Joe expertly installed 300 feet of mixed chain link and vinyl fence, which alternatively blends into the background in the woods or stands proud next to the house. He showed up on time and we walked through my property and discussed what I wanted and where I wanted it placed. He also showed us a brochure that had many styles and colors of fencing to choose from. Kirt promised that the job would be done in one day, very convenient for me as I was on vacation that week and did not want to sit at home for a couple of days! Kirt and his crew showed up at 7:00 am on the agreed upon date, and true to his word, were finished by 4:30 pm. When they were done you would never would have known that anyone was there. They cleaned the area, washed the fence and wrapped up and put away my garden hoses. Before he left he said that if we ever, ever had any problems, to call him and they would take care of it. Reliable Fence is not a good company…read more They didn't have a foreman at the site. The crew couldn't communicate with neighbors and didn't know the property lines. Crew put their installation equipment on my fence without even asking me. The police had to be called since they had no staking of property lines. Reliable doesn't respect property lines of neighbors or do any due diligence before installing the fence. They rely on a their contract to have no accountability for important issues of property lines and permits. When I was shopping for a fence years ago, I didn't pick Reliable Fence since cheap fencing material. They broke the noise ordinance and worked 2 hours past the deadlines. Reliable Fence Management was not concerned about breaking the rules. Just as they were not concerned with ensuring property owner staked the property boundaries. Reliable Fence Management had no concern for their staff and sent them out to work in a storm with 20 to 50 mile hour winds with large trees near the installation area. Reliable Fence was reported to the department of labor for their unsafe work practices. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst Fence Company with lack of accountability. poor quality of materials, and no oversight of the workers.

Just had our fence installed, great work!…read more A little more info: we went through Lowe's (or was it Home Depot, it was so long ago I honestly can't remember) back in April/May. We knew it was going to be a long wait, so we were happy when we got the email that it was finally our turn for install! The three guys that did our install were very professional and worked very hard. They were here during the hottest week of August, so I give them huge props for getting everything done. They did some small bush and tree removal before the fence install. They got rid of all the debris, left the yard in great condition when they left, and most importantly, the fence looks great! We have some other projects on our dreamboats - we will definitely be contacting them again for their help!

I found M&M Construction on Angi. We had a leak in the basement from our foundation. I called two…read morecompanies to get an estimate and M&M came in about a third of the price for roughly the same work, though their guarantee was about half (10 years) of the other company. Modesto and his sons were excellent--professional, prompt, detailed, and efficient. They sealed the foundation, installed a French drain, and buried the leaders so the gutters wouldn't deposit water along the foundation. They even replanted all of our shrubbery and laid down loom and grass seed to regrow the grass alongside of the house. They regularly communicated via text so I always knew what to expect. I later hired them to do interior work after a plumbing problem which they did once again with excellence. Modesto found the problem and suggested ways to mitigate future problems without trying to upsell me. This project involved pulling out sheetrock and finished carpentry, water mitigation, rebuilding walls, carpentry, and painting. Though it took them longer than expected because of the extent of the damage, he charged the same price that he had quoted. The work was excellent. This company will be on speed dial.

IMO of course :) They demoed our 9 brick stairs and 2 walkways in the front of my house and reinstalled using granite and concrete. They were professional, trustworthy, respectful, and took pride in their work and the product they delivered. They showed up and showed out everyday until completion and minded their business :) Modesto is the head! He's very thoughtful about the way he does business. He's realistic with quotes and he's a dude with A TEAM that delivers!. He stayed connected to the job and us from start to finish. We gave them the freedom to play with the final design and they did an OUTSTANDING JOB on something that's so not exciting, typically! Due to the ugly, beat up brick that was there previously, I feel like the front porch now isn't good enough for my brand new stairs :( I was so impressed over the outcome, I'm ready to have them bid for some other jobs I have brewing in the midst. M&M had restored my faith...for now :)
