We parked and was seated immediately. First thing first, beverage spread selected, then ordered everything by marking them on the paper menu. I'm already thinking about the next time we go back and I don't even live in the area Our friends brought us here for the first time, they mentioned they love this place and after trying it we understand! We were able to go just in time for their happy hour after 9pm. We got 4 different broths, sides, beef, tofu and veggies! The portions are VERY generous so if you're a couple, choose wisely cause it's A LOT. Love that the rice is unlimited and you serve it yourself as well as sauces, drinks and dessert. It was really busy when we got there, which we understand since it was a Friday night and we were a party of 7 so we had to wait a little bit. I think we waited about 30 minutes. A table never opened up in the general sitting area so we were seated in a private room with another party. The table was huge and the restaurant wouldn't allow us to have more than two pots so we had to get up and reach more than an arms reach to get our food, so that was really inconvenient. We've gone to this restaurant before and had great experiences but this time around it seems like food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and service has all gone down. The all you can drink/ grab your own drink refrigerator is a plus though and I like that you can grab your own ice cream. That's great also!
