I've never had to hire an appraisal to get my home appraised, so I can't compare her to anyone. However, I can tell you that Sonja is very prompt and professional. I had a list of multiple appraisers to chose from, I called each person and when talking to Sonja, I felt the connection and vibe with her the most. She was different than the others.
