bad reviews, they don't care about me or you or anything other than the next opportunity to fleece someone. There is literally no reason to do business here. Save yourself the aggravation and buy your Ford from anyone else... Anyone else read more

Terrible dealership. Finance department deceitful and inept. I wanted to pay cash for a car yet they tried to cajole me for over an hour to finance. When I made it clear I was paying cash, they insisted on running my credit anyway. I have a very good credit score for a reason and these jokers would rather force someone who can't afford it into a loan versus sell a car for cash. DFW has plenty of options, better pricing and better service elsewhere. read more

Called the service department and got a scheduled time to go in. When I arrived on time they did not have me on the schedule. Had to spend another 15 minutes going over what was wrong with the truck again. Then was told it would take two days just to get the truck in but i would have to leave it. I asked if I could schedule a time to bring it back so I could wait while the tech diagnosed and was told no, even if I scheduled a time next week it would still be two days before they could even look at it. So Im out two days rental car while my 60,000.00 truck sits behind their building. Bad service department experience. read more

Had the pleasure of working with Rob Thurber and Cody Pilgrim this week on a used Navigator purchase. These two gentlemen were absolutely great to work with! They were patient, attentive, and not overly "pushy" like you might expect from some salespeople. Rob had initially helped us with seeing several vehicles we were interested in. He is a great guy and upfront with us on the pros and cons of each vehicle. It really helped us get a better feel for what we were looking for. He took time to answer all of our questions and made us feel valued as customers. Cody ended up assisting us a few days later when we decided to make our purchase. He was easy to work with and moves fast! I'm pretty sure the guy doesn't have a "slow" speed as he practically jogged back and forth when getting paperwork! I appreciated his hustle, as we all know sitting at the dealership waiting to close a deal can feel like an eternity! Finally, the price of the vehicle was good and didn't have to go through a high stress negotiating process. I'd definitely recommend this dealership if you are able to work with either of these guys! read more

I bought an F-250 yesterday and it has been by far the worst experience in purchasing a vehicle. Very rude people and hard to deal with. Will never ever consider them to buy a vehicle again read more

I purchased a mustang here a few months ago. I came in with financing in place. The salesman was great but failed to mention that the car only had once key and that one was only a fab. Once it was noted I was told to come back to get the second key. At no time did the salesman mention that the key guy was only there one day a week and only at 1. I had to go back three times and finally their service department stepped in where the sales team failed. Sales team never returned calls or emails once the ink was dry. Great service department though. read more

I had a great experience with Grapevine Ford. I called to see if the 2016 Focus was still available and set up an appointment with a salesperson, Blaine Castorena. Blaine was a pleasure to work with and made the experience very easy and fun. Our finance manager Glenn McCain worked very hard on our finance deal, and got us a way better deal than we had previously. I am definitely going back here when it is time to buy again! read more

I cannot even begin to explain how completely inadequate this dealership is. The car I purchased 6 months ago has been problematic since the second day I bought it. There is a service advisor named Jeremy whom I can only imagine is such an asshole because of being tormented his whole life for not measuring up to a real man. He is an arrogant prick with short man complex. Worst customer service and horrendous treatment from a Lincoln dealership. Do not walk, run away from this place, they do not stand behind their cars and could care less for their customers. read more

TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP ALL AROUND! Took my car there for an oil change and a day later, the a/c stops blowing cold air. Took my car back and am told I need to leave it for several days and they will not cover a loaner/rental car unless I bought that option with my extended warranty. I can't be without a car and can't drive mine in the middle of July with no a/c. This is a $40k car, too. Then the service advisor says can't find that I bought extended warranty at all (I did buy one). First of all, my car is still covered under the factory warranty (bought brand new a year ago and has 17k miles on it) and an extended warranty shouldn't even matter. Second of all, there is even a technical service bulletin issued for many mustangs having the same issue. I told the advisor I've never heard of having a malfunction on a new car and being told they can't give me a rental if it's going to take several days to fix. I don't understand why he kept bringing up the extended warranty when it's still covered under factory. I ended up having to drive from there to Five Star Ford in NRH where I bought it to get it fixed. They hooked me up with a rental right away and even said Grapevine shouldn't have even brought up whether I had an extended warranty bc it was a factory warranty issue. I only even went to Grapevine bc it's on my way to and from work. When I complained to Grapevine Ford about how I was treated, they asked how they can win my business back...it's obvious they didn't want it to have it in the first place! Their sales dept also sucks. Tried to buy a mustang there once that they overpriced and wouldn't budge $1,000 even though we were paying cash. Went to Five Star and got an even better one cheaper. read more

Nice salesman and are willing to work a good deal. But beware of over selling the warranties and gap insurance. They can drop the price down as low as it can get if you want it. Also if you buy used then you better know a cheap place to get your car detailed because they do not do a very good job... read more

This dealership has changed hands 3 times in the last several years. It appears that things have not gotten better. We purchased 2 super duty's and the warranty was misrepresented by the finance dept. oh well, my $2000 mistake. However, the Service Dept. is honestly the worst I have ever seen. Waiting 4-5 hours for oil changes is the normal. Having to come back 3 times, not having promised rental cars. More important than their high prices is the obvious disrespect for another individual's time. They don't understand how big of an inconvenience it is to drop off a vehicle multiple times, long waits, and so forth. My service adviser is friendly, but i think this problem is with the entire Service Dept. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Trust me they will waste it for you! read more

"Critical service required for your 2010 Ford Fusion" is the "subject" of their email. But when you open it there is no reference to any critical services needed. We would like to welcome you back with: Fair, Competitive Prices Our Commitment to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction Special Service Offers Below I've been to this place twice for service and the experiences have been poor each time. They are much more about marketing services to you, than about meeting their commitments. One service event they dragged out for OVER A WEEK past the committed date, and when I finally found someone who would tell me, off the record, what was going on, they said the mechanic they'd assigned my car to was on vacation for a couple weeks. Nice. Everybody else had told me stories about delays getting parts and other lies and fabrications. Sadly, one you get serviced there, you will forever be bombarded by their email marketing which, as you can see above, also takes liberty with the truth. read more

Get ready to be scammed. Yes the old bait and switch. I had a written price, in e-mail from (let's call him) Cameron (Internet sales), to get us in the door. Then, when we arrived, amnesia set in and the price went up almost $5,200. We had to convince him that the Ford rebates did apply, we had to convince him he was trying to rip us off, and after three hours of used-car-salesman antics on the new car, we finally got the original deal that was in the original email only when I asked for my car keys back and was walking out the door. So anything less than excellent is failing on the satasifaction survey? I rated them as poor and when they called and discussed why; the response was "that's just part of the car buying and negotiation experience," and "since you ultimately purchased the car it couldn't have been a bad experience, otherwise you wouldn't have purchased from us." In the end, did we get the deal on the original email, not exactly. And the best part, a excerpt from his email quote, "we always offer exclusive internet pricing and a no-pressure experience without the 'run back and forth to the manager' hassle." Ironically that was EXACTLY the experience we had. Go anywhere else. read more

Had a good experience with them. The salesman was very helpful. The reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is because the salesman didn't find the truck I purchased, I did. Spent a 3ish hours looking at trucks at the dealership, went home and did a search on the internet and found what I wanted. On their lot! So I was kinda confused about that. Other than that they were very transparent about everything. I thought they would pull the typical car dealership games to slip in a couple more $$$ but they didn't. (I looked very throughly through the paperwork after I got home) the finance dept and service dept are on their game. All around a good experience for a car dealership. read more

Bought a Ford Fusion from Zack Ziba. He was great, they were friendly and made us a good deal on the car. This place wasn't super pushy like others and have met our needs when we've asked except for one part. I didn't rate a 5 stars because of a rebate issue. The finance lady never sent in our paperwork so we sat around waiting for our rebate for 2-3 months and it wasn't even submitted yet. With a lot of calling, she finally submitted it and now we are still waiting. It has been 3-4 months and still have not received it. Rebate has been a pain, but I would buy again from this dealership but would request a different finance person. Car had an issue with the window squeaking and we made an appointment. They got us in the next week and got it fixed for free. read more

I experienced a hiccup with an oil change however the service manager Ron stepped up and made things right. Thank you GVF

I got a brand new car from this dealership a couple of weeks ago. When we took delivery of the vehicle, it was missing an accessory that was mentioned on the window sticker. The guy who delivered the car to us acknowledged this and said that he would either find the missing accessory or order a brand new one and mail it to me. Guess what happened after we drove off from the dealership. No one called us back to follow-up on this. I emailed them a couple of times. No response. Then I called them several times only to get their voicemail. Finally the sales guy called me back. He was totally clueless about this. He talked as if this was all new to him. He said he will call me back. Lets see. read more

In 2014 I purchased two mustangs from Grapevine Ford I feel I got pretty good deals. One of them took me over 5 hours even though I had an agreed on price before I got there. Move ahead to August this year and things changed...First offer on my trade in was very low (carmax, Vroom and give me the vin .com will beat them by thousands unless you come prepared) they did all the typical sleazy sneaky things dealers do the bait and switch, ask you your payoff balance, try to push you into 72 months. They insist on taking a look at your trade while holding on to the keys until you get pissed and ask for them back curtly. By the way the sites I mentioned above give you prices site unseen some questions and pictures only. I started this whole ordeal on the internet where some dealers do a real good job. read more

This was pretty much the worst experience I have ever had a dealership. I literally told the idiots that I have a blank check in my pocket! Dirty facility and restrooms. Dirty cars. Dirty parking lot. Cold coffee. 2 1/2 hours of waiting around for a trade in value, which they offered me 1/2 of KBB. They tried to show me cars I didn't want. I own 3 Fords and will continue to buy Ford, however, I won't spend 1 penny at Grapevine Ford. Don't waste your time with their "preapproval process," either as they are just going to ask you the exact same questions again and again. read more

Cody Pilgrim did a great job hustling for my business on a Certified Pre-Owned Ford Escape. The dealership is very busy, seems understaffed so be prepared to wait. The Finance person down-played the "Certified" status of the vehicle pushing an extended warrenty for $1,700. Made me feel like the "Certified" vehicle would not be covered for anything except a long shot on the motor and transmission. I never once heard about the 12-month/12,000 warrenty with over 1,000 parts covered when asking what is covered. If nothing is covered then why spend more for a "Certified" vehicle? I walked from the Finance department office and from the deal headed to the door very frustrated, then Dustin Springer got involved. He explained how the Certified Ford is covered to my satisfaction. Back to the Finance Department to sign the papers. After getting home I realized I did not have the Certified Vehicle Delivery Checklist and the Inspection Checklist forms. Went back the next day for those and to have the car looked at for a whistling noise. Waited for 3 1/2 hours, they provided lunch, but I had to eventually leave and come back later. The car was ready but the whistling noise is still there so back later when I can. Overall, Cody was very sincere and honest and I would recommend him. Dustin was very friendly, knowledgable and key to the sale taking care of all the outstanding issues needed to finalize. Looked at F150 Platinum trucks for a few hours Friday night and saw prices in the $54K price range on 3-5 different new trucks. Saturday morning I woke up thinking I would drive by and take a look, but first thought to look at the internet again. Saturday morning they had upped their prices on the same trucks to the $64K range, while all the other dealers still had their new end of year pricing at $54-$55K. I guess the "sale" was over, or this was to gouge weekend lookers. Huge red flag of potential bait and switch and pricing games. I'm not about to drive to this dealership and argue for 3 hours with some guy to get it back to the price I just saw online a few hours earlier. I'm driving further this morning to a different dealership that has a larger inventory. read more

Not a good service/business model for "professional" service. Appointment 7:30 AM Tuesday, July 11. Took car to dealership on Monday, July 10 about 11:45 AM to leave for Tuesday Appt. Grapevine Ford did not look at car until Wed afternoon. Needs windshield washer delay switch and part for to fix Navigation. Did not order part until Thursday (confusion). Began work on car Friday PM. Said car would be ready by Friday about 5:00 PM. Service guy Aaron apologized and explained more than once that they WERE 3 DAYS BEHIND. ... That means Don't Call Us about your car because we not working on it ... Cause We 3 Days Behind. ... When folks buy a car they should consider service. Go someplace with good service. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I have tried to use them several times since they are very close to my place of business and it is the same everytime. Absolutely no communication!! I left a message twice and did not receive a call until Saturday. I missed the call but they did leave a vm instructing me to call there cell so I did and here it is Monday afternoon and still no word on my vehicle and they still cannot be reached. Grapevine Ford made me quite concerned today when they did not comply with the agreement that they made when they sold me a new F150 Ford. I bought the service agreement from them and they agreed to wash and vacuum the vehicle when they serviced it. Today they changed the oil and rotated the tires in accordance with the agreement. When I asked why they didn't wash and vacuum the vehicle, I was told that the car wash was not working. I can certainly understand equipment failures; however, the service personnel could not tell me what the car wash machine had to do with vacuuming the vehicle. Finally, I was told that vacuuming would cause a backlog in getting the work done. If they cut corners on this (not vacuuming), I question if they will/have cut corners on other services, especially after the services have been paid for. read more

We have been customers of this dealership since 2012 when we purchased a used Edge from another dealership. Once we had our car serviced there, we stopped going anywhere else because of the responsive of the service department. We purchased a pre-owned F150 in March and then just a week ago, we found ourselves needing another car unexpectedly. To say we were not in the mood to buy a car would be an understatement. So I am pleasantly surprised to be reporting that we had an excellent experience purchasing a pre-owned 2017 Ford Escape. Ty Young and Carver Rademacher went above and beyond! They were flexible, professional and friendly throughout the process. My husband and I both have odd work schedules and they worked with us to get this all done without complaint. We were unsure as to what model we wanted to buy and they never complained when I asked to test drive the first, second, or third different model. We were already customers of Grapevine Ford but Carver and Ty have strengthened that relationship. We could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend working with either of them when buying a car. read more

I will never buy another vehicle from here and would recommend for anyone considering it to buy your vehicle at another dealership. While initially the sales process seemed to go smoothly, as soon as they had my money and a completed satisfactory survey from me, I was completely ignored. There was an issue with the leather on the new vehicle that I was promised would be fixed the following week. This has not been taken care of. I bought floor mats that had to be ordered. I bought my vehicle a month ago and Grapevine Ford has still not mailed them to me. I have called multiple times about this and they have still not been mailed. 1 Star as Yelp doesn't give an option for 0. Well, I decided to own a mustang on Thursday and had put in a query on true car. Got a response from Grapevine Ford and reached there without an appointment. Met Michael Massey and he was kind enough to accommodate me. Good experience with him as he took me for a test drive and gave me honest opinion about the cars. Finally we decided upon a GT base model and Michael helped me all through this from explaining the features, cost also was kind to give me a quick orientation of the dealership and took me for test drive. I was adamant that I want to take the car the same day and Michael helped me in achieving that. BEWARE: If you visit this dealership, I recommend that you consult your own sources / financial institutions for loan. Problem started with the finance manager Jake Buzzard, a guy running around the dealership with no business acumen wearing a suit and cognac colored shoes who will try to fool you with unnecessary reasons for higher rate and without any transperency about the process (loan provider etc). Well this guy tried to fool me with higher interest rate and then reducing it when I retaliated and then again telling me to go for higher interest rate when he knew I took an Uber to get the car along with my family. He did that at 8:45PM when I was there with my wife and kids since 6:30PM and he thought I will give up and will take the car at higher interest rate. He also offered me to take the car at higher rate (more than 10%) and come back 2 days later where he will reduce it to the agreed rate. Finally, I was able to buy a higher trim of GT (GT premium) for another dealership at a lower interest rate approx 6% - 7% lower rate than offered by Jake at Grapevine ford. For me, I lost 2 days to get the car but got an upgraded model at a lower interest...for them, they lost a customer forever. read more

DO NOT get vehicle serviced here - we have taken two vehicles here for service. I will never do business with Grapevine Ford again. I was repeatedly lied to about the status of our vehicles and they are notorious for suggesting services to your vehicle that are not needed. I had my vehicle looked at by a Ford Master Mechanic (20+ years) who told me what I needed done to my vehicle. Grapevine Ford suggested $1400 of additional items that were not needed (to fix or prevent mechanical issues). Additionally, they took 2 weeks to fix something that should have taken 8 hours. I was repeatedly lied to regarding the status of my vehicle (which I proved to them). While my issue was covered under warranty, wanted to see proof of every oil change I had completed because they claimed their was "sludge" in my engine. Once again, I verified with a Ford Master Mechanic (at another dealer) that this was not true. Lastly, I did inquire about a service I was interested in getting done on my vehicle. They quoted me $640. This same service is $400 cheaper at another dealer. I escalated my issue but my request to speak to the GM (Chaz Garret) was met with multiple Directors doing everything they could to avoid Chaz learning of my situation. I was told that Chaz was made aware of my situation. This added insult to injury. Had he truly been made aware of my issue, I am certain he would have reached out to me. Lastly, when you pick up your vehicle, they will give you a list of recommended (ie. recommended so they make money....not necessarily recommended to help your vehicle) overpriced services. I verified with two other dealers that the majority of these services are nothing more than "snake oil". Avoid this place like the plague. read more

I have to agree with Manu on another Review, stay clear of Jake Buzzard, I have to blame myself for some of the issues like not paying more attention to what he was doing , but one thing is he kick the price up on my paper work from the original price of the vehicle, and I really didn't notice until a couple of days after, there is several other things that was done I will not mention at this time because I am trying to get this solve but if you are purchasing a car from these guys and Jake Buzzard come up to talk with you about finance do yourself a favor ask for someone else or walk out, it will save you a lot of trouble and time....oh and another thing don't waste your time calling him or e-mailing him after the deal is done because he will not answer or return a call or even return an e-mail, really bad way of doing business....., wish I would have check this site before buying...... read more

We received very poor customer service here. The salesman, accountant, and manager did not listen to us when we said we did not want to buy a car on the day we were there.
