I had purchased granite countertops exactly zero times before walking into Granite Liquidators. We walked the lot with Josh, who knew his product, knew the pricing and played exactly zero games. We found the perfect stone for our project and bought two slabs. I do have to say that i wish we had bought three though, and by the time I fully realized that, it was too late - they had sold the entire lot. This was my mistake though I think. We did not discuss backsplashes on my original trip and what i didn't realize is the preferred way that they are cut adjoining the slab on the counter. I did not have enough product to do that. Granite Liquidators set me up with Robles Marble and Granite. Luis Roble in particular. These great people are SUPER good at what they do. I am really impressed. I wish i could write them a separate review on yelp but they do not have a business page. I really did not know what to expect when i finally got my remodel job to the point where i could call them to have a measurement taken. So when i was ready, I called. My counters were installed less than 2 weeks later. This is in Idaho Springs BTW - not a short trip to the 'burbs. The results speak for themselves. I wish i had bought enough product to do what Luis wanted to do with the backsplashes - but that doesn't bother me a whole lot, and I guess it saved me a fair mount of money. Just wanted to share my experience with Granite Liquidators. Start to finish the whole thing went as smoothly as I had hoped. Curtis was super helpful and great to work with. My job (self-built office credenza) did not need a full slab worth of a stone nor the cost associated with one of those. Based on my research (getting other quotes / reviewing other Yelps), I decided to drive out to Granite Liquidators and see what they could put together for me. We heard about Granite Liquidators from a friend and decided to check them out as we wanted to replace our old dark granite tops with lighter material to brighten things up. We loved the fact that there was no pressure and you could purchase just your stone independent of fabrication. We went with Perla Venata quartzite and needed 2 slabs for our larger kitchen. We didn't really shop around because the price was so good. Come to find out that the price was great! other places were charging almost 2x the price for the same quartzite. They of course work with various fabricators as they only supply the stone and gave us Robles Marble and Granite as a recommend. We also shopped fabricators just to get a range and Robles was 1/2 the price of other shops. Sometimes low price is not always the best - but take a look at the pictures; Luis and team did a phenomenal job fabricating, demoing old tops without cabinet damage and installing the new tops. If I could give 0 stars I would. We put a deposit down for 2 Blue Cocada quartzite slabs and was told the slabs would be held for us for 6 months until we were ready to fabricate our countertops. Called back 3 months later and one of the slabs had been sold shortly after we had put a deposit down. All of our kitchen renovation had been designed around these 2 slabs. RMFP now claims that it is their policy that all clearance products be picked up within 30 days of purchase. This was NOT communicated when we put the deposit down and there was ZERO communication or warning from them when they decided to resell the slabs. I am incredibly angry with this company for their deceptive business practices, lack of communication, poor organization, and inability to help me find a solution. To the owner of this sham of a business: Shame on you and your team. This is unacceptable. read more

We went to Granite Liquidators first on our quest to find granite for our kitchen. Curtis was very helpful and very up front on pricing. Not knowing what we wanted yet, we went and looked at several of the other granite companies in the area and we were shocked at the run around you get everywhere else. You find a slab you love and they won't tell you the prices. You have to have your fabricator get the pricing for you. I had two fabricators getting pricing for me and every time the prices were different! It was quite an education. With the new knowledge we had and a better idea of what we wanted, we went back to Granite Liquidators and found the perfect slab for a great price! Curtis even had the guys move the slabs in the sun so we could pick the two we needed, even though the 7 slabs were almost identical. Curtis gave us 3 fabricators that he knows their work and we went with Luis Robles. They did a fabulous job! If you didn't know it you would think it was one continuous sheet of granite. You cannot feel or see the seams. The cut is perfect, the crew that installed it did a great job, no issues. We saved $4,000 going with Granite Liquidators. This place -- without a doubt -- had the best inventory of granite, quartzite, and marble slabs and, unlike some other places, they were transparent in their pricing. I went to Granite Liquidators and found a stone that I loved. My salesman, Koby, told me to ensure that no one else bought it, I needed to put down a deposit. So I did. When I went back to pick up the stone they had sold it to someone else. And the note that had my name on it was attached to another slab and the slabs that I had picked out were crossed off the note and of course gone. Be weary of putting a deposit on a stone. These folks are friendly and honest. We saved about $3K by purchasing a granite slab and picking our own fabricator. After spending hours and hours visiting all the normal granite wholesalers it became apparent that the wholesalers and fabricators are in collusion to hike up the price far more than needed to make obscene profits. Granite liquidators charges a minimum of about $550 for a single slab. Add another $25 sq/ft for fabrication and you're well under $2500 for an entire kitchen remodel. read more
