Leonard and the entire maintenance team work hard, are trustworthy and like family after all these years. Ana and her team in the office are great! They handle numerous responsibilities related to maintaining this complex, meeting the needs of all. They sincerely care about the residents, a rarity at many other complexes. This apartment complex is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to towing. From the very beginning,…read morewhen my daughter moved in, my husband was helping unload furniture and simply had his trailer still attached -- instead of showing any kind of understanding, they towed him. Not once, but TWICE, as well as my daughter's car Fast forward to this week, I've been visiting and my daughter registered my car every single night except ONE. The very next morning my car was gone, towed away like it was some kind of crime to be visiting your own family. I had to pay $325 to get it back. This feels like nothing short of a money-making scheme between the apartment and the towing company. They prey on residents and their guests instead of being reasonable. What kind of "community" treats families this way? Potential renters BEWARE -- unless you like paying hundreds of dollars in ransom to get your own car back, look elsewhere.

OLYMPUS IS THE RIGHT CHOICE! Community AND Convenience…read more I have sincerely enjoyed my time living at Olympus Waterside Estates over the past year and will definitely be renewing my lease. I even had my brother get an apartment here so we could live closer. I moved here in the Spring of 2023 but Summer 2023 a NEW property manager named Regina was brought in. She has been FANTASTIC and really enhanced the community! The Team: Regina has provided consistent updates on beautification efforts and repairs happening around the complex so we know what is going on at ALL times. She also started hosting fun resident events which helps bring everyone together and makes this feel more like home. I appreciate her auditing of the parking and storage facilities to make sure these amenities are being properly managed. Regina even gave me a personal tour of the various storage options so I could find the best unit for my needs - that level of customer service stands out! She was extremely sweet and informative. The maintenance team is dependable, pleasant, and very observant as they go about their duties. I've noticed if I ever see something amiss in the community, it is usually addressed by maintenance within a week without me needing to "report" it! Management is great about emailing tenants updates so we know issues are being taken care of. As for the leasing team, Imari and Andrew have both provided stellar service as well. Imari has come to my rescue many times when I'm trying to track down one of my many packages. She is always patient and even helped me setup my Amazon locker- truly a convenience! Andrew helped get me smoothly moved in initially and followed up on pet paperwork when I added my dog to make sure everything was in compliance. I observed him once taking note of a neighbor's dog that was continuously barking in the unit (for like 24hrs) - that issue was promptly resolved and I'm GRATEFUL he addressed it. Amenities: I enjoy the beautiful pool and HUGE grass lawn where I often play with my dog. The gym is always clean and the office has coffee for residents. I also appreciate how quick and easy it is to get to places like the nearby Walgreens, Kroger, AND especially Waterside Park- it has a giant lake (Figure 4 Lake) that you can walk around. Being able to walk or take a short drive to grab essentials or enjoy some lake views is really convenient which is great for maintaining quality of life. I see other reviews indicate they had issues with their car's being broken into. This has never happened to me, nor has it happened to either of my 5 family members who have parked here as a resident and/or guest. I enjoy living in a place that is so diligently maintained. I'd say I even feel good paying rent because I know all the staff PAY attention and truly do the work needed to care for the community. It really shows!! Thank you for all the work you do!

I would give these apartments -5 stars if possible!!…read more WARNING: Avoid residing in unit 1302 as it is situated above one of the leasing agents, also known as Fatima. first and foremost I used to be a tenant at apt 1302 from nov 2023 - april 2024. the leasing agent ms fatima was the one who leased us our unit above her apt knowing we have a 2 year old and a 11 year old. the first day we moved ms fatima had the nerve to tell us to keep it down even though we are moving. as we get settled within the first two week we were getting disturbed by fatima and her boyfriend banging on their ceiling to alert us that we are being too loud. my spouse knocked on their door and attempted to let them know they can always text us or knock on our door to let us know we are being too loud rather than scaring my children with their constant banging on the ceiling. Even simply walking was a noise complaint for them. it got so bad that they started calling the courtesy officer to come to our home and flash their lights into our apt. the reviews from google shows that this has been an ongoing issue for sometime and unfortunately corporate fails to hold them accountable. not to mention Clark finds it acceptable as a manager of an establishment to think it's ok to yell at their tenants. SPECIALLY WOMEN. This Mr Clark man had the audacity to yell at me because he had a problem with my dad parking next to my gargage to pick up my son. the fact that he think it's ok to yell at me infront if my child and my father it upright unprofessional and dispicable. I am a manager at an establishment myself and I could not phathom yelling at any customer or tenant in this scenario. we have reached out to cooperate but yet has failed to hold their employees accountable. these apartments have been a living hell for me and my family. I hope no one ever has to deal with what we went through. especially for a family with little children. long story short we had to be let out of our lease due to harassment. mind you we were let out of our lease therefore we were not in the wrong. only saving grace is ms angela!! Thankfully we have moved into a house where we no longer have to worry about getting harassed. 0/10 recommend!!!!!!

Without even asking their renters they are attempting to force a valet trash service on us and charge us 25$ a month for this service that most people do not want. Everyone I have talked to here feels the same way and doesn't want to be forced to pay for something we don't mind doing ourselves. Hopefully they change this because this should not be a mandatory thing forced upon their customers. They are going to lose business, and especially lose their reputation as a respectable business. This decision for them shows they have no respect for their customers, and is simply just bad business. Well in regards to your comment, you sure make it sound good but the point is your still screwing the people like myself who are good residents and take their trash out everyday and don't leave things in the halls. The point is 25$ a month is a lot of money that most people do not want to pay for a service we have been doing ourselves this whole time, on top of y'all going up on is in price everytime we renew this is just an extra burden on people in a time where money is mostly scarce. You are screwing the good resident because of the bad ones.

Around January, we noticed a problem with small German roaches. We made sure to wash our dishes every night, take out the trash every two days, and we kept the floors and counters clean. We called pest control four times. No matter what we did the roach problem got worse. It got to a point where we couldn't use our kitchen without roaches crawling out of the dishwasher or running across the stovetop. We requested a deep fumigation and had to move all of our furniture, but that didn't work either. I wish we didn't have to move as we enjoyed the apartment itself, but we felt like we didn't have a choice. We left the apartment on good terms, and they were flexible with our move out date. I appreciate everything they tried to do to help.
