I don't eat animal meat so I really only had one choice, the vegetarian cold sub. It comes with a variety of healthy ingredients, and I chose squaw bread. The lady who helped me out was very patient with my complicated order. My sandwich was delicious, but nothing I couldn't make myself. You can find the usual roast beef, club, egg salad, turkey & avocado sandwiches (on squaw bread, my personal fave!) ... as well as curry, Korean shortribs, spicy pork with sticky rice ... My coworker, Clint H. suggested this little ma and pa sandwich shop for lunch. Prices are reasonable and they have a wide selection of sandwiches. I ordered the warm 8" Swiss sandwich which comes with lettuce, ham, mayo, extra Swiss cheese all on sourdough bread. It took them less than 5 minutes to have my sandwich ready. I ordered the combo with large chips and a drink. All this totaled to $8.50, not bad if you ask me. This was a good lunch that satisfied my appetite. Gotta say this is was a life saver. Riding my bike from corona to dt riverside and back I ran out of water and energy. I've been coming to this place for years now. It's local to my business easy to stop I to to get a cup of coffee a fruit bowl or some lunch. The food is great, never have been disappointed. The only downside is it is a lite pricey at times for the portions and what you're receiving but this is a local business and I understand they have to survive and compete just like everyone else. If you're close enough Mr. Kim will even deliver to your location. The salads are freshly made everyday along with everything else you would get. The fruit bowls are awesome a wide variety of everything included and not just one piece of fruit. If you haven't been here yet I definitely recommend you stop in here for lunch sometime and see for yourself what keeps this place in business and me always coming back. You could even walk there if you are in the close vicinity which I see a lot of other people doing as well myself. You can get your food to go or eat there.
