Lazy schnitzel plates came out very reasonably timed and hot foods were hot but the wrap didn't arrive for another 10 minutes at least. Schnitzel was ok, sauce was meh. Salad actually had the most flavor of the plate. Edible but I won't be revisiting.

The waitress was pleasant and attentive, but then there weren't many customers. I've previously been here and the food is not bad and generally good value. Now for the bad. We arrived at about 10:30am and they don't open until 11am. Given the shops are open and they were busy, I'm not sure why they wouldn't open a little earlier to capture morning foot traffic. As it was, Cibo was busy and we would have gone there except they don't have high chairs and I had my 2 year old with me. So, after waiting for them to open, we took a seat upstairs on the bench so my daughter could sit there. I'm disgusted to say, the upholstery on the bench seats was horribly torn in numerous places. I get that running a cafe has some hefty expenses, but to me, that is something that should be fixed as a priority, or block that area off. Next, I had the pleasure of using their bathroom. Perhaps they could also fix the broken taps and fill the soap dispensers. I'm pretty sure Bunnings sells tapware in sets of 2 for $20. Just saying. I realise I'm being very critical here, but this cafe exists in a busy precinct with a lot of competition. I feel they will follow the Churchill Centre Caffe Acqua, and close down, if they don't improve their customers dining experience. The dining area is quite small so if you are looking to dine here before catching a movie (because it's right next door to the cinema) you might want to call ahead. It's no sushi train,but it's my choice in the North :)
