So the place was busy for take out. I got 1/2 a whole chicken (if that makes sense) I felt it was over sauced and had to wrap the chicken in paper towels. They do have plastic knives but you have to ask for them. The pieces seem to be hacked up. I did get a wing and leg and I think a small chicken breast. I ordered fries, not realizing the chicken comes with rice & daikon. They brought the fries out first so they were cold by the time my chicken arrived. The rice was scooped with an ice cream dipper so it was dry in some places, mushy in others... Drinks are $2 by the can. My bill was over $25. All in all a terrible value. This is just my family's experience and I'm sure there are days where the chicken tastes perfectly fine. We've ordered from other locations at different times and tasted great, but today it tasted off. We figured out that the skin tasted fine, but when ate the chicken by itself, we realized it was the chicken that was off. We told them we couldn't eat it and should leave but they insisted they try again. We felt bad so let them try again and it still tasted off. I'm so happy they opened a location here! I used to go to the Carrollton location a lot. My first time at this location, I ordered soy garlic. It tasted a little off, but not bad. My next visit, I got soy garlic and honey garlic. The soy garlic tasted better. The honey garlic tasted like soy garlic, so I'm not sure if they accidentally made two soy garlic orders.
