I purchased Nucor LVF (Luxury Vinyl Flooring) from Floor and Decor on 12/27/2023 paying $3.99 per sq. ft. It came with a Lifetime Warranty. Within few weeks of installation, the flooring had dents and scratches. My contractor filed the complaint with Floor and decor in March 2024. The company was supposed to send a rep out, but no one came. After waiting over a month for a rep, I had contractor take out the damaged flooring, re-purchased replacement flooring from Floor and Decor and had it installed since I did not want the floor to be half done. Meanwhile the claim from my contractor was denied. After reflooring was finished the floor started denting again. It is not standing up to the quality mentioned by Floor and Decor. I filed the compensation with Floor and Decor based on product's lifetime warranty but it was denied. I am really unhappy with the floor quality and plan to replace.

They actually have a 15 day written complaint system, unknown to the customer (not displayed), and do NOT have a company built on trust, do NOT believe in quality products or doing things the right way every time, as they (family owners Jim Jackson, Dane Jackson) mention on their website. I learned from on of the sales associates, Marley, that CB stands for Crate & Barrel...parent store. CB2 Domain Northside store sells sleek, modern and eye-catching furniture. According to a sales associate, due to the store's heavy foot traffic (Next door to the Apple Domain Northside store), they design window displays to grab the attention of potential shoppers. CB2 sells a selection of sofas, tables, dinnerware and other modern furniture and housewares. The store appears a bit eclectic, which I like. They had some usual shaped vases and unique coffee table sculptures. I purchased 4 water glasses that were on sale as I have broken at least that many over the last few months. These glasses were $2.50 each and made in Poland.

I've been nothing short of impressed with the service and relationship built with the team there. Nick has been amazing to work with and has helped source specific vinyls I use in production. Kevin even met me after hours when I desperately needed material to get some jobs out. While there may be a few dollars to be saved at other online vendors, the customer service and relationships are far more valuable to me. That said, I find the prices at RCGS to be right inline with the online vendors I previously leveraged. If you're looking for a vendor for small or large quantities, these guys are amazing.
