Don Mowery spent 90 or more minutes on the property where he measured, walked, photographed and evaluated the premises. He was on time, completely professional and easy to speak with. Although comparisons were difficult, which we knew ahead of time, he found 7 properties that had changed hands in recent years and that had similarities with the property at hand.
