Obviously whomever cleaned the room prior to us checking in on Friday did not do a very good job. I hope that at least the sheets had been changed. One other minor issue was that I had asked the front desk person for an extra desk chair for the room after we checked in on Friday. He could not seem to find one extra chair for me in the entire complex...or maybe he didn't even bother to check. Again on Saturday I asked the new guy the same thing and was told no extra chairs. Unbelievable. I booked this room based on my assumption that Hampton/Hilton hotels were top notch places to stay. I am now very disappointed in this assumption. After trying to contact the manager without success Hotels.com agent was able to get me a very small credit for this overly expense hotel. I will never stay here again.

Parking can be tricky and honestly we didn't feel we were going where we should be as the bridge didn't really look stable enough to drive over but it was.
