For our entrees, we ordered the filet mignon with lobster and the ribeye with lobster mac and cheese. Honestly, every bite was amazing. The steaks were cooked perfectly, the lobster was fresh and buttery, and the lobster mac and cheese was unforgettable. A lot of times, fancy restaurants have a great atmosphere but the food doesn't quite live up to the hype. Eddie V's was the complete opposite. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service: attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming without ever being intrusive.
