Brought my nephew from South Korea here because he was craving Korean fried chicken. Staff was really kind, the place was a little busy with a large party. We ordered a few different chicken options with sauces. We also got the tteokbokki. The tteokbokki was probably the best things we got. The chicken was okay, cooked good, wasn't a fan of their batter, very heavy. The sauces were okay as well. It was definitely edible but not a place I'd go out of my way to go to again. read more

Chicken is flavorful, crispy and over all good There is a pic on their chalk board about how is the world's most delicious chicken is being served to you? And all their prep steps, but they left out one , nothing about cleaning the chicken before marinating,....Ew! read more

bb.q Chicken Plano Preston - again nothing about cleaning the chicken, I guess we have to assume it's clean? They should change their sign to include at least a rinse?? - Chicken Wings Near Me - Plano, Texas

Very disappointed with our order last night. We ordered togo order of a small whole chicken, which is supposed to come with 6 standard bone-in pieces. Instead, we received only 4 actual bone-in pieces, and the other 2 were just tiny, dry, boneless bite-sized nuggets, not even standard boneless pieces or wings. Charging full price for a whole chicken and padding the box with dry scraps feels completely dishonest. Definitely not the quality or portion standard we expected. read more

Food was amazing and fresh. Best chicken in the area. Service is great and they are always on top of it. Very friendly and efficient. Food may take 15-20 minutes but well worth the wait. Decently priced. Not a big establishment but worth a try read more

I took my in laws here and I was glad! Right off the bat, the waiter was so kind and patience with us. The food and sauces were delicious, and we are so glad we came! We will definite come back for sure!! Highly recommend this location, I've been to a different one and it wasn't as nice! I wish I took pictures but we were hungry and couldn't wait! Highly recommend the galby sauce and the gangnam! read more

Very good chicken!! Really like that Honey Garlic It's my favorite!! The original is the perfect amount of spice for me. I will say that I love spicy food. read more

So the place was busy for take out. I got 1/2 a whole chicken (if that makes sense) I felt it was over sauced and had to wrap the chicken in paper towels. They do have plastic knives but you have to ask for them. The pieces seem to be hacked up. I did get a wing and leg and I think a small chicken breast. I ordered fries, not realizing the chicken comes with rice & daikon. They brought the fries out first so they were cold by the time my chicken arrived. The rice was scooped with an ice cream dipper so it was dry in some places, mushy in others... Drinks are $2 by the can. My bill was over $25. All in all a terrible value. The boneless lunch special might have been a better idea read more

Very good, hot & fresh food! If you like spicy definitely get the wings of fire. Everyone was friendly, & food came out pretty quickly! The location is clean, neat drawing of how they prep their chicken on one of the walls TVs on with music videos playing gives a good feel while you're visiting! read more

They finally added Cheeseling wings! Cheeseling is our favorite flavor at bbq and we've been waiting for them to offer this flavor on wings, not just boneless. So happy that they did. As always, flavor was on point for both Cheesling and honey garlic. First time ordering Tteok bokki here and it was just okay. We added cheese and I wish they put mozzarella cheese on top. Overall pleasant experience - fast and attentive service and food came out hot and crispy! read more

Ordered the six piece chicken. The chicken thigh was not cooked fully. It was bleeding. One of the pieces was literally just a boneless piece of chicken (like a nuggets). read more

Wanted to try this place out. First they are really cheap with anything you ask for. Utensils napkins ketchup etc. the chicken had a funky nasty taste and smell. Don't know if it was spoiled or what. I would not recommend and will not be back read more

This is just my family's experience and I'm sure there are days where the chicken tastes perfectly fine. We've ordered from other locations at different times and tasted great, but today it tasted off. We figured out that the skin tasted fine, but when ate the chicken by itself, we realized it was the chicken that was off. We told them we couldn't eat it and should leave but they insisted they try again. We felt bad so let them try again and it still tasted off. They were nice about everything, but didn't offer refund or even portion off. We didn't eat the chicken but was sent home with a little cup of Korean radish kimchi lol. read more

I'm so happy they opened a location here! I used to go to the Carrollton location a lot. My first time at this location, I ordered soy garlic. It tasted a little off, but not bad. My next visit, I got soy garlic and honey garlic. The soy garlic tasted better. The honey garlic tasted like soy garlic, so I'm not sure if they accidentally made two soy garlic orders. It seems like things are getting better each time. But not as good as Carrollton, yet. Since they're new, I'm sure they're still figuring things out. But it's not enough to keep me away. read more

I usually go to the Carrollton location but I happened to be in this area and was craving korean fried chicken so we came in here one night. I loved that it was very consistent to the Carrollton location and service was good and fast. Everything tasted the same as the other location and chicken was Juicy and good as always. I highly reccomend the secret spicy and hot spicy if you like sweet and spicy. I also love how the boneless chicken here is dark meat so it's not dry and very Juicy! read more

I found this place when I was randomly out nearby. I don't think they offer the best ways to order food for a single person. There's no combos for sides, and I think they're over priced. I paid around $16 for 8 or 9 wings, you couldn't split flavors, and the flavor I chose had 1 heat level but was deff a 9 on the tongue & I like spicy. I'm not sure if that was a mistake or what. The inside was ok to sit and eat but I probably won't be back. The flavor and chicken was good but overall wasn't worth it. read more

Service was good! We were greeted at the door and our water never emptied. Can't knock that part of our experience at all. The wings of fire I ordered weren't spicy in my opinion. They tasted sweet and smoky. I suspect that the sauce got mixed up with another sauce? They weren't bad and I finished them but I was pretty disappointed about "Korea's hottest wings" not being very hot at all :( The golden original wasn't bad either but left a weird aftertaste... and I'm gonna sound crazy.... that reminded us of Cheerio's. I can't explain it. There was a floury flavor in there we couldn't get over. Brought most of it home in a box, but we're afraid it may not get finished. The texture was spot-on, though, I can say. Crunchy outside, juicy inside. Fries were fries. They're fine! Pretty good with the cheesling seasoning. Overall I felt I paid too much and left kind of disappointed. read more

It takes awhile ordered honey garlic wings and Galbi boneless wings about 25 mins but its fresh and worth the wait!

Food was so good!! I ordered online and got the honey garlic boneless, the spicy chicken and the rose ttbeoki

I love this store because the food is great. The service was great because they gave us a really great deal on sides

Amazing wings!!! Their secret sauce has a kick but tastes amazing!! Their honey garlic also has a kick, but you definitely taste the honey and garlic both so the name is fitting! LOL. During the week, you can take advantage of their lunch special of 8 boneless thighs cooked in their sauce and a can soda for $13. That's about the average unfortunately nowadays for quality wings... read more

Avoid this place at all costs. Chicken was overly fried and mostly skin.... The $18 so-called "combo" is just a plate of dry + chewy chicken & a canned soda...... Service was VERY unwelcoming and the 2 women who served me & my friend were very rude & dismissive from the second we walked in. VERY nasty attitudes from both, making this my first and last experience here because it was so unpleasant. Don't say I didn't warn you read more

If bb.q chicken doesn't cater my future wedding, I'm going to cry. What we get: We typically split a large order of the spicy galbi wings. We've tried a few other flavors, but always go back to the spicy galbi. Healthy size wings and the crunch! Oh my freakin' Buddha, the crunnnchh. It's like this fluffy, airy crunch - idk how to reallyexplain it, but please trust me on this. Service: It's a family when you dine here. Everyone is friendly and on top of their work. read more

The honey garlic wings are amazing!! I got the bone-in kind in a medium and you get about 10 wings for $15. The flavor and crisp was perfect. The secret sauce one was alright and has a little kick to it. A friend introduced my family to the Korean fried chicken chain bb.q chicken and now we can't live without them. Why are they so good? bb.q chicken is a chain native to Korea, so they're authentic and they know what they are doing. My wife's favorite is the Honey Garlic Wings, and my favorite is the Cheesling boneless even though cheese and chicken wings don't sound like they go together. They do! The boneless wings are all dark meat, which is typical for Korean fried chicken, and all orders come with a side of pickled radish. read more
