Necklace designed by Grand Jewelry
Sandra Chap C.

Knowledgeable & friendly folks who took great care of my jewelry. Advised me on the right type of bracelet for my teenager and he LOVES it. Never takes it off - very sturdy. He helped me reimagine diamonds in rings to a beautiful necklace he designed.

Watch band replacement
Nancy L.

I can't speak for the pawn/jewelry aspect of the store but the owner, Arthur, knows his watches! I've been there several times over the last couple of years to have watch bands replaced and small repairs made to my watches, and I've left with solid advice on automatic watches in general. He's been lovely, reasonably priced and his knowledge and experience with watches has been greatly appreciated. There are a handful of watch repair stores closer to where I live but I still end up going to Grand Jewelry.

Fits perfectly now!

I came across Grand Jewelry because of their amazing reviews. I reached out to Arthur via the Yelp app to ask questions about my new engagement ring that I received from a jeweler on the west coast and possibly get a tiny diamond reset that had fallen out and the band resized. I got a response very quickly and communication was very clear. I was able to drop by the next day and get a quote on the services. Prices are extremely reasonable and the services are performed quickly it was a 2 day turnaround to get it back on my finger. Everything looks great and fits like a glove now! Thank you so much :) will definitely be back for all my jewelry needs and repairs.

My one and only jeweler. I trust no one else. I literally fly in from Dallas just to see Arthur. He's quick, reliable, and trustworthy. He goes out of his way to make sure I'm taken care of. I never leave his shop without every gem and precious metal gleaming and freshly polished. His candor is always appreciated. If it's a piece of shit, he'll tell you it's a piece of shit, and do you one better. Arthur is so on point, he now services my entire family. Make him your family jeweler--you won't regret it. Your family will thank you.

So not only did I need two pairs to speak to me, I needed them to go with most, if not all, of my outfits. No joke, I've literally been on the hunt for over a year. So after walking by for months, I found time to go in. It is such a cute store and the lady behind the desk was so nice. I was the only one in and she welcomed me so sweetly. I told her about my hunt for earrings, and she understood and just let me browse. And lo and behold within minutes I found them. They were a beautiful asymmetrical gold lotus set. I got so excited, but I kept looking because, hey, maybe I can find another pair to go with them (because once you find one pair, you're kind of limiting yourself to style). And yea, I found them. The cutest diamond stud earrings. You guys, I had literally been on this search for a year and I found them in just a few minutes in this store. So, your style may not be as casual as mine, but don't worry, they have different styles in there too. The rings...I love rings. I love the idea of them (because again, lazy) and they had some really beautiful pieces in there as well. They also have a large price range, so you might just find the pieces you're looking for. They have many pieces, like mine, that are well under $100, as well as engagement-type rings over $10K. A few months after my purchase though, my beautiful lotus fell out. I went back into the store to tell her, and she remembered the style as well as the jeweler. She quickly found out that the jeweler still makes them! Thank god, because, I cannot be on that hunt again. It was really painless to do a special order (you have to put 50% down when you do those) and she was really thorough in explaining when they'd come in and will shoot me an email. Overall: cute store with unique pieces curated by lovely people.

I knew I had to wait until they opened to check things out in person, and luckily they are very punctual. A surprising amount of people came in at opening - I guess it's a very popular store/location! We were first window shopping around, and it was initially hard to get a staff to help answer a few questions about pieces we were interested in. Finally we got someone's attention and they actually pulled out the entire collection for us to see and ask to try on. It wasn't on display, but as part of the box of pieces that were for sale, I found an adorable ring and knew I had to get it. Unfortunately they had sold out of my size - at the time, my fingers must've been extremely swollen from the heat because my size was way bigger than I remembered it to be. The staff didn't mention anything like that to be wary of, but I felt like they would have known. I left the shop without buying anything but did note the ring I wanted and got on the waitlist online. Eventually they came back in stock, so I'm glad I did go to the storefront to see it in person!

I purchased two name rings late in 2025, I had been a customer at the original location since they opened in 2005 when I was in college! I've bought so many rings from them, many by Wwake but also very nice ones by their in house line. A lot of personalized ones over the years with sentimental value for me. I think quality and production must be way down and I'm worried maybe these rings I have from last year may not even be actual gold. Maybe it's a fault in the design? I put one on and almost cut myself- it had split!!! I was so shocked and reached out to them immediately since this hasn't happened in 20+ years as a loyal customer who recommended their brand, bought gifts for family, etc. I emailed customer service and they said it's under warranty and can be fixed. I felt like that would be okay until I looked at my other name ring, purchased on the same date. I can see a split forming but not complete in the same exact location as the other one!!!!! I don't want a "fix" or replacement anymore unless it's another brand. I'd like my money back, I've never ever had real jewelry break on its own like this and I take very good care of these treasured objects. I can see these will break again and again :( If they can actually give good customer service I'll return as a customer to still buy trusted brands like Wwake but would never buy from their line ever again and can see numerous recent Reddit posts describing Catbird line jewelry falling apart! Sticking to Kathryn Bentley and other cool designers who take more pride in their work. Buyer beware :/

I walked into Gennaro Jewelers needing my tennis necklace repaired and walked out with not only a…read morenecklace that looked brand new, but a solution to something that had been bothering me for the longest time. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about my experience here! From the moment I walked in, Eric was welcoming and thorough. He took the time to inspect my necklace and explain what needed to be fixed. I was then brought downstairs, where I got to sit and watch Herman work on my necklace up close on a TV screen. I could see every little detail of the repair as it was happening, which was fascinating! While I was downstairs, Courtney came over and started explaining everything to me. At this point, I felt like I was on a little excursion tour and I was loving every minute of it! She shared how Herman got his start in jewelry repair when he was just 9 years old in Ecuador and how he's spent years perfecting his craft. Watching him work while hearing his story made me appreciate the craftsmanship that much more. My necklace was repaired, cleaned, and polished to absolute perfection. But here's where my experience got even better. While I was downstairs, Diana complimented me on my necklace and the diamond earrings I was wearing. What she didn't know was that those earrings had been driving me CRAZY for the longest time. Because of their size and weight, they would constantly tilt downward instead of sitting beautifully on my ears. It's such a small thing, but when you have beautiful earrings, you actually want people to SEE them! Diana asked what kind of backings I was using. I told her screwbacks, and she smiled and told me to come find her upstairs when I was finished. Well, I did, and she pulled out these jumbo-sized screwbacks and said, "Let's see if these work." She cleaned my earrings, had me try them on with the new backings, and I kid you not, I got emotional LOL. My diamonds were FINALLY sitting upright and looking the way they were supposed to! She jokingly called them the "magic bra" for earrings, which honestly couldn't have been a more accurate description. SOLD! I walked in for a necklace repair and somehow walked out with a problem solved that I hadn't even come in to address. All because Diana was observant enough to notice something and thoughtful enough to offer a solution. That to me is exceptional customer service. Before I left, Eric inspected my necklace one more time and even gave me some helpful advice on how to properly lay and store it to avoid future stretching or breaks. What really stood out to me was how genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful everyone was. Nobody was trying to sell me something I didn't need. They were simply passionate about what they do and took the time to make sure I was happy. I left Gennaro Jewelers absolutely elated. Between Eric, Courtney, Herman, and Diana, what could have been a simple jewelry repair turned into such a memorable experience.
