I met with him last week and was more than satisfied. He knew it was my late brothers coin collections and was very nice and sensitive. I had total assurance he knew what he was doing. We were able to sell the coins on the spot for a very fair price. He did give us coins back that he felt had little to no value. I would recommend him 100%

I picked up the repair jewelry today and it all looked excellent and they actually didn't charge me for one of them. Funny enough I had a break in a different part of the jewelry and brought that in so they can repair and just so happened to stumble upon something they had put out that morning and purchased it right then. Without even asking, they were kind enough to give me a discount, which was honestly a very fair price. If you're looking for a family own location with nice jewelry, nice attitudes, and fair prices look no further.

Lee was by far above and beyond in terms of his knowledge about the real estate appraisal industry. He knows his stuff. He took the time to explain the deficiencies in another appraisal that cotained inaccurate information that could have affected my case very negatively. Lee was prompt in getting me the report just days after the inspection. He responded to emails promptly and made sure all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. He even went above and beyond to add a supplemental addendum. He was prepared to give expert testimony in court if I needed him to do so. I am extremely grateful to Lee for helping me get a realistic fair market value of my home. His appraisal allowed me to win my lawsuit and keep my house. Hire Lee. He is the best!
