The prices are extremely reasonable, especially with today's economy. I had to edit my review for the fill-in and the pedicure I received. I saw that there was not great reviews, but someone told me they do a good job... I brought my niece who is eight years old to have her nails painted and I wanted to have dip for my nails... They are not very friendly to children or adults, my nail tech was not very skilled. I've had my nails done. In many states, this one was more expensive, and I literally hate my nails, they are not smooth on top or shiny, they look like a plastered wall... The nail tech seemed like she knew what she was doing, though she was in a grumpy mood. I had to ask for Water, after her coworker had offered Water to her client... Which made my nail tech irritated... All things considered I paid about $10 more than I normally pay at other nail places, and I am literally considering going to have my nails done again somewhere else and paying twice. The customer service is great and very respectful, while getting treatment you even get a free refreshment. I've been here three times and my pedicures never last. I have acrylic on my big toe and they never want to fill it in. I've told them too and it's never a file down either. They just put gel on top of acrylic that needs to be filled. I legit just put lotion on and the gel started peeling to point I could pull it off. When they do acrylic on me toes it doesn't ever last. I will not recommend this for anyone. Their nails are also bulky when I last got my nails done. Vibe was iffy. Came in for a pedicure and my girl really took good care of me. It felt so amazing to have someone take such great detail in their work! I got a basic pedicure which comes with hot towels and basic massage. I really only needed the nails cut and polished but it's always comforting to get full experience. My pedicure today was $33 I think cheapest pedicure was 27 or 29. I don't mind spending a little more to get the great service. I seem to always circle back to this salon especially when I've not gotten great services elsewhere. It's always clean at least when I go and what really got my attention today was how wonderful they were with elderly customers. It's nice to see a salon take time to take care of clients. read more

I got a dip manicure done today and was not very happy with how they turned out. I'm more frustrated than anything. The lady filed my nails so roughly that I was close to bleeding and even when I pulled away she didn't let up. The color wasn't what I thought it was gonna be but I don't blame them for that, sometimes that happens. The sides are all weird and I honestly could clean them up myself but that's not the point of getting your nails done, you expect them to be great when you walk out. My thumbs' top coat for dip is already coming off and tacky. And I could go back and have them remove or fix it but after the roughness and pain I'm not willing to risk even that. I then went ahead to get my eyebrows done and they look half done. they look like she barely even waxed them and she was going pretty fast during the whole process. Anyways i was like whatever I'll just get them fixed later, but when I went to go pay they charged me for waxing my chin which was $13. The eyebrow wax was labeled at $7. I was very upset that they overcharged me for such a poor job and I also left an 8 dollar tip. Just make sure you look at your receipt before you leave this salon. read more

Just moved here and needed to get my toes done. Saw this place off Western decided to give it a try. Soon as i walked in I was in love. This place is absolutely beautiful and kept very clean. Honestly.. I should've looked at the reviews. The lady who did my toes was very rude. When I asked her to redo my toes she gave me attitude and they STILL looked bad. Next my finger nails that were a solid pink color & my solid WHITE toe nail color completely changed to a dark gross color as if I smoked and I DO NOT. I AM VERY UPSET. My nails were done less than 2 weeks ago and they look disgusting ALSO I paid in full $90 and it was in no way worth the price. My nails have broken and look again DISGUSTING. I'm so pleased that I found this nail salon. I have lived in Jacksonville for a little over a year now and have been sampling different nail salons since. I have yet to find a great nail salon until today! I was relaxed at Grand Nail Salon from the moment I walked in the door. The salon's decor was gorgeous and warm, and most importantly, clean! (Like, next level clean and organized) I walked in and was seated for service in about 45 seconds. Nancy was my nail Tech for the day. She was delightful, and when she did my nails she was very gentle. When she was finished, I had my pedicure. That was awesome too, and my nails look great. The price was reasonable. $72 for dip powder and a pedicure, I don't mind paying a little extra for perfection and relaxation. This will definitely be MY GO TO spot from now on. It's beautiful inside and product presentation is pretty they bring your pedicure stuff out on a plate and all kinds of cute looks very classy. I got the deluxe pedicure around 50 bucks. 1st off it was too fast they didn't do everything listed on the pedicure I paid for. They didn't clip the cuticles or dead skin around toes. She missed the callus treatment, hardly did much maintenance on each foot.I basically got my legs scrubbed and toes pained. I wasn't happy with the prices and the quality of work. One this is appreciated A LOT was the new packs of scrub brushed files all the little tools needed and sealed and sealed Sanitized tools this was a big one for me. It was very busy so their doing something right. There was a huge dead bug under the table where we dry our nails. I get we live in "waterbug" areas buy, no. I appreciate being able to sit with my girlfriend all together and finish at the same time. Would I go back .... possibly but I'd only ask for the minimum. I've been here before and it was great but then the last time I was here (over a year ago) they felt needy like kept asking of I was getting a manicure or eye brow wax. This morning (Saturday before Easter) I went to Grand Nail Salon to get a mani/pedi! When I got there at about 10:45 only 45 minutes after they opened ladies were already checking out and it was very busy! This looked like good news because I'm a little sketched out when places are dead especially on a Saturday. All of the nail techs were busy, and the man who seemed to be the manager was at the first chair closest to the door. He acknowledged I came in, and told me to sign in and someone would be with me in about 10 minutes. I expected to wait longer because they were busy, and I was content because I had my phone and nowhere to be. To my surprise it took about 5 minutes. Ben came up to me and took me right to a chair to start my pedicure. He was super friendly and very efficient. I don't get my nails done a lot so I'm not sure why he didn't also do my manicure. I had a lady do my manicure. I always get gel nails anytime I get my nails done because they last. I have 2 reasons for giving it 3/5 Stars: 1) know what you want when you go in there. Do not let them talk you into getting a more expensive pedicure. The express pedicure is a basic pedicure which is what I wanted, but I let Ben talk me into getting the Sugar Scrub pedicure. 2) I needed my nails shaped up, and the lady didn't do it. It's a very nice place and love their work BUT this time when I brought my daughter for the very first time they decide to TELL me what I want. All I wanted was a kid pedicure for her and regular pedicure for me. The owner is amazing but some his staff looks out for themselves and not his nail salon. I am rating this as a two stars for several reasons. To begin with, I got a gel polish on my toes. I got the basic spa pedicure for $30. When you get gel on your toe nails, they charge $15 extra. I thought that was a little pricey but the young lady did a great job. She did not have a name tag on but I would definitely recommend her to a friend. As for my fingernails, that is a different story. I wanted a full set of acrylic nails with gel nail polish. The shape was supposed to be coffin. The first picture I am attaching shows what her version of coffin was after I asked several times for her to fix it. After her telling me that's how it is supposed to look, I let her finish so I could get the manager to re-do. Which he did because I wasn't gonna pay for the nails she did. They were extremely wide due to the fact that she was rushing and painting layer after layer of gel on my nails & not giving it enough time in the dryer. Lady named Ann did my nails and I am not happy about it. First, she didn't bother to ask me how I wanted my nail length or the shape to be. While she was doing my nails she was aggressive moving my fingers with a frustration *scratching her head* then touches my hand again, talk about dirty ! She was talking to a man next to her who was doing my niece's nails while looking at us. It's obvious how she was talking about me cause I was mad.
