The day I was to move in I got the keys and it was my first time actually seeing the apartment. There were roaches everywhere. Not just the kitchen but in the bedrooms and the closets. They were all over the ceilings too. The front door lock looked like it had been kicked in a few times. The railing on the balcony wobbled. The office was closed and all of my things were in a uhaul when I tried to return and say, "no, I'm not moving in that." So I drove to a storage unit and put all my stuff in there. I had to file with the better business bureau to get a partial refund of my deposit and couch surf for a month to try to come up with a deposit somewhere else. My kids had to live with their dad and then I was sued for custody because this made me look unreliable. I would give them zero stars and my middle finger if I could.

Even simply walking was a noise complaint for them. it got so bad that they started calling the courtesy officer to come to our home and flash their lights into our apt. the reviews from google shows that this has been an ongoing issue for sometime and unfortunately corporate fails to hold them accountable. not to mention Clark finds it acceptable as a manager of an establishment to think it's ok to yell at their tenants. SPECIALLY WOMEN. This Mr Clark man had the audacity to yell at me because he had a problem with my dad parking next to my gargage to pick up my son. the fact that he think it's ok to yell at me infront if my child and my father it upright unprofessional and dispicable. I am a manager at an establishment myself and I could not phathom yelling at any customer or tenant in this scenario. we have reached out to cooperate but yet has failed to hold their employees accountable. these apartments have been a living hell for me and my family. I hope no one ever has to deal with what we went through. especially for a family with little children. long story short we had to be let out of our lease due to harassment. mind you we were let out of our lease therefore we were not in the wrong. only saving grace is ms angela!! Thankfully we have moved into a house where we no longer have to worry about getting harassed. 0/10 recommend!!!!!!

Once the new manager began myself and many of my other neighbors began to have issues with the front office that we've never had before. She was horrible never in the office always gone no matter what day it was & you cannot call the lease office you have to go through the company so your not directly communicating w/ the lease office on sight at all which is so inconvenient! Also the girl lied to me about getting my apartment prepared for move in day, the tub was torn to shreds from previous residents & my floor was soaking wet on move in day they didn't clean the carpet in time I'm guessing, not only that I had a great surprise in store for later during that month of settling into my WET apartment, the floors eventually dried but my boyfriend noticed that there was one wet spot on the floor in the living room to the right next to the sliding door that wouldn't dry well SURPRISE! Previous resident didn't bother to turn off the water valve completely to the washer machine connection outside (I never knew because I don't own a washer or dryer so I never went out there) so guess what! My closet walls developed black mold! :D so I had to miss work to take care of the situation & call the lease office which isn't really the office it's the company then they call the lease office then the lease office calls maintenance! 3 people!!!! 3people you have to go through just get a work order in! & im so sad to say that this was the first apartment I've ever got to rent & pay on my own & I had this rough experience during the first 3months living there that's only one of my horrors of staying there for a year, there's no parking really so when something is going on you eventually notice it so there was a random car parked in front of my apartment for 4-5months straight no license plates nothing so I started to assume it was stolen & parked there I called the company & asked why don't they tow they're supposed to tow any car that's there more then 48 hours & isn't a resident they said they had no idea I reported they finally moved it 5months later. I would never recommend this place to anyone who is first time renting especially if you are living on you're own & young it's not convenient or in opinion even safe. Not my full year experience but I hope this helps future residents before leasing here I would talk to a friend who has lived here & experienced being there instead of going off of what is advertised. Be aware! I'm not someone to complain but this place literally gave me hell the whole time until closer to the end of my lease the new lease office lady is a lot better with things & more on top of what it is going on but still wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The will not fix the central a/c in the laundry room and I've told them the reason it keeps going out is because people leave the door open and the heat gets unbearable in the summers. They put a small window unit in, but you have to be directly in front of it to feel any cool air. They don't care, even though I've complained many, many times to add two more a/c units. The elevators! They advertise they have elevators, but they don't say they haven't worked in a year and I was told they are not going to have them repaired anymore. I'm about ready to go to the news media. They have made 4 AirBNB's, took away the widest handicap parking space to make it an additional AirBNB. They made a new one on the other side of the Boiler Room that maybe you could get a Harley in it, but not my compact car. They are also letting new tenants move in for a very special low rent for one bedrooms for 3 months, but when it comes time for the full rent of $1,000+ they don't pay the rent and get evicted. Not long ago, on a Friday, one tenant got evicted and they moved all of their belongings out on the common walkway. You couldn't get over it. I took a picture of it and showed it to the Leasing Office on a Saturday and they told me that there was an emergency plumbing issue so they had to stop moving everything else, but she assured me that Monday it would be gone. That really makes sense, people falling all over that crap and they have on their lease "Not responsible for injuries on the property." Ha! I checked with a Personal Injury Attorney and he told me they sue apartment complexes all the time (and win) and it doesn't matter what it say's on the lease or anywhere it is posted. I also took them over a year to replace lights that had been out forever, both ends of the stairwell in my building were out and if you didn't have a flashlight you were SOL going up the stairs. One Nurse moved in and told me he wouldn't have moved there if he had known about the lights. I told him, "who looks at lights when they are touring the complex?" There is a City Ordinance that ALL lights must be on 24 hours a day. I just reported a couple of weeks ago about many, many lights being out and was told by the Manager that I needed to put it on the Maintenance Portal. I told her I had already done that several weeks ago and I hoped nobody has a fall like I did that ended up getting a total hip replacement. I should have sued them but not the type that sues, but I would probably own this complex. So, if you've read my dissertation, I would suggest not moving here. I have plenty more stories to tell, but I don't want to lose anyone's attention.
