When I told the leasing office, they offered me another unit but it also had a bad roach problem. The bugs never really went away, just became less prevalent. There has also been a problem with cars being broken into since I've been here, which has been 1.5 years. There's security gate is usually not working correctly or just left open, leading to cars actually being stolen at some points. There is a trash pickup service but they basically don't follow their own schedule, which leads to fees and piles of trash being neglected for long periods of time. This place is also expensive for what it is and what it offers, I never felt like I was paying an appropriate rate based on what I've seen others pay for their apartments

Despite providing documentation and attempting to address the issue directly with onsite management, I was told I am responsible for paying the full amount rather than the error being corrected. What has been the most frustrating to me is the lack of transparency and accountability. Clear explanations were not provided, and the responsibility was shifted to me even though the issue originated internally and from no fault of my own. I have since tried to escalate the matter to the regional manager of the property for review. I strongly encourage current and prospective residents to carefully review their ledgers each month and advocate for themselves if discrepancies arise. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and could have been avoided with better communication and oversight

Had mold testing done, 3 different toxic molds present in our townhome, including black mold. Townhome now doing every possible thing they can to take down reviews and shut me up. Fast forward 1 more month and we have a dead kitten now but thankfully gotten out of this hell of a home. Town homes still trying to shut me up. You better go have mold testing done if you live here. I arrived looking for an apartment urgently due to a family problem and they helped me find something quickly since I have two children and the only option left was to stay on the street.
