We ordered pizza slices, a salad, breadsticks and drinks at the counter when we entered, then chose a table to wait for our food. All items we ordered needed to be warmed and the salad mixed. When about 20 minutes went by we asked about our order. We were told it should be next. Another 5-10 minutes went by when one of the servers noticed we were still waiting and checked on our order. That's when they realized it was never given to the kitchen. There was a mistake made at ordering and it wasn't submitted correctly. Initially they tried to tell me that my card didn't go through and would need to be rerun. When I explained that I paid with cash they apologized several times for the mistake and rushed to get our order done. The staff was friendly once they got the mistake figured out but at that point I was ready to leave after waiting for approx. 40 minutes. Once our order was ready we decided to just take the extra time to have a small plate of each item and take the rest with us. The breadsticks were disappointing. Not much flavor at all unless they're covered in ranch. The pizza was just ok, not warmed nearly enough. My husband had his favorite, the salad with lots of the garlic dressings. Overall it wasn't a very good meal. The prices are on the high end of the pizza place spectrum and this visit didn't meet high end quality. My one saving grace was they had my favorite soda machine with flavor choices for each soda. Having one of those machines gets an extra star from me. This was probably just an off day, and mistakes happen. I doubt this is a regular occurrence but I don't plan on spending another lunch break here. They are located in a strip mall and have plenty of nearby parking. It appears clean and wiped down in the dining area. There's several tables in the large dining room. The Pizza slices are really good sized. They typically have plenty of seating, with a clean building and tables. The only disappointing part of my trip was the person working the counter, he was less than friendly and customer oriented, not sure if he was having a bad day or what but typically the staff is super friendly. My order was through the Slice app. I ordered half Hawaiian/Meat (pepperoni, salami, sausage mushrooms). The dough was thin crust New York style. The sides were curled up which I found unique but the dough didn't hit it for me. I found the meat side a little salty. Maybe it was the sausage or salami. I also noticed that the mushrooms disintegrated and were barely noticeable. Some cheese looked like it wasn't melted properly. What I did find however fascinating was the ranch dressing that I requested on the side. It's really delicious. Tastes like homemade. There's no option on the app to select these sides for purchase so I requested in the special requests box and they gave me two of them. I should have requested thick crust but the app does not have this selection as well. Maybe giving them a call could have fixed that. I would probably recommend stopping by and eating in person next time instead of using the convenience of delivery which I paid a small fee on top of the tip as well.
