The project took about 2-3 months due to black custom cabinetry which took 2 months to receive (attributed to COVID) or the project would've taken a month. The guys came in to provide a no pressure estimate and they weren't priced too high or low which is generally a good sign. I always avoid contractors who provide too cheap a price or shoot for the moon (#GME). All in all, I've asked them for an estimate on my bathrooms after being so impressed with their 1) responsiveness 2) craftsmanship 3) attention to details and lastly 4) honesty As one example, one part of the counter top install there was a slight ridge which the guys noticed. The sub contractors attempt to install countertops wasn't perfect and I could barely tell but Kelvin/Jose held the subcontractor responsible to replace the piece. They removed a wall which wasn't load bearing, but we decided to install a 23' beam to be safe. Installed cabinets, enclosed the refrigerator, moved the sink into the corner and added waterfall countertops to the entire "island" area. Pictures speak for their craftsmanship. Highly recommend Jose and Kelvin for you remodel needs!!

I don't know who you've scammed with that lie in the past, but we're not that stupid. Thats three very serious lies right after we spent over $20K on remodeling. If you try to gas light me again, I'll start dropping images of the entire project showing all the shotty work, our contract, and the text messages where you lied to us saying Jake Premium Renovations went out of business. This was a no-brainer for any company. You could have just adjusted the poorly installed wiring and it would be no big deal. We would have ignored the poor craftsmanship and moved on... but you got greedy. I'm beyond offended by your work ethic. In my bedroom, they painted, added new baseboards, installed recessed lights, & replaced my old ceiling fan with a fandelier. In my bathroom, it was a complete renovation; all I kept was the toilet so everything else was new. The guys installed a new floor, vanity, lights, shower, shelves, mirror, medicine cabinet, and curtain. The entire project took two weeks. Kras Development is my new favorite contractor & I know from experience that a great contractor is hard to find. I'm not sure if they know it but they're stuck with me now & I'll be calling them for all my future projects. You can tell they love what they do. When we are ready to look at re-tiling our bathrooms, we will be giving you a call." Additionally, the on-site team lead provided great communication before, during, and after completion of the project as well as pictures along the way.
