He asked my husband to show him the furnace, my husband walked away for about 10 minutes, when the technician came back upstairs he stated to me that the Motherboard needed to be replaced, My furnance is only 5 years old and there's no way the Motherboard should be malfunctioning. When I begin to question why the Motherboard went out in a year, the technician did not have an answer he stated I did not have to pay, My neighbor Ms. Tolbert had the same problem and she also used the Lyons who told her the Motherboard was out on her furnance also. This company technicians come out to look at your furnance and it always needs a major repair. Lyons Technicians comes out and actually damage the item you called them to repair so they can charge you more. I have a Lennox furnace that's only 5 years old. Chris is the owner and he explained things as he progressed along as well as answering any questions I had, plus it was just really nice visiting with him on other topics. They wore disposable booties, covered our newly tiled floors and cleaned up before leaving. Chris double and triple checked for any plumbing leaks before leaving as well. The invoice price was well within reason and the warranty on our disposal is fantastic.

Each time, after hours of course, and on nights with wind chills in the negatives. Each time I called the Dee Cramer, their technician called me back within 10-15 mins. Over the phone they tried to troubleshoot the furnace over the phone (for free). I am not furnace savvy at all and the technicians never ever seemed short with me or frustrated with my lack of tool knowledge. They were upfront and honest and told me the best strategies to save money considering the fact that these were all after hour calls and would be expensive with the possibility that the furnace may not even be able to be fixed if they didn't have the part available. So cliff notes version, they ended up coming out during normal business hours the next day and fixed my furnace. The first technician I met was very nice, professional and took the time to explain things to me. So at this point I was informed my furnace was very old and I should prepare to replace it in the near future. So of course, like clock work it went out again, on another freezing night. Again, the technician called promptly and tried to trouble shoot the furnace with me which I did get working but it did go out again that same night. So at this point I decided to replace the whole damn thing. I called a few different companies for price comparisons and Dee Cramer had the best price for my new fancy furnace. They came over first thing the next morning, had the new furnace installed in about 6 hours. The technician was again friendly and took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me. So in the morning end, the new furnace runs great, and they even sent me a check back for the money I spent during the initial service call. All things aside, the reason I'm giving them 5 stars is because of their technicians. Every single one of them was so nice and went over and beyond to help me during critical, hectic times of stress. I hope they read this review and know how much I appreciated all of their help. You don't find many people who are so willing to help others anymore. So those guys deserve everyone of these stars.
