WARNING: Avoid residing in unit 1302 as it is situated above one of the leasing agents, also known as Fatima. first and foremost I used to be a tenant at apt 1302 from nov 2023 - april 2024. the leasing agent ms fatima was the one who leased us our unit above her apt knowing we have a 2 year old and a 11 year old. the first day we moved ms fatima had the nerve to tell us to keep it down even though we are moving. as we get settled within the first two week we were getting disturbed by fatima and her boyfriend banging on their ceiling to alert us that we are being too loud. my spouse knocked on their door and attempted to let them know they can always text us or knock on our door to let us know we are being too loud rather than scaring my children with their constant banging on the ceiling. Even simply walking was a noise complaint for them. it got so bad that they started calling the courtesy officer to come to our home and flash their lights into our apt. the reviews from google shows that this has been an ongoing issue for sometime and unfortunately corporate fails to hold them accountable. not to mention Clark finds it acceptable as a manager of an establishment to think it's ok to yell at their tenants. SPECIALLY WOMEN. This Mr Clark man had the audacity to yell at me because he had a problem with my dad parking next to my gargage to pick up my son. the fact that he think it's ok to yell at me infront if my child and my father it upright unprofessional and dispicable. I am a manager at an establishment myself and I could not phathom yelling at any customer or tenant in this scenario. we have reached out to cooperate but yet has failed to hold their employees accountable. these apartments have been a living hell for me and my family. I hope no one ever has to deal with what we went through. especially for a family with little children. long story short we had to be let out of our lease due to harassment. mind you we were let out of our lease therefore we were not in the wrong. only saving grace is ms angela!! Thankfully we have moved into a house where we no longer have to worry about getting harassed. 0/10 recommend!!!!!! read more

Such a horrible experience. I was helping a friend as a guarantor and they changed the confirmed rent rate on her a few times. I even attempted to sort it out with Clark Whited the property manager. He spoke to me so condescendingly, I had to hang up the phone on him. I advised my friend to find another apartment but she really liked it so I signed the lease for her as a guarantor. I have contacted the corporate office to file a compliant about the treatment my friend received. read more

Apartment Manager Carl is the Rudest man I have ever dealt with anywhere. I had been working with Fatima the leasing consultant who was Wonderful and so understanding. This all happened within 2 days. Monday we toured and thought we liked a unit. Fatima asked when we were ready to move in and we said as early as the next day but was hoping to get moved in starting April 8th. At no time did we say We Needed something ASAP. We just asked what was available by the 8th. That day we filled out application and were approved. The unit we thought we wanted was towards the back. The very next day I went in early to talk to Fatima to see what other options I had closer to the front. She showed me a few units and I decided on one that was closer and she gave me the price. That day I went to sign lease contract but pricing was higher than quoted. I called Fatima and she said she would have to get with Apt. Manager. Carl called me with an attitude telling me that he had to take workers off of jobs to get 1st unit ready for me the next day and that then I changed my mind. And that now he had to take his workers off to get new unit ready for April 6th date. I explained that all I was asking was could I get the quoted price given to me. He would not answer instead continued his rant and wanted to know if I was taking the unit or not! I've already paid all the fees and hate to lose my $ so I'll be calling to speak to Fatima again and see what my options are again before signing a contract with them. If it was not for Fatima and my Sister in law who lives there, I would look elsewhere read more

I had an appointment scheduled to tour and get information about this place to potentially live in. Appointment was for 11 am, which I received an email from them confirming it ahead of time. Showed up at 10:45 to a note on the door saying all staff was in a meeting until 11:30 and the door was locked. I waited there until 11:50 before I had to leave to make another appointment and the staff never showed up or unlocked the door. My realtor tried emailing, calling and left voicemails and they did not return any at all. Showed me a lot about the poor management and that this is not a place to move too! read more

This place literally sucks I thought it was nice at first but after signing a 1 year lease, I honestly wouldn't live here ever again. For starters they're ripping me off with rent being 1400 a month but there is other charges that made it go up to 1600. There is no way anybody in my area could make that in one month. I worked at McDonald's and their paycheck for me was 1400$ a month. And that was the lowest amount of money anybody in my area could make. You literally need to be making 3000-5000$ a month to be comfortable living here. Nobody in my area could make that much money unless you have a job 15+ miles out. On top of that they have a trash service that charges you 20$ a month to take out your trash but they skip you literally all the time. One time they skipped me then the trash for me built up then the next time I put out my trash there was 4 bags. THEY ONLY TOOK 3 OF THEM AND CHARGED ME 75 $ TO NOT EVEN TAKE ALL OF THE TRASH OUT. I would highly not recommend that anyone lives here unless you don't care about any of these issues. The grills don't even work . I'm 6'3" and I would like a somewhat decent pool to relax in, but the pool is made to be suitable for children, so that's another issue. I would say the only good things in my experience about living here is that you get pretty much all the privacy you need and they now the grass for you. Literally that's it. also they started a new program that can determine who's dog poop is left out so if you have a dog and you don't care about picking up the poop don't live here.also they will charge you 1800$ to move out early which is very stupid. read more

After living at this apartment for 10 months all of a sudden I have a NSF Fee for $50 for a fee of $82 that I tried to pay because they were unable to locate my account. I called and spoke with Clark Whitehead who told me that they have no acces to the renter portal and that they would need to speak with the vendor that manages the site to correct this issue but before he could do this he needs a letter from my bank stating that I have a positive balance. I advised him that the bank doesnt write these letters they can only give a statement for the date in question but Clark insisted that the statement is not enough. I have NEVER had an NSF since I moved in and have ALWAYS payed my rent on time. I have NEVER been a problem tenant and take care of my apartment as it is my home. To be treated as if I am a delinquent habitual late payment tenant is insulting and I WILL NOT be renewing my lease and would ask for people to think twice before moving in here. read more

Just save your money & your time. Garage has broken 3 times. Water is brown. Farrow ants everywhere. Not even worth it. Management half ass cares. We moved in about a month ago and absolutely love it here. Management is great! If anything goes wrong in my apt which was only twice and very minor, maintenance is here right away. I live in a 3 bedroom with attached garage and I love the layout. I get lots of compliments. I use the gym daily and it's very clean and has nice equipment. Property is very well maintained. I can't really complain about anything. Rent is a little high but you get what you pay for! I highly recommend this place:) read more

I moved in November 2018 to a 1 bedroom apartment with an attached garage. The people working at the front office are extremely helpful. I've had a few things go wrong and they've been quick to fix their mistakes. They send you a text message and a picture of every package you get! There were some issues with the pool at the start of summer but they got it fixed. Overall - I thoroughly enjoy living here! I don't really have a bug issue - a few are always going to get in and when that has happened, pest control was in my apartment in less than a week. Some rude people live here but you'll find those people anywhere. Maintenance is pretty quick. The dog park could be better - the grass is basically mud and the water fountain has never worked. Pool could be bigger as well - it's quite small. The only thing I really don't agree on is pet rent. My dog doesn't take up a parking spot or use anything in my apartment. I shouldn't have to pay per month as well as a $200 refundable deposit and $200 non refundable deposit. Will edit if anything bad/good happens! read more

I have to say when I lived there I didn't have any problems. However, when I moved I recieved my final bill. I contacted them because I had questions. I was told it would be looked into and they would email me another final bill. I never recieved that email so I thought everything was good. Eight months later I have a collection on my credit for 54.00. When I contacted the apts, I was told by Netra they had no recollection of the conversation of emailing me another final bill and it was nothing they could do because after 30 days the account goes to collection. I called the collection agency and asked why didn't they contact me, they stated they sent a letter to the address given to them and it returned as an incorrect address, which I'm not understanding that as well. I was never late on rent in 2 yrs, which was way more than 54.00 meaning someone could have contacted me within 8 months about the bill. When I left the apts, I left my phone number, email address, and forwarding address. I pd the 54.00 but now I'm fighting to get this negative item off my credit and I'm very much upset about that when I strive to keep my credit in tack. read more

We've lived here eight months. The apartments are modern, well designed with laundry rooms and some units have attached garages. There are also many nice amenities to take advantage of. The grounds and facilities are well maintained. Communication is excellent and rent can be paid online. Dogs and children are welcome as evidenced by the nice dog park and dog sanitation stations throughout the property and a well designed play ground, sport court, media room, shallow pool and lots of grassy areas. Although the rent is on the high side, you do get value for your money. read more

I have been here over 6 months. Have never been happier at a complex. Everyone is super helpful and truly NICE. Amenities ROCK! Girls in the office go above and beyond to ensure you are happy. Disappointed in the fact that management has done the same thing about cockroaches in our apartment. Yet it has only gotten worse every time. Since day one of move in and having nothing not even food in our kitchen we had cockroaches in the kitchen and in the microwave. I'm very upset at how we have been treated and with how management is dealing with the situation all they ever do is come in and spray than they want proof of cockroaches now they got there proof and yet we get told they will spray and clean every month. All i can say is WOW. This is a horrible with how much we have to go out and spend to buy stuff that will actually kill them. We have a dog who has been sick for two days now because he eats them. They don't seem too care about how mad you are about how they are dealing with any situation. Another issue is the second day we had to deal with water all over the floor in our laundry room because the washer wasn't hooked up right. As far as I'm concerned we picked the wrong place to live. read more
